TRUE South Facing Pool with No Rear Neighbors

We stayed on the area for a family wedding and wanted to take the kids the theme parks. The family enjoyed the pool and had a great time. Thanks!

Our stay was great at Windsor Dream! Bill and Donna were very responsive to what ever we needed. The house was everything we needed and very close to the theme parks and shopping- which was over the top for our family of 9! We would rent this property again. There are many homes in Windsor Hills "managed" by large vacation rental companies with 1,000+ homes. If you ever need assistance from those companies they usually take a few days to get back to you. House was as described, well stocked with necessities! Location to Disney parks was superb about 10 minute drive at the longest. Homeowner was very responsive and took care of issues asap. Location to target and walmart was great. Windsor Hills gated community was awesome, great community pool. Instructions to get onto property and into house were very easy. Would absolutely recommend this house or any house owned by Bill and Donna.

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of room for our family of eight. The pool was clean and warm. We enjoyed the hot tub many nights after a long day at the park. The double washer/dryer was a plus. The communication with the owner was the best we have had in the 22 years of staying at various homes in Florida. We we definitely stay here again.

Our family of 12 really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us the space we needed to be comfortable and ensure privacy. The large living and dining area allowed us to gather together without being crowded. The game room was a plus and we really appreciated the double washers and dryers. The hosts communicated often and made suggestions on places to visit and eat. Communication was great. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. We look forward to another stay in the future.

What a wonderful home to rent! We had a blast. The home is large and comfortable, close to Disney, and super easy to find. Security gate was well staffed and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the pool. We will be back!

Our family had a great time at this property. We were minutes from Disney World and anything else we needed (restaurants, shopping, groceries etc.) The owners were more than accommodating and very responsive to issues that we had initially (no fault of the owners). A storm blew through the night before we arrived and ripped a hole in the pool screen and the owners quickly had it repaired. Also, we were celebrating our daughter’s 6th birthday and the owners had a special gift sent for her which was more than nice. The communication was seamless throughout our stay. The home is located near everything Disney and we had a short walk to the playground and the resort pool/waterpark. The community is gated so we felt extra safe. The owners gave us extra tips and tricks for our stay. Take their advice about going to Publix for groceries because the Walmart right down the road is CRAZY busy!! Our family was comfortable in the home and we really enjoyed the game room and especially the hot tub after 10+ hrs in the Disney parks! Bill and Donna are the best hosts we have ever had through VRBO, hands down! They answer emails within minutes, and give all kinds of helpful information and advise. The property itself was perfect for our extended family of 10, including 5 grandkids 6 and under. We had plenty of room! The big hits for all of us were the pool (really, THE POOL) and the gameroom. We rarely use a gameroom, but this one had a real video arcade game, pool table and TV. Our kids lived in the heated pool when we were not at attractions. The community pool was a whole day of fun during our stay. There is a playground just steps away from the house. Do consider this property if you plan a trip to Orlando!

Bill and Donna's property was really amazing. Pool gets sun all day. Super clean house, tons of towels, and great communication with owners. Excellent pool heat for those cooler nights. Close to Disney and shopping. Starter items in the home was a real nice touch, especially when getting in late at night. If you are going to Orlando this is THE place to stay. Owners were very quick with rental inquiry questions and very informative. This house has a south facing patio/pool with a green area for a view, this was a great advantage. I was nervous about being able to use pool during the cooler month of December but it wasn’t an issue. Owners keep the pool warm, we enjoyed it even in the cool evenings. The home is well stocked with all the essentials. Kitchen has a good supply of pots/pans/bowls/silverware/cups etc. Loved the amount of towels, including pool towels. Gated community is very secure and close to lots of stores, restaurants, & activities. Only disappointment is we didn’t stay longer, would definitely rent again.

We've stayed in Windsor Hills several times as our family loves the location and the gated community. This was amazing and Bill and Donna were far and away the best hosts we have had! Everything in the home was as described. Bill and Donna went out of their way to ensure we knew every detail about the house prior to arrival and even checked on us several times throughout the stay. We never had to reach out to ask questions - they made sure and addressed every possible question from the start and they made the check in process extremely easy. There were a few cold days when we were in Orlando, but the upgraded pool heater that Bill and Donna recently installed kept the hot tub Hot - and the kids loved the pool! The kitchen had all the items you would need for an extended stay - and any groceries or personal items you need can easily be picked up nearby at Wal Mart or Target. There were eight of us in the house and we all had plenty of space. Our family cannot give a high enough review - this is the house you should book if you are looking to visit Orlando!

We booked fairly last minute and Bill & Donna were so accommodating. House was clean, pool was warm. BBQ and propane on site. Kids loved the game room (the arcade was a hit!). Communication with property owners was amazing, property was as described, clean and incredibly close to all WDW parks. We loved having property backing a green belt. Spent lots of hours playing in the pool/hot tub after a long day of walking. We had 6 adults and 3 children, house is a perfect match for large families. Everyone had their own bathroom, and 2 washers/2 dryers was so convenient! Flippers pizza was amazing-we ordered twice through Doordash. Also their is a Walmart very close for groceries and supplies. Amazon Fresh also delivered to this location, which made vacationing very relaxing. Would highly recommend this property, I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks!

This was a great stay for my group of 6 adults. The home was spacious and the bedrooms were nice. The owners communicated well and timely. They were great to work with. This home was right down the street from a Walmart and about 25 minutes (with traffic) from downtown Orlando. We didn't go to any parks, just a fun getaway for adults. If you bring children, the public pool/play area is in walking distance from the home which is a great convenience. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We stayed here for 5 nights with 5 children. The home was perfect for kids. Our kids loved it. The property was very clean and plenty of extra towels and blankets, which we love. I would definitely recommend this to families or larger groups.

Great villa, great location. Bill and Donna were fantastic to deal with, lots of helpful tips, even emailing to check everything was OK. We enjoyed Pool and games room so much we didn’t even use resort facilities. Villa in great location, close to all parks and shopping. Have stayed in other villas in Windsor Hills but this one is by far the best. Two grandchildren had great fun in the pool and spotting local birds. Would definitely return on next visit to Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed in many homes in Windsor Hills and this ranks right up there with the best. Home was very clean, well stocked, beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Nice to not back up to any rear neighbors. Home is also decorated beautifully and has comfortable furniture. We loved the arcade in the game room and had some fun competitions. Also the multiple washing machines/dryers were great to have. Communication with Bill was A+. All in all a great trip! Thanks! This home was perfect for our family of seven and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. It is spacious, clean and comfortable and the photos are accurate. My grandsons loved the character bedrooms, game room and, of course, the pool. We all enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the pool area that overlooks an open field behind the house. Need to do laundry? The double washers and dryers make that task a breeze. The location is perfect being close to Disney, shopping and restaurants. It was easy to work with Bill, the owner, and communicate with him. He went out of his way to suggest experiences beyond the theme parks to make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this “home away from home” and hope to return some day.

The house was very large and spacious yet very warm and cozy for our family. Incredible location very close to our primary venue ESPN Wide World of Sports (12 minutes drive) as well as Disney Magic Kingdom. The pool and Jacuzzi is very private and wonderful to relax in the sunshine. You could enjoy the beautiful sunshine from sunrise to sunset by the pool. We hope to return next year if my daughter makes Nationals.

This is a great house for a traveling family. We had a group of 10, incl. 4 kids and it had plenty of space. The pool and the hot tub is great and the main pool down at the clubhouse is HUGE (water was a little chilly in Jan though). It's a quick drive to the Disney Parks and plenty of other entertainment. House has Cable TV, wifi, everything you need. We would stay here again!

We have plenty of couples and even small families of 3 or 4 stay at our home, but it really shines when we can have 10 guests, as it is so much more comfortable and economical as compared to staying in a hotel. With the layout of our home, all of the bedrooms are in their own "corner" of the home, so everyone has their privacy, even with large families. Thank you for mentioning our private pool and hot tub. We definitely keep our water a lot warmer than other homes or the community pool, but the new water park slides are kept about 80, so it's still a great time for the children, even in the winter months. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this beautiful home! We really liked the furniture and home design/layout ... everyone had their space. The kids enjoyed the game room too. We rented this home as a party of 7 and had a great time! The house is beautifully furnished with all you could possibly need. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs all with their own bathroom, this was ideal for us as we had two people that could not manage the stairs. The arcade was also a great added bonus which the children enjoyed. The pool area was the biggest hit with there being sunshine pretty much all day and no one overlooking you at the back which was a definite winner! The home is located in a great area, its a two minute run to Walmart and a small drive further to Publix and Target should you so fancy, also its easy to jump on the 192 or I4 which will get you to all the attractions quite quick. We only ventured to Universal this trip and I think it took us 20mins! We made use of the gym which is a two minute walk, also the children had a quick go in the communial pool they have there - there is some slides being build with one being open on our visit which the children enjoyed. Bill and Donna have been great, they are quick to respond to questions and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were a pleasure to rent from and I would highly recommend staying here! Our entire party were "over the moon" with this home and will definitely be returning!

Lovely Home near Disney World and Other Attractions. Our extended family of ten stayed in this home during a spring break trip to Disney World. Having five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The four children in our group were either in the pool or playing pool whenever we were not at one of the parks, and the adults enjoyed the spa and game room too. We all were pleased with the layout of the house, the well-equipped kitchen, and with the overall cleanliness of the house and its up-to-date decor. Also, Bill quickly responded courteously to our questions and was well-organized and thorough in providing information about the property and the area. One of our reasons for choosing this home was its proximity to Disney World and grocery stores, and Bill’s detailed descriptions of routes to both the parks and grocery stores made our drives easier. For us, this property was truly a “home away from home” during our stay and perfectly filled all our needs!

The home was exactly as shown and the owner (Bill) was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to rent a family home while vacationing in the area. Bill provided lots of useful area information prior to arrival. The home was close to Disney World as well as several stores and restaurants. The layout was great in that each bedroom had a bathroom and our families had plenty of space. The location was ideal for families. The home was very well stocked with lots of utensils and common kitchen appliances - the owner even ordered a teapot and had it delivered the same day when I asked if it was possible to have one. The kids loved the games room which was loaded with a big TV, pool table and a classic arcade. I’ve rented many homes for past family vacations and I would rate this as the best one overall. We’ll be looking to stay here again on our next Disney World getaway.

Our family of eight stayed at this property, we had plenty of space and privacy. The house is as pictured . Clean and comfortable, The pool area at the house is great after a long day at the parks, Disney is within a 10 minute drive and stores and restaurants are 5 minutes away. The Windsor Hills Community pool is very nice as well and offered free entertainment, The clubhouse is a two minute walk from the house. Bill and Donna are wonderful to work with, offered great tips for , dining, park discounts and more. Our family will definitely stay again.

This vacation home was everything we hoped for and more - you will not be disappointed! Our family of 10 , including 4 grandkids ages 12-17, enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home Christmas week (9 days) 2017/18. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with plenty of room for everyone -5 bedrooms and 5 baths was a real luxury. The game room was a big hit - all ages took turns playing in family pool tournaments, and even the big "kids" loved the arcade and Xbox. We all also very much enjoyed having our own hot tub and pool -even when the weather turned a little cool the last day or so. As promised, the clubhouse and rec center were only a short walk away and we used the lighted tennis and basketball courts , and ping pong tables. I cannot recommend this home more highly for your family vacation and the owner, Bill Burns, was a joy to work with. He was very responsive and very thoughtful, giving us many tips to make our stay even better. We did not come especially for Disney this year, but it is only 5 min. away. We did do the Kissimmee Swamp Tour, which everyone really liked, but most of the time our kids were more than content to stay at the house with all it's entertainent options. We would love to return someday!

We had such a great stay and experience in Bill and Donnas home!! We absolutely loved the location, this home is a really short walk to a huge park and the resort pool. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub at the home. We played pool in the game room and the arcade game every evening!! The home had everything we needed to cook our meals and was super comfy. I also really appreciated Bill, he was full of helpful tips and very quick to respond with any questions!! We would recommend this property to anyone!!!!

We are one of the closest homes to the resort amenities (including the $2 million water park opening in the spring of 2018) so our family takes great advantage of those features when we are in town. It's great that the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Even in December our over-sized pool heater (just installed last year) does a great job keeping the pool warm. Many homes in Windsor Hills are still using the builders-grade pool heaters that were installed when the homes were built, and those heaters just can't keep up with the heating requirements in the colder months. It's great to hear that you got to spend some quality time as a family playing the arcade game in the evening. Our family loves the game room, and it's great teaching our children how "real" video games like PacMan and Donkey Kong work instead of the X-Box! Hahah. This was the first time our family ever rented a vacation home and it will not be our last. We loved this so much more than staying at a hotel. We had three generations traveling and the home was spacious enough that no one was on top of each other. The home was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. The owners (Bill & Donna) provided information before and during our stay. Commuication was great before, during and after our stay. We had the option of using the Clubhouse pool and game room, which we did, but the game room in our home was enjoyed the most. One added bonus to this home is the double washer and dryer (not that were there to do laundry, but when needed it was done quickly). There were additional linens when needed. The pool and hot tub at the home were enjoyed very much too when you wanted quiet time. Our neighbors were all quiet and respectful as well as friendly. The home had everything that we needed as well as a new closer Walmart opening soon for groceries and additional needs. In the future we will be renting this home again! Loved staying here and will be doing it again!!!

Thank you for referencing how spacious our home is. What I like most about our layout is that every bedroom is in its own corner of the home, so everyone has a lot of privacy. We have three bedrooms on the first floor and then two additional bedrooms upstairs. We considered purchasing a 6 bedroom home in Windsor Hills, but we didn't like the fact that 5 of the 6 bedrooms were all on the second floor - and all right next to each other, cutting down on the privacy. We really love our layout. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom is another bonus when large families are traveling together. Thank you for mentioning the dual washers and dryers - that's a huge benefit when families are traveling, so no one is stuck staying up all night doing laundry. We spent the first two weeks at two top quality hotels (Disney and Universal onsites) at the beginning of our holiday and spent the remaining week here. I can honestly say that out of all three, even with the other two being 5 star hotels, the villa was the jewel in the crown. We really did save the best until last!! The complex was safe, well maintained and welcoming. The villa itself was all we needed and more. Spacious, luxurious, spotless and plenty of entertainment opportunities for all of our 8 family members. Bill (the owner) was extremely helpful and provided us with many invaluable tips both before and during our stay. When we return to Florida, the first thing we will be booking will be this villa again. Thanks again for looking after us Bill!!

We as grandparents treated our daughters families to a trip to Florida. With 4 grandkids and their parents and us (10) having the 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms with a pool worked out great. Plenty of towels for swimming and 2 new washers and dryers were perfect. The grandkids (8, 11, 12, & 14) loved the game room and pool. The house was spotless and convenient to accomodate eating breakfast, cooling drinks to take with us, and fixing evening sandwiches and snacks. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

Let me just start by saying you will never find a more caring couple to rent from. I am a single mom and wanted to give my children a once in a lifetime experience. I looked at many properties and even though I felt I could not afford this property it was a dream home. So I contacted Bill and Donna. And I never regretted it. From the first email I sent he answered in detail. He went way out of his way to make this trip affordable and amazing for my family. He offered suggestions on this to do within my budget and kept in contact with us while we were there to make sure everything was perfect. The house and community was absolutely beautiful. If we hadn't already had tickets for the parks we would have never even left the home. He has everything (and then some) that you would ever need. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very high end furniture. The game room was a huge hit with the kids. As we were a family of 12 we had plenty of room. I can't say which was better the home or the customer service with Bill and Donna. Also everything you need is just a short drive. Overall I will definitely recommend this rental to all my friends and family. And we will certainly be back.

My family began planning our Florida vacation a year in advance and I spent weeks searching for the right home that I thought was perfect in every way. I had stayed at other homes in Windsor Hills which had rear neighbours and partial sun and even cleanliness issues. Once I found Bill and Donna’s house, my search ended. Not only is their house large and accommodating for the entire family, it is comfortable and well decorated. My children loved the Minions and Avengers room, while their grandmother loved her own personal suite. The 2 King bedrooms and ensuites are extraordinary and the entire house is so clean and well equipped…lots of towels, bedding etc. The kitchen was very well equipped with stainless appliances, a refrigerator with ice, a ceramic cooktop stove and a Keurig coffee maker. In my experience these features are not found in many of the Windsor Hills homes and because of this we felt at home while on vacation. The great room was more than great! Our family was so comfortable sitting around the oversized sectional and the 72 inch tv is almost beyond description. What a luxury! When the kids wanted a break from the pool, they found themselves in the games room which again is so well appointed with comfortable seating and plenty of games for young and old alike. I enjoyed the retro games including PacMan! In the games room is the laundry and one can imagine how convenient it is to have not 2 but 4 top quality laundry machines. And to top all, the location of this house is extraordinary. It is within walking distance to the clubhouse and it has full sun. And last but not least there are no rear neighbours at Bill and Donna’s house. We enjoyed many hours sitting and looking at birds and hot air balloons on the pool deck. Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub and compared to other homes even the patio furniture is top notch! I honestly cannot say enough about this house. I would even say that Bill and Donna's houses are in demand as, after we had been on vacation for a week, neighbours from our hometown checked into Bill’s house next door. Apparently my neighbours are returning guests and they too love these beautiful homes and their unbeatable location. Bill was so responsive and professional from the first email I sent him. His communication and willingness to help surpassed my experiences with other home owners in Windsor Hills. My family definitely plans to return to Bill and Donna’s Windsor Dream.

Between our over-sized pool heater, plus our solar pool heater, our pool stays at a pretty constant 85-88 degrees, even in the cooler spring months (not to mention our spa/jacuzzi that can reach a temperature of 100+ degrees). Our son was selected to play in a showcase baseball tournament in Florida in December. The excitement of being selected, going to Florida in December and visiting Disney was immeasurable. The planning of our trip became a little overwhelming until we found Bill & Donna's home. Bill was fantastic to deal with. He made the stress of booking a breeze. Once we arrived, the home was exactly as pictured...if not better!! It was very clean, well-organized and stocked with everything you would need on a trip! The double washer and dryer was such a bonus when needing to wash uniforms and still able to wash other things!! We are just about 6 minutes away from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Center, as well as some additional baseball, softball, and basketball facilities. Location is so important, because it means families can come back to our home to relax in between games, and not stuck sitting at the gym or fields all day. We're glad you liked the dual washers and dual dryers. It's a huge help when uniforms have to be clean and crisp each day. No one wants to stay up all night doing laundry! I cannot recommend this villa enough. It's immaculate, stocked with everything you could need for a vacation and in terms of location we were in Disney property in under 5 minutes drive. In addition, the owner of the villa, Bill Burns went out of his way to provide comprehensive information and was always on hand to answer my many questions quickly and completely. If you're looking to rent somewhere to stay for a Disney holiday I am struggling to believe you could do better than this place. I shall be recommending to everyone I know!

We had a wonderful stay here in October. There had been a small issue due to the previous weeks stormy weather but that was taken care of by the owner Bill and also his maintenance team in a quick and professional manner. The villa is truly beautiful and the photos do not do it full justice. It was cleaned immaculately for us when we arrived which was very welcome after a long flight from Scotland. It is set on a lovely plot in Windsor Hills just a 2 minute stroll from the clubhouse which was also well kept and staff lovely too. We will most certainly return to this villa in the future. I cant recommend this villa or the owner highly enough. You will not be disappointed!!

We had the good fortune of staying in Bill &a Donna's home over the last couple of weeks. The home is exactly as pictured (if not better!). It's well appointed with comfortable mattresses and furnishings without us feeling like we had to constantly tell the kids to take care. The owners and management company were fantastic to deal with. Any issues (and they were truly minor) were dealt with promptly. We happened to be there during Hurricane Matthew and Bill and Kevin went out of their way to prepare the home, reassure us and help us out. I have stayed in several different homes in Windsor Hills over the years and this is by far and away the best. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Orlando!!

We have a biased opinion about our home (haha), so we really appreciate you mentioning that our villa was "far and away the best you have stayed in". We also appreciate you mentioning the service received from our local caretaker Kevin. Even though the Hurricane was about 65 miles away from our home, there was a decent amount of panic hitting central Florida in the days leading up to the anticipated storm. Kevin was able to get the home prepared just in case, and get all of the pool furniture moved and stored away. He even stayed over night in Windsor Hills the evening that the storm was making landfall, just in case our guests needed any immediate attention (in case the power went out or something like that). It is tough to get that kind of personal attention with the large Orlando property management companies. Our two local caretakers do a great job. We stayed for two weeks with extended family (grandparents, parents and two children) and all of us thought the house was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom was spacious and the living areas huge; but the games room was the icing on the cake (many hours of an evening, and early mornings, were spent on the pool table) And how could I forget to mention the pool! Again many happy hours were spent sunning ourselves and splashing around in the water. As for the location Windsor Hills was perfect for the Disney parks and a happy place in its own right to stay. We had many laughs with the Security staff on the gate, who despite this were very attentive to pass and vehicle checks. Windsor Hills made us feel very safe. The local supermarkets were great as were the selection of restaurants for breakfast and/or dinner (we found we only needed one or the other!!) Bill & Donna, our hosts, made us feel welcome from the moment we made our booking, and sent us local details of places to visit for food, entertainment, shopping - all invaluable! They even checked in mid week to ensure we were having fun! They really are super-hosts!! Thank you both so much!

Bill and Donna were great hosts and their house couldn't have been any better for our Orlando family vacation. Perfect location close to all of the parks! The house had ample space and plenty of rooms to accommodate our family of 8 - everyone had their own bedrooms which was key. The game room, pool, and club recreational area was very fun and relaxing when we weren't running crazy at the parks. There ISN'T anything I would have changed with our stay. We are a family of 9 with 7 adults and 2 young grandchildren. The villa fit our situation perfectly. Every couple (along with our grandchildren) had their own room and bathroom. What is impressive, though, is just how nice the villa is. It is beautifully decorated and the pool is a welcome diversion after a day at the parks. It is also very short ride to the parks (5-15 minutes). From the moment one expresses an interest in renting the villa, Bill, the owner, is incredibly accommodating -- answering all our questions very quickly, providing useful tips, etc. I would not hesitate recommending the villa to my family and friends.

Bill provided an excellent and very personable service throughout the booking process and during our stay. He was responsive to queries and was able to quickly sort out small problems that arose such as new light bulbs. The villa is an an excellent location on the complex. It is very private and has sun from morning till night. It took only 15 mins to get to the Magic Kingdom and less to Animal kingdom which enabled the kids to have a break in the day away from the hectic parks. The villa was clean and very spacious as described on the Internet. The children and their Dad loved the games room; particularly the arcade machine. If we were coming back to Florida to do the parks,we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We stayed in this accommodation for just over 2 weeks and I couldn't find any fault! The rooms are big and spacious and decorated very nice, my daughter loved the minion themed room. The location is superb, with only a short drive to Disney parks. The clubhouse/pool are great too and my husband found time every day to hit the gym! The owner Bill is very amenable and efficient with correspondence. Would definitely recommend this villa for a fabulous vacation!

We were a family of 4 adults & 2 kids (aged 4 & 6). We spent many hours looking for a villa that ticked all the boxes for us......and this one certainly did! The owner Bill was great, very informative and very prompt at replying to my many questions! The villa is huge and we all enjoyed having our own space. My son, husband & dad loved the games room. We have been to Florida a few times and this was one of the best villas we have stayed in. My little girl loved the pool & the hot tub and so did I. As its a south facing pool we got the sun from morning until late afternoon. The location was fantastic, very close to Disney. We discovered on the last night that you can see the fireworks from the upstairs bedroom. This was a nice end to a fantastic holiday. We are in discussion about returning in 2018 and would definitely recommend this villa to friends & family.

The upstairs bedrooms provide a nice vantage point over the trees, or sometimes we will pull some lawn chairs out to the sidewalk to get a different view. It's great being able to enjoy the show without having to fight the crowds at the parks. We're so happy that everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Sometimes people looking for the perfect villa will discount the benefit the south-facing pool provides. There are definitely other homes in Windsor Hills that rent for lower amounts, but with north, east, or west facing pools, those homes will only get sun for part of the day. We really enjoy not only the sunshine our pool gets, but it also keeps the water much warmer in the evening hours since the pool retains more heat from the day. When facing the task of planning a 10 day volleyball training/playing trip for 12 teenage girls, coaches and parents, I thought I might be over my head. But thanks to Bill and Donna, the planning and execution of this trip couldn't have gone better. The place was perfect. The decorating and amenities were above our expectations. We were pampered in every way possible. Even the weather cooperated with us, with 90+ degree weather. The only room that didn't get as much use as we thought was the games room, as we all wanted to be outside all the time, as our Canadian weather keeps us in all winter. A great luxury to Bill and Donn'a home is having the majority of the bedrooms on the main floor. It was also so very well laid out where no rooms were too close to each other...maximum privacy. Thank you, Bill, for taking such good care of us before, during and after our trip. You have thought of everything to make a vacation truly that...a relaxing, pampered time. We will definitely consider it again in the future.

We knew from seeing the photographs online that the vacation home we were going to was beautiful, but you have to go there in person to really appreciate how wonderful it is. From the minute we walked in, we were incredibly impressed. The elegant furniture, the beautiful south facing pool (it gets sun all day!!!), the well thought out kitchen, the themed bedrooms for the kids, the amazingly comfortable beds for everyone, the game room (which the kids and adults loved) - I could go on and on, but anyone reading this review and trying to make up their minds, should go there themselves to experience a truly wonderful stay. The location is fantastic - so close to Disney, Sea World, and many other attractions. Also, it's a quick walk from the house to the small, but wonderful castle playground (the kids loved it!), and the Club House where you can relax and enjoy their pool, drinks and a snack, or just run in for a few quick grocery items. Last but certainly not least, the owners were beyond helpful. I had lots of questions, and they were all answered in a very timely manner. You can tell that a lot of thought and planning went into making the whole experience at this home really special. We highly recommend listing #1080 to anyone going to the area. You will love it!

This was our second year staying at this amazing home. I can't say enough good things about it. The owner is amazing and responds to any issue immediately, no matter how small. The rooms are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A quick and easy drive to Disney parks!! Love, love, love this home!!! The house was great. Very roomy, clean, nothing was outdated. Pool was warm and clean. It was so nice to come home after a day at Disney and not be cramped into a hotel like room. Kids could relax doing their own thing, playing pool, swimming, video games, or just relaxing in their OWN bedroom!! Our four kids ranged from ages 5-9 and the house worked great. If our kids were 15-20 it still would of worked great. Tons of room. Having the full kitchen was so nice to prep our meals for the days adventure. The entire community was quiet all around us which was great. The community pool and activities were a huge hit for our family as well. Having the Laundry easily accessible to use in our house was extremely nice too. We will make another trip to Disney in the future and we would definitely want to stay in a place like this. The driving was a breeze to Disney or Cocoa Beach. Great location our house was, basically right in the middle of anything you wanted to do. Our kids still talk about how great our "Florida House" was. Thanks again for making our Disney trip a memory to last forever.

My wife and I enjoyed the Burns vacation rental during our stay in Kissimmee with our daughter, her husband and grandchildren, Julia 11 & Austin 9. They did the Universal, LEGOLAND, Discovery Cove and Sea World activities and as well as tour my grandfather's home Pinewood Estate at the Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales. Location of the Home was ideal for all these activities. The home's amenities were fine and clean. The Property Manager help us through an initial mix up at the Front Gate that had two other couples with coming to the same property. All of us enjoyed the Pool and Hot Tub and Game Room each day. I would recommend the property to others.

I'm glad our local caretaker was able to sort out the initial confusion upon your arrival (the security personnel at the main gate gave a different family directions to our home instead of their actual home a few doors down). That's one of the benefits of having a local caretaker who lives so close by (just 2 miles away). He was able to be onsite almost immediately. We are glad that the pool and hot tub were such a delight for your grandchildren. This is especially good to hear with your travel dates being in December. Our pool is still quite warm in the winter months, because of our over-sized 140,000 BTU pool heater. We also have a solar heating system to augment our pool heater. Between those two appliances plus our south-facing pool, this helps our pool and hot-tub recover much more quickly from the colder nights in the fall and winter months. Thank you for mentioning our proximity to Universal, Legoland, and Sea World. We are only about 2 miles away from Disney, but we are also very close to all of those Orlando attractions. Amazing house and owners! Bill, the owner of the property was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being that we are Disney annual pass holders, we will be renting this house again from him! He replied within the hour and answered all of our questions! The house was absolutely stunning! Very clean, and had absolutely everything we needed. Our 2 year old daughter enjoyed the warm pool. Our 8 year nephew LOVE the game room and my husband was determined to beat the high score on the PAC MAN game (I believe he did lol) We had a great time and we will absolutely rent from bill again and absolutely recommended this property!

We have stayed in Orlando over 20 times in the last 10 years, in many hotels and house rentals. Windsor Hills is a great location and Bill and Donna's place is the best. Most houses in Windsor Hills are overlooked or facing the wrong way this one is perfect. The hose is well kitted out with everything you need, great games room and 2 washers and 2 dryers are great. When we arrived there was a small issue with some of the cable boxes (due to a lighting strike at windsor hills loads of other houses cable had also gone down) I emailed Bill and he arranged it all to be sorted the next day. Fabulous service. There were only 4 of us 2 adults and 2 kids so we had plenty of room and 10 in the house would be fine. House was clean, loads of towels, loads of space, great location and close to Disney, also very close to i4 which in the summer is the only way to get to the top of i-drive/universal area as the traffic can be busy. My only other issue is my wife found the Prada outlet shop 2 handbags and many thousands of dollars later!!! Orlando has smartened up over the years and we will be back, hope to rents Bills place again. Thanks

As you've experienced, it's not very relaxing being cramped inside of a hotel room. My husband and 2 kids stayed here for 5 days in August along with my sister and 2 children and my parents. The house was huge and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and the jacuzzi in the back was perfect for the kids and adults as well! The game room was perfect as we did experience a couple rainstorms, so the kids were always kept well entertained when the thunder kept them out of the pool. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a few minor issues with the tv's and some lights but Bill was very quick to respond and get everything taken care of. The amenities of the community were great and the location of the house to nearby shopping and Disney made it super convenient. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this place to friends and family. Bill was a pleasure to work with and made everything super easy to coordinate.

Fantastic and very well equipped villa. You couldn't want for any more. It is very clean, comfortable and luxurious. We stayed as two families of four and we had more than enough space as it would easily sleep ten. There was a lot of very helpful information in the folder about the nearest malls and supermarkets. We loved the pool and games room. Bill was very quick to respond to any emails and questions we asked and when my daughter left a bag behind he very quickly arranged for it to be shipped home, for which we can't thank him enough. Windsor Hills is a lovely clean villa complex and in a perfect location for the parks, supermarkets, malls and easy access to the I4. We took our young kids (6 and 3) to Disney for the first time. We spent a week in a Disney hotel and then had 10 days at Bill and Donna's villa. The first week was quite full on - 4 of us in a double room and having to all go to bed at roughly the same kind of time so it was a god send to arrive at the villa with so much space. As mentioned in previous reviews, Windsor Hills is very well located for 192 and Disney amenities (including Downtown Disney) - we would often go to the parks for a few hours early in the morning (still don't understand why more people don't do that as there is a good hour - 90 minutes where queues are minimal) and then come back for the afternoon when it was hot so the kids could have a doze or go swimming. We were then close enough too if we wanted to go back to the parks for the evening. So the swimming - we have done villa holidays with the kids the last couple of years in Europe and it is great for them to have their own pool which they can enjoy and mess around in as much as they want. They had this here, but more importantly we were also about a 3-4 minute walk from the main Windsor Hills pool which was brilliant - when we weren't off to a park, we would walk down there after breakfast and stay for a few hours before driving out somewhere when it got hot. The kids loved doing that and met some good friends there who they could play with and my daughter went down the slide there probably over a hundred times during the stay. It also has the shop which was perfect for just grabbing a bite to eat or a beer. The villa was lovely too - bundles of space and the kitchen was good with a huge oven and induction hob which made cooking easy. The games area was good too (my pool has improved no end) and the washing facilities great - we turned up back home with a practically clean set of clothes. Bedrooms were good and comfortable (the kids loved the minions and the superheroes) and it was very clean. It should be said that Bill was fantastic throughout the whole booking process and also in terms of giving us hints and shortcuts to Disney etc and it made the whole process very simple and hassle free. Also during the stay he was in contact, and although we had an issue with the hot tub filter, Bill was working hard remotely to fix it and we had people out that day to have a look at the problem. I'm so happy that your review discussed the differences between staying your first week in a hotel as compared to your 10 days in our villa. Many families make the decision to stay on site at one of the Disney properties at least once in their lives. Although I have an extremely biased opinion, once someone has stayed in a private home near Disney, I don't think they would ever go back to staying in a hotel again. Our family used to stay at Disney as well, and it was difficult because we all had to go to bed at whatever time our youngest child needed to get to sleep. With a private home, the young children can get to bed on time and the older children and adults can continue to enjoy the rest of the home, without fear of waking up the children. Some families choose to stay in a hotel because they think a private home will be "too big" for their small family. Your family of 4 seemed to have a marvelous time in our home, so a private vacation villa is perfect regardless of the number of travelers. I also appreciate you mentioning how you could bring the children home during the day to nap. Windsor Hills is only a few minutes away from Disney, so many families will go to the parks in the early morning, come home for lunch and naps, and then head back in the evening. Our family, consisting of 3 teenagers and 2 adults, stayed in Bill and Donnas villa for a week in July. From the moment we enquired about our booking Bill provided a wealth of information about the villa and things to do in the local area. Bills emails and all correspondence were always very prompt. I wish all owners were like this! The villa itself is just as the pictures show, in fact better. It really is beautiful! The view from the pool area is lovely and quite private with the sun shining all day long. The pool is very clean and well maintained. The games room is a fantastic area for kids (and adults) it has just been updated and looks fantastic. It really feels like home from home with everything you could need. The complex of Windsor Hills is very secure with a gated entrance and only residents allowed in with a pass entry system. There is a pool, shop, playground, tennis courts etc etc, plenty to do outside of your villa when not in the parks. This is the second time we've stayed there and this was definitely the better villa and we will I'm sure stay there again in the future. The location of the villa is great with lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a two minute drive. There is a great amount of things to do in the area without visiting the parks, shopping being one of them. We had to buy another case to bring home all of our purchases! Located on a lovely spot very close to main entrance and clubhouse. Villa looked great from the outside but inside it is even better. Interior is massive, well laid out and all bedrooms are well spaced out to give everyone a little space. Pool area is nice looking over pleasant grassy area. All in all fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book again.

We were a party of 18, aged ranged from 65 yrs to 2 yrs made up of 5 families. We hired both homes. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We have stayed in the "192" area previously and its literally 5 minutes away from Disney so hence why we wanted to stay in this area again. The "192" is literally 2 mins in a car from the villas and has everything from good restaurants to factory outlet stores. From the moment I contacted Bill (The owner) with my availability enquiry to checking out I found him a joy to work with. The attention to detail, speed of response and quality of information was fantastic. With having such a large party I wanted the least hassle possible with booking the properties, paying deposits and the like. Bill made all this easy. The homes are excellently furnished, with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The swimming pools and jacuazzis were warmly heated. The kids and adults alike loved the pools and games rooms. The barbeques came in handy. The windsor hills complex has everything you need within a few minutes walk and is immaculately kept. There is a small childrens playground just across the road from the villas which my youngest loved. I would highly recommend these villas. The whole rental experience was without hassle and professional. See you in a couple of years Bill and many thanks again

With family members between the ages of 2 to 65 we were happy to hear that everyone had such a great time. I appreciate you mentioning the temperature of our pool and hot-tub. We have invested a lot of money in over-sized heaters, and a solar heating system, at both homes, so we like to think that our pools are the warmest in all of Windsor Hills, which is especially important between October and April. Finally, we were so happy to hear that your little one enjoyed the playground. The children's playground is right across the street from our home, and it is so convenient to walk over and back, if only for a few minutes. So many people focus on the water slide and community pool - which are also great - but our children always enjoyed playing in their "castle" which is right across the street. My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks and we had a great time. We did all kind off things, we visited family, shopped and went to the parcs etc. and it was always nice to go back to this nice house. Although it was much much to big for just the two of us we still had a nice time on the 1th Floor. We've enjoyed also in the pool and in the jacuzzi. Both with a nice temperature which we dutch people like very much. In these 3 weeks we found some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood like Carraba's, Millers Ale house and offcourse the cheesecakefactory but we also liked it to cook at home. We found a supermarket, the publix which has nice things, fresh fish and fresh bread so no Ihop or Wendy's for us any more. We liked it to start with a nice breakfast at home and than we decided what we were going to do that day. Nice and easy! We also liked it when Bill informed in the middle if everything was oke with us. We never experienced this before and to stay in touch with the owner is nice. We had a problem in the 1th week with the jacuzzi and the pool and this was solved very quickly because his team is very helpfull. I made 1 call and they were there within 1 hour. I don't know what to say anymore, we've just had a fantastic 3 weeks and we are now back for 1 week in cold Holland and we do miss Florida. We certainly go back Rene and Marlene

Even though a 5 bedroom home might seem too large for just two guests, we actually have many couples who stay in our home over the course of the year. Even though they don't need all of the space, they enjoy having the full-size living room, kitchen, and other amenities, as well as the privacy provided in our pool area. Another benefit - if you find that the bed in one of the suites is too soft or too hard for your tastes, you have five bedrooms to choose from! Thank you for referencing how warm our pool and hot-tub was. We recently installed a 140,000 BTU pool heater, as well as a solar heating system, so we were able to keep our pool heated to 85-88 degrees this winter, even on some of the coldest days. I also appreciate you referencing the response time from our local management company. They do a great job, and I was happy to hear that your one issue was resolved with one phone call within one hour. That's great to know. This home has it all!!! We met my sister-in-law and her family here a few days after Christmas to be together over the holidays. Bill and Donna had a tree set up and everything. We had thought all our fun family time would be spent at Disney parks…however our most enjoyable family time was together in this home. This home is a beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. Bill and Donna were beyond helpful in every detail of our trip. We spent so many hours in the pool and hot tub….which was heated to perfection and sunny all day long. We spent very little time on laundry since there are two washers and two dryers. And the kitchen had everything we needed. We had kids ranging in ages nine months to 15yrs old and this house had everything any of them needed. From baby gear to the game room! I honestly can't say enough good things about this house and their attentive and helpful owners. It was all perfect and we are already planning to go back next year!!!

This property was exactly as described. It was easy to find and so convenient to all the Disney and area attractions. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us who stayed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Bill and Donna were extremely attentive. They always were very prompt with email replies and the information they provided as far as local amenities and suggested activities was invaluable. The grounds were so nice and the club house and pool were a treat as well. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the Orlando area. We will surely keep it on our list for a return visit.

This is a great house in a great community. What drew us to this house was the house itself, the community and the location to Disney. All met or exceeded our expectations. This house is not only clean and well decorated but it is also very comfortable and very spacious, which is very important. I know people worry that a place isn’t going to be as nice or as clean as the pictures make it seem, but this house is everything and more. You will not be disappointed. One thing we kept saying when we were at the house was how you could not beat the location. Whether we were going to the Disney Parks (which we did a lot) or looking for a good restaurant or doing some shopping, everything was right there. I will be travelling to the Orlando area with my wife and son in a few months and I am already looking at places to stay in the Windsor Hills community again because we loved the location so much. As for Bill and Donna they were amazing. It was never about just renting their house but it was about making sure we had a great vacation first and foremost. They were unbelievably helpful and provided us with so much information about the house, the community, restaurants, Disney etc. I think if they could have done something about the cold weather that hit us for a few days, they would have as well. They were great and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to be back one day to enjoy this beautiful house again with family and friends.

We had a fabulous time in Orlando and thoroughly enjoyed your home. My son cried the morning we left and hugged all of the walls while my niece took pictures of every room. The kids loved swimming in the pool at the end of each day, while the adults appreciated soaking in the spa after walking around the theme parks. What a great location and incredible home! My wife and I, our two daughters, their husbands and four children spent seven days at this very spacious home. Ten people and it never seem crowded, The bedrooms were very well appointed with very comfortable beds. The pool with its great location was warm all day and was very inviting after a long day at Disney, which is only 2 miles away. The HE(2) washers and (2) dryers were a god sent to do laundry before heading home. The game room was great for the kids. The Windsor Hill Resort is close to everything. The whole family was very happy with the house. Lastly, but most important was the attentiveness of the owner Bill. He always answer our e-mail promptly. I would definitely without hesitation recommend this house to my friends and family. My youngest daughter said she wants to come back in May for her 40th. My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at Bill & Donna's house on 3 different occasions! Bill and Donna are very attentive and answer emails quickly and thoroughly answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay! The house is beautiful and well maintained with updates over the past few years such as the new dual front load washers and dryers! The children's rooms have been redecorated and refurnished since last year. The exterior was repainted since last year, giving it a fresh look! The pictures displayed on the website are exactly as promised! The management company was a pleasure to contact, and they promptly delivered some missing linens to the house. Everything is close by, from the clubhouse to Disney!! Security personnel at the gate is very friendly, professional and helpful! And last but not least is my favourite amenity of the house....the pool area! South facing with beautiful , warm sunshine all day, and even though the weather was rainier than we've ever experienced there, it was still so nice to be poolside! This house is perfect for multiple families; it's so spacious and welcoming! We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to experience a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming home and pool with the bonus of a great owner who cares about your comfort!

My family had such a wonderful time at Bill and Donna's house. We loved the pool, the close walk to the clubhouse, the extremely close drive to the Disney parks...we enjoyed every part of this home. This was by far the right choice in choosing a rental property for our vacation! We had TONS to choose from but from day 1 when I first requested info we were given such detail that I felt completely comfortable renting this home with our fear that it wasn't represented accurately! The home was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. No detail was left out, down to a booster seat (just in case) 2 washers and dryers, which at times were both used, with towels in one and our clothes in the other! It was so nice not coming home with dirty laundry! Even the security check in crew was TOP NOTCH... we enjoyed it so much we are rebooking for next year!! If your looking, look no further! I can't imagine you would regret staying here! I am EXTREMELY picky where I stay and I was very pleased!

We are so happy our two washers and two dryers were a big hit with your family! They are top-of-the-line front loading machines which we just installed. Most homes have a single old top loading machine which was installed when the home was built. Those models are low capacity and take forever to get the laundry done. Since our home can sleep 10-12 guests, the families that stay in our home usually have a lot of laundry over the course of the week, and the LAST thing Mom's want to do after a long day at the parks is to come home and be stuck doing laundry for 3 hours. Our two washers/dryers are high efficiency (HE) models with an extra large capacity, so they make that chore go by much more quickly. I am pleased to leave this review! We chose between many homes for our family vacation in Orlando, but I by far made the right choice. From the first initial info request everything from the owners was TOP NOTCH, no detail was left to chance! The home was EXACTLY as described and we were made to feel right at home from the moment of rental to arrival with the security crew at the gate! We were even checked on during our stay to ensure everything was going well and did we need anything! We enjoyed it so much we are making it another trip next year! So I need to look no further! Bill and Donna are wonderful. The house was very clean and had everything a family would need to have a great, relaxing vacation. The private pool is great and warm as Bill said it would be. Sometimes it can be so difficult for guests to visualize the benefits of a south-facing pool until they actually experience it. With most of the homes in Windsor Hills, the shadow of the home will cover the pool with shade for part (or sometimes most) of the day. If you are coming to Florida for the sun, especially between September and May, I always recommend that guests look for a south-facing pool. This villa has so many great things about it so I will mention the top 3: 1) The owners - Bill was detailed and responsive from day one when we made an inquiry. This was not our first time staying at Windsor Hills but definitely our first time receiving this level of service. Helpful, courteous, truthful, knowledgeable - that is Bill. The property management team was also available every time we phoned, but like another reviewer has mentioned, we could easily email Bill and action would be taken immediately. 2)The villa - Great location, literally 5 minutes from Disney, and beautifully appointed. We got to experience the newly renovated bedrooms and games room, all of which were a surprise to us. The games room looked awesome! It has a pool table and an entertainment area for movies and games. It has 2 washers and 2 dryers - top of the line. The newly renovated kids rooms and bathrooms were adorable. I loved the minion room and the bathroom! All the kids loved it. My daughter's comment after arriving at the villa (we had just stayed 3 days in a suite at Art of Animation) was "I like this 'hotel' WAY better than the Lion King hotel!" That's a huge compliment to this villa and the owners - Art of Animation is ranked 5th of 188 hotels in Kissimmee :) The house was extremely clean, lots of towels, kitchenware, and strollers/pack & play also came in useful for our family. 3) The pool - Who doesn't like to come back after a long day at Disney and soak in a super hot spa? I looked forward to ending each night with some time in the spa. Kids loved the pool, and both were heated to a good temperature unlike other "chillier" pools you typically find at hotels. The pool looks out onto a huge greenspace, which was so calming to look out at. We also spent a good amount of time just soaking in the Florida sunshine on the patio. So glad we did, because we came back to 11 degree C weather here in Toronto. Bill provides quite a bit of pool toys for the kids. There's a huge lazy river type of floater, and some balls and pails. All in all, you won't go wrong with this villa. I've been to Florida about 15 times (I've lost count) and the only place I've ever chosen to stay a second time was Art of Animation...well you now know this villa is better than Art of Animation, so I know for sure when we come back to Florida, this villa would be our number 1 choice.

This is our second time staying at this property. Being relatively close by (Toronto) we have had the opportunity to stay at over a dozen properties in Windsor Hills (our favourite Orlando community) and this is by far our favourite. Six of us stayed at the home - 2 kids (10 and 7), myself and my spouse and my parents. The house could easily accomodate many more people - however I highly recommend getting the extra space if you are travelling with people beyond your immediate family (my spouse tells me that it is the only way she will consider travelling with my parents). The extra bathrooms also prove useful in the mad rush to get ready for the parks every morning. The house is fantastic and has all of the amenities one would hope for. There are an excessive number of flat screen tvs, super cool washers and dryers (2 each!), a fantastic open concept kitchen/family room/dining room which is a great way for the family to spend time together while cooking and hanging out (as the vacation chef, I appreciate not being left out when preparing the meals :)) While the house and phenomenal pool (directly in the sun all day long) are likely sufficient for us to write off staying at any other property, I have to say that the owner is actually the property's biggest asset. Bill is by far the most prompt, courteous, customer focussed property owner I have ever experienced. I understand that the property manager is very reliable and responsive, but I wouldn't really know because an email to Bill will basically be sufficient to solve any problem that might arise. The house is currently being updated - can't wait to come back next year to check out the results!

Absolutely Gorgeous Home. Sometimes pictures are nicer than the actual place is but you can be rest assured that this home & this pool is as beautiful as the pictures show. The owners were amazing. They promptly returned our calls & addressed any questions we had. There really are very few addresses with south facing pools & if you are planning on visiting Kissimmee in the winter & plan on using a outdoor pool, dont waste your time with pools that face any direction other than south. I try to educate all travelers about the benefits of south-facing pools, but for some people it is tough to visualize until you actually experience it. Since the sun sits lower in the sky during the fall through spring months, if a pool is not south-facing, the shadow of the home will fall on the pool at different times during the day (or all day with some north-facing pools). If a pool is covered in shade, especially in the fall through spring months, it will be much cooler - even with a pool heater. This was our fourth time in Disney and the third house we rented and it certainly was the best, fully equipped house ready for all, close all, the next time we went back to Orlando for sure will our house (be available). Our family enjoyed this welcoming and comfortable home with room to spare! Our week was filled with a perfect balance of access to Disney parks(-really only 5 minutes away!) and relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The kids enjoyed playing pool and X Box so much that they saved their TV viewing to bedtime as they fell asleep in their kid themed room! The house was close to anything we needed-groceries, supplies, and restaurants. We easily made the trip to Kennedy Space Center which provided a day (and potentially more) of education and fun! The owners were so easy to deal with, immediately responsive with email and had a great support staff available. After a great week at Windsor Hills we may never stay at a Disney property again!

Our family's reaction when they opened the door to the Windsor Dream was, "Wow, this home is awesome"! We had a perfect family Christmas vacation. The beautiful, spacious home was just as it was pictured. The home provided space for family to be together and to relax if they wanted quiet time. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to unwind and get ready for family games of pool in the comfortable setting in the game room. Everything is provided at the Windsor Dream to make guests feel at home. The contacts from Bill and Donna were so helpful. They made an extreme effort to provide us with information to Disney Parks, local shopping, restaurants and special Disney entertainment which saved us time and made planning easier for everyone. The Resort Club is great and has many amenities. The distance from the home to the Disney Parks was very convenient. It is a joy to share our experience with family and friends and feel most comfortable to recommend the Windsor Dream for their future vacations. Perfect from beginning to finish. We were a party of 10 having a family get together. House is exactly as described and pictured. House is large and beds are VERY comfortable. The house is very accessible and within walking distance to the Windsor Hills Club House which is another great perk. We enjoyed having wine while watching the kids swim and use the resort pool. There was also a one man steel drum band one night which we enjoyed and the kids attended the resort theatre and watched movies several times...what a bonus! The house is VERY close to the parks and so if you choose to come home during the day to have a rest before heading back you can do so. The pool is entirely south facing and so sunshine is enjoyed all day and into the evening. The pool was a huge highlight of our trip. The kids were in it round the clock and we enjoyed watching them from the covered outdoor entertaining area...lots of al fresco dining! The property management company was exceptional in handling questions and this was done promptly...always! The house itself was a highlight of our 2 week vacation and if you are planning a trip you will not be disappointed. What puts this property above others you might see is the customer service that Bill and Donna provide before, during, and after the trip. There was extensive email communication, handy information provided, quality checks done during our stay, and a very prompt return of our security deposit upon return home. We certainly would rent here again and honestly I can't imagine why anyone would stay at the resorts when the house is so close! We even had the opportunity to meet Bill and his son while we were there and I can assure you that he is equally nice to deal with in person as he was via phone and email. With pools that face North, East, or West, at some point during the day the sun will move behind the house, and the shadow of the home will cover the pool area. With a south facing pool, the sun is on the pool the entire day. It really makes a difference, as your family was able to experience. It's great that your children were able to utilize the resort theater. The theater is free to our guests, and the guests have a choice of many different movies to select from. This house was beautiful and comfortable for everyone. It even felt like home. The pool was great as well as the game room. The location couldn't have been better from the Disney theme parks and surrounding attractions. Only an hour from Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Atlantic Ocean and many other attractions. The resort staff were wonderful, kind and quick to deal with any mechanical issues. My entire family truly enjoyed this vacation from the house, location and hospitality of the owner. Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful week in Disney. Your home was perfect for our needs~ even more. Your attention to detail from pricing, home & resort community amenities was appreciated. Our family was able to decompress after the hectic, long days at the park quite comfortably. The home was clean and well maintained. The pictures on the site are very accurate. I would highly recommend your home to all of our friends and family that plan on visiting Disney. The home location was also close to the resort pool, game room and playground that we walked there everyday. We were hesitant at first staying off Disney property, but after this trip, I do not see us returning to the Disney resorts. The drive to Disney parks was less than 10 minutes. Our only regret was not having more time in the home. Our kids gave it a thumbs up as well. They are our toughest critics!

We rented both of your homes over New Year's week. We had multiple families with babies and teenagers. The houses were great for all our different needs. The location was perfect! People tend to claim that staying in a Disney resort is more convenient, but I think we got back and forth from the parks quicker (especially during the busiest time of the year) faster than the mass crowds staying on the grounds. I wish I had more time to enjoy the neighborhood as I did not even check out the club house...The owners are very responsive and everything was run very smoothly. I would and hope to stay again!

I know it took a lot of planning on your part to coordinate the 20 guests between our two homes. I'm glad you had such a great time! Before we purchased our second home we would have to rent another home in a different part of the resort whenever we traveled with our extended family. Having our two side-by-side homes is so much more convenient, and I'm happy we were able to share them with your family. Thank you for mentioning how quickly you were able to make it to Disney from our home. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the Disney Main gates (typically about a 6 minute drive). Depending on what Disney property someone might stay at, the Disney shuttles or train can sometimes take 30-60 minutes or more, because they have to stop at multiple resorts to let people on and off the bus or train. Disney states that the buses or trains run approximately every 20 minutes from the hotels to the parks, but that is dependent upon how busy a time it is, and sometimes the waiting time can be quite a bit longer. Not fun at all with young children. I really enjoy the flexibility that comes from having a car and making the short 10 minute drive to the Disney parking lot. We had a lot of fun helping you coordinate your trip, and I'm glad the entire family had a good time. Spending time in Florida is one of the best ways to celebrate the New Years holiday. This location was extremely convenient for doing Disney World. The homes (we rented both of the side-by-side homes as there were 19 in our group) have bathrooms with each bedroom making it a great choice for larger groups. The game rooms set up in the garages were a favorite of the young children and even some of the older ones. The owners are very attentive to the detail of their units and followed up with us both before and during our visit. Any issues encountered during the stay were immediately addressed by the maintenance person who lives in the same community. Our family would highly recommend this owner's rentals based on our experience and the quality of the homes and amenities provided.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Windsor Dream. The kids didn't want to leave and neither did the adults! The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Having no rear neighbors was great. It is close to Disney (you could hear the fireworks at night!) and an easy drive to Sea World and Universal Studios. We enjoyed the pool a lot and got a chance to swim each evening after our busy days at the theme parks. The kids all loved having their own bedroom and bathroom! The games room was fun too. We enjoyed playing pool and Xbox. The wifi in the house worked very well. Bill and Donna were great hosts and answered our questions with ease. They had all the arrangements made so there was no hassle at the security gate and kept in touch with us while we were there. WINDSOR HILLS was recommended to us by a friend who has gone on many Disney vacations but now I have recommended to her to use Bill and Donna's properties. Before we even saw the house, Bill and Donna provided outstanding service!! All my questions were answered quickly and they made me feel like I was in good hands. Once we got to the house....well as great as the pictures are on line, you will be amazed by the actual house. I know my husband was, his jaw hit the floor and the kids couldn't stop saying Wow. We were 7, including 3 young kids. My daughter calls the the house 'the GOLD house' and all 3 did not want to leave. The pool was the perfect end to our every day at Disney. We loved the close proximity to the entrance and the quiet backyard. When we return we will be renting from Bill and Donna again and have, and will continue to recommend their properties to our friends. It was everything we could have wished for and more. As a family of nine aged from 8 to 74, it had all the space and amenities that we required to make our holiday even more special. The fact that the villa sits in a gated residential area made us feel even more secure and the staff at the security entrance gate were most helpful and professional. The location of the villa within Windsor Hills itself is perfect with the lovely clubhouse and pool barely a 5 minute stroll away!!! We were expecting a very nice home....but it was well beyond our expectations!! It was a real pleasure to deal with Bill and Donna due to many facts: their warm and friendly manner, very fast response to all e-mails, all the information they provided, the outstanding resources, such as the professional video which allowed you to see exactly what the villa looked like (and it is exactly what you get - no tricks!!), all the tips...even what restaurants to visit, shortcuts & directions and even where to refill the gas tank....Fantastic! When we arrived the home was spotless and in perfect condition. We were amazed how all the details had been taken care of. It was really being at 'home'! We were also aware that we had Kevin as a backup resource in case we needed assistance from other guests' reviews. And it worked! We had a couple of minor things...and his response was impressive: very fast, friendly and solving the situation within seconds. We were desperate to make the most of the pool and sunshine as we were coming from a very rigourous winter in the southern hemisphere...but the weather was against us... we had quite a lot of rain. Bill and Donna are unable to help here...if it had been within their power, I'm sure they would have!!! But the pool area is absolutely fabulous. We had stayed at another villa at Windsor Hills nearly two years ago, and we had our neighbours right under our noses! The fact that there is no villa at the back allows you to enjoy the view of a wonderful garden which stretches out for about 250 mts in total privacy! And when the sun did peep out, one could see the benefits of a south-oriented pool! It does make the difference! We would definitively recommend Bill and Donna's place as it made a substantial difference to our holiday! Unfortunately our kids are quite old now and we feel this was our last visit to Disneyworld...will have to wait until we get grandchildren....Hope you are still around by then because we won't look around...you will be our first option!! I'm glad our tips were a nice time saver. Thank you for referencing Kevin's response time, as other reviewers have as well. For the benefit of our future guests who might be reading this, the coffee maker in our home was not working properly, so Kevin delivered a replacement coffee maker as soon as he received the call from Denise. That's the benefit of having a local caretaker who lives right in Windsor Hills. There is no need to call a large property management company and wait for the "next available representative". Because he lives right around the corner from our home, the needs of our guests can be attended to right away. I was happy to read your review of our pool area as compared to the home you stayed in on your last visit to Windsor Hills. There are only a small handful of homes that have both a south-facing pool, and no rear neighbors, and it really make a difference. The views from our pool area out into the quiet green meadow behind our home makes for a much more relaxing environment as compared to having neighbors staring at you from 10 feet away. Hopefully grandchildren will be on the way soon, as we would love the opportunity to host you and your family again. My family and I had an incredible time at Bill and Donna's place. I have stayed in many vacation rental properties and have never met a host as informative, helpful or congenial as Bill. Right from my first correspondence with Bill it was clear that he would do everything in his power to ensure that we had a wonderful vacation (which he did). Having Kevin basically onsite was also a huge security blanket - we knew that if anything were to go wrong someone could be over promptly to assist. I only had limited dealings with Kevin - but they are illustrative of how helpful he was. When we arrived the key code didn't work - we called Kevin and in 15 seconds or so (less time than it would take to get to a hotel lobby) he remotely reset the code. The house was spotless when we arrived and proved to be perfect for our family (family of four plus my parents). We loved the pool (especially our kids - 5 and 8 - who lived in the pool whenever we were "home"). We loved the fact that the house was so close to the playground and club house. Having vacationed a fair amount in the Orlando area we knew that Windsor Hills offers the best amenities, security and location of the many gated vacation community areas. The house itself had plenty of space and activities, extra bedrooms for forts :), tons of TVs, dvds, video games, books etc. but the weather cooperated too much to allow us to fully appreciate them. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, well maintained, worry-free property. Now if only Bill could do something about the paucity of edible restaurant food in the Orlando area.... But I guess that's why vacationers need a fully stocked kitchen.

I'm glad your children got a lot of use out of the playground. The proximity of our home to the playground was a big selling point for us when we purchased our home. We have 5 children, and knowing we were right across the street from the "Castle Playground" was something we really liked about this location. Of course, similar to your children, whenever we are at the home our kids spend the bulk of their time in our private pool. My wife and I enjoy the pool as well, because we have no rear neighbors. Before we purchased our home in Windsor Hills we rented some homes, and they each had a whole row of neighbors behind those homes, and the pools back right up to each other (only separated by about 10 feet). On each of those vacations we quickly grew tired of watching (and being watched by) all of the families in the homes behind us. We really enjoy spending time as a family in the privacy of our pool area. As far as the dining choices in Orlando, I had to laugh at your comment about the "paucity of edible restaurant food". I know what you mean! There are a ton of restaurants to choose from, but most of them do focus on some variety of "fast food". There are definitely some five star restaurants within a short drive of our home, so please remind me ahead of your next trip and I will be happy to point you in the right direction. Fortunately, for those guests who like the consistency of a good home-cooked meal, our kitchen offers all of the comforts of home. The other benefit of eating-in a few nights per week is the cost savings, which can be substantial. We found this villa to be the best we have rented in Orlando for several reasons. The location is superb being only 10 minutes drive to Disney parks and only 20 mins to Universal and Mall at Millenia ( a definite must for all shoppers!) The villa itself was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we wanted during our 3 week stay. We appreciated the change of bed linen provided for each bed. Any minor problems were quickly sorted out by Kevin who was always there if needed. The pool area was large enough to sit out to eat, sunbathe during the day, or let our 2 year old grandson play behind the safety fence.The games room was ideal for older grandchildren and adults to spend some time out of the sun or compete against each other in nightly pool tournaments! The communal pool area is a definite bonus as it is only a short stroll from the villa and the shop there has most items you need in a hurry such as bread, milk, etc. It is also pleasant to sit in the foyer here and enjoy a beer or coffee and watch the world go by. Windsor Hills is a proper gated community which makes residents feel very safe day and night.The staff at the gate were most friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future as everyone felt they had their own space but also plenty room to be altogether. We look forward to returning in the future. When we take the "short-cut" we can make it to the Animal Kingdom in just about 6 minutes. Thanks for mentioning the Mall at Millenia. I am amazed at how many high-end shops they can fit in one location, from Coach to Cartier, Jimmy Choo to Rolex, and Brooks Brothers to Louis Vuitton. I'm glad you enjoyed our pool area as well. Because we don't have any rear neighbors, I find that most guests get more "use" out of our pool area, because the privacy allows the entire family to relax a bit more. I am taking your suggestion and I plan to add some snooker balls to our game room as well, so we can now offer that great British pastime to future travelers. We stayed at this villa after reading the reviews and we did not regret our decision. The owners Bill and Donna were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. We had one problem during our stay caused by the weather, we called Kevin, the property manager, and he was at the villa within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for the week. We felt truly comfortable in our home away from home. It was so nice to come "home" after a long day at the parks. We had two families (a total of 9 of us), and had more than enough space for all of us. The kids had as much fun at the villa as we did, if they weren't swimming, they were watching movies or playing video games. Everything was in close proximity, we went to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Disney. We never had to travel more than 20 minutes to get anywhere, including traffic. We arrived earlier than expected and were unable to check-in due to the villa being cleaned, but we were able to get into the Windsor Hills Resort and spend time at the resort swimming pool while we waited. We truly had a great experience and felt very safe in the community. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks for mentioning the response time from Kevin, our local property manager. Unlike large, nameless/faceless management companies, where it can take days to get a response to an inquiry, Kevin lives in Windsor Hills, literally right around the corner from our home, so his response time is excellent. I was so happy to hear of his quick 10 minute response time. That's amazing. I'm happy the children enjoyed the video games and movies in our game room, as I know you had some rain during your stay, so it's great that the kids were able to remain entertained in the home. Finally, thank you for mentioning that you felt "safe" in the community. Many resorts near Disney market themselves as "gated communities", but most of those neighborhoods do not have gates that are actually staffed by security personnel. In many neighborhoods, everyone is given a simple code to the gate, and over time, after multiple guests, contractors, repairmen, and pizza delivery vehicles have visited the neighborhood, it seems like "everyone" in town knows the code. This is NOT the case with Windsor Hills. There are security personnel that staff the entrance gate 24 hours per day, and they do a fantastic job making sure that only registered guests are allowed access to the resort. We have always felt very safe in Windsor Hills, and that is why we purchased our vacation home in this beautiful neighborhood. If you want a villa with lovely hosts and lovely owners this is the one to go for. Everything is within driving distance less 10 minutes to the Disney parks and about 20 minutes to universal not even that. I would definitely come back again and hopefully stay in this villa again. Best holiday me and my family have had. The description of the place was as described and the location was brilliant. Everything you wanted or needed was on the doorstep. The property was very well maintained and very clean. The service we received was absolutely brilliant not just from the owners but also the people in the grounds. I would recommend this property to friends and family defiantly. The best part of this place was the south facing pool. If you just wanted a lazy day, sitting by the pool is the answer. It's not noisy at all and is very quiet during the day and night time. We did most of the parks while we were out there and I would recommend to any of you to go to Busch gardens, discovery cove and seaworld. I have a 7 year old and he enjoyed them parks the most especially discovery cove swimming with the dolphins. All my family which was 10 of us loved it out here and we all did our own things but did a few of the parks together which was fun. While we were here we tried a few restaurants but the one that had a lot of different variety of things was the Cracker Barrel, also the ponderosa was nice we went there a few times.

We loved this house! The layout is superb--great places for the entire family to gather in the family room or in the garage turned tv/game room or lots of room for teens to head to their own bedroom and tv. Our favorite part--the fantastic pool! The sun shines on the water from early morning until almost sundown. It is very easy to get to the parks from the house. It is nice to be in a gated community--the neighborhood has a very safe feeling to it. Target and Publix grocery store are close by. The owner is very easy to work with and provides prompt, excellent replies to questions.

The gated-community feature of Windsor Hills was one of the main reasons we decided to purchase our home there. Many developments in the Orlando area market themselves as "gated", but sometimes it is literally just a gate that owners are given an access code to, but without any live monitoring. At Windsor Hills, there are security personnel at the gate 24 hours a day. Their primary function is to assist all guests when they arrive, regardless of what time of day or night, but their secondary function is to make sure that only registered guests are allowed access to the resort. They are a great group of employees, always very helpful, and they do a fantastic job. Thanks again for taking the time to write your review. We were fortunate enough to rent this home over Christmas 2011 and enjoyed an amazing family holiday there. It felt like home from the moment we walked in, and our children and partners immediately relaxed there, as there was so much fun to be had in the pool and games room for our grandchildren. The location was amazing, just a few miles from all the major parks, and the estate was beautifully kept and very secure. The villa was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the pool was FAB. We would all love to come back!

This home exudes style and comfort from the moment you walk in the door. The decor is neutral, yet stylish and the themed rooms are tastefully decorated without being "faddish". We found the bedrooms to be quite spacious and comfortable and we also loved that each one had its own flatscreen TV. One great feature was that the main floor windows facing the pool area are sliders and can open completely. This allows guests easy access between the pool and kitchen/dining area. We hosted a party and found that when the sliders were opened it seemed to double the living space. Along with several adults, our group included a 7 month old baby and we found that all of the amenities (i.e., pack and play, high chair, etc) were in new condition and very clean. The community pool and other resort amenities are within walking distance and are beautiful!! We found it was a perfect distance from the house as we could walk if wanted to go, but it was also not so close that there was too much traffic from the guests accessing the facilities. We would like to extend a special thank you to "Kevin" from the property management company. Every time we had a question or concern he responded quickly and professionally. He went out of his way to ensure that every issue was taken care of to our satisfaction and never once did we feel that we were "bothering" him. Great customer service skills!!! Overall, our stay at this villa was exceptional and there was no detail overlooked. I would HIGHLY recommend it to any family or group who is looking for a safe, comfortable and spotlessly clean home in which to enjoy their vacation.

Having young children ourselves, our most important criteria when we are traveling is the cleanliness of our accommodations. I'm delighted to hear that you found our home "spotlessly clean". Thank you for pointing out the benefit of our sliding glass doors and the pool area. Our pool area is the best feature of our home. So many homes in Windsor Hills back up to another property, or they face north, east, or west. Our home is one of the few that is truly south-facing, so we get the most sun each day, and we have no rear neighbors. The pool and spa area is nice and private whether you are a group of 12 or a party of 2. I'm also happy to hear you describe the short walking distance to the community amenities (pool, water slide, movie theater, gaming arcade, fitness center, etc). Some homes in Windsor Hills are a good 15 minute walk away from the amenities . Our home is about 2 minutes away, so we are very comfortable letting our older children walk that distance, given the close proximity and the safety of our gated community. It's nice to know our older children can enjoy the amenities without us having to drive them there! Thank you for letting me know about your interaction with Kevin, our local property manager. This home represents a large investment for our family, and we chose Kevin to be our "face in Florida" because he lives right in Windsor Hills as a full-time resident, and he has an excellent reputation for taking care of our guests. Kevin literally lives right around the corner from our home, so he is always available to assist with any needs our guests may have - no matter how big or small.
