Built by Pulte in 2024, the Baymont model is a wonderful spacious property for all generations to enjoy, with over 4000sq feet of space.

There are two fabulous living areas

Ground floor - large Comfy sectional sofa for everyone to relax and enjoy the 70' Roku TV or why not utilise the console bar stools to join in the discussions.

First floor loft - Sectional sofa to relax and decide which of the two 60' Roku TVs to keep everyone entertained. There is also a pool table so you can choose how to spend your time together, the wet bar and drinks fridge mean access to beverages is always at hand.

Kitchen

Fully equipped Kitchen with all appliances powered by electricity, these include oven, dish washer, larder fridge /freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle and electric can opener.

With a roasting pan and enough other pans to enjoy a dinner together

Large laundry room with a separate washing machine and tumble dryer

First floor loft has a beverage fridge, storage and sink to serve everyone

Dining

Large Separate dining area with the benefit of a double length table and 12 chairs, a childs high chair provided. The breakfast bar has 4 stools to enjoy a full experience!

King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom, both have 50' Roku TV's.

Accessible

Entryway has a step, ground floor doorways are I believe wide enough for wheelchair access. However, The ground floor shower cubicles have a step down, regrettably I believe this makes the house not fully accessible.
