South Facing Pool with No Rear Neighbours | Windsor Hills Villa

All I can say is the place is the to be and I would not give 5 stars but one hundred stars! Everything was amazing starting from the home to neighbors and everything about it! Especially the owners Bill and Donna they are the kindest people. We are coming to stay longer the next time. Thank you very much for everything my family was happy to go and we came back happier! We rented this house for 11 days and we loved it we felt like we were at home from the beginning we have 4 kids ages 7-14 they loved it and the location was great for our travel to Disney it was a few miles away the home owners Bill and Donna were excellent hosts very responsive to all our questions and needs 5 stars all the way we will be back and we are going to refer some of our family to rent this beautiful house … thanks again we had a memorable vacation there …the Motta’s

This house was perfect for us - we had two families - 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable amount of space. The house was clean and well taken care of, and the owners were amazing at communications and sharing tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We really loved having the private pool and hot tub after a long day walking at the parks. The house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and had a great “fun room” for the kids to hang out. We are very happy with this rental and highly recommend it to others.

Highly recommend this property! We loved how clean and spacious and up-to-date this home was and its great proximity to Orlando’s attractions; it’s an easy ~20 minute drive door to to door from the Disney parks. According to my five year old the best thing about this home is the Minion bedroom which she adored. :) My teens loved the game room and the pool which backed to the peaceful common area. We appreciated the thoughtful and responsive hosts.

We had the best two weeks at Bill & Donna's property! The home was the cleanest we have ever had a vacation rental be (and we have rented ALOT!). We spent most of the time by the pool, cooking, playing in the game room and relaxing in the living room. The pool was ALWAYS warm - which was great considering the weather during our time was not typical FL summer weather - most mornings the pool was warmer than the air. We loved having meals on the patio - with a table big enough to fit all 8 of us! The game room was great for after dinner fun and a perfect spot for morning workouts. The TWO washers and dryers were AMAZING! With so many of us, we could get through laundry quickly. The open kitchen and living room space was great for cooking while still being a part of the group. The living room furniture was sooo comfortable (thank you Bill for helping us choose our new sectional!). The bedrooms were perfect sizes and everyone loved having their own bathrooms. The mattresses were some of the best we have slept on (besides our own) - we woke up everyday with no pain! Having TWO hot water tanks was fantastic! I was a little spoiled having hot water so quickly for a shower or washing dishes! The house was so comfortable we did not want to leave at the end! We did have a few maintenance issues but Bill responded so quickly that they were never a burden. Bill was fantastic to rent from and his communication is top notch. He checked on us almost every day and offered some great ideas of things to do and places to eat. I left feeling like we shared our vacation with a new friend. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Bill & Donna again and in fact look forward to being spoiled again soon!!!

The entire family enjoyed their stay at the Windsor Fantasy. The home had everything you could possibly need. Part of the family flew into Orlando and we, the grandparents, drove to the resort in a motorhome towing a trailer. Bill made sure we would have no problem getting our rig through security and into the overflow parking lot. We highly recommend the Windsor Fantasy.

I cannot say enough good things regarding this home, location, and owners, Bill and Donna. We had such amazing communication with the owners and they were beyond flexible with us during such a trying time this past year. They truly make you feel like family when renting from their home! Bill and Donna went above and beyond even to fine details of pointing out local attractions and wildlife to see that were perfect for my boys. The house it self is prime location; walking distance to the outdoor community pool/grill which was amazing with 3 little ones. We truly enjoyed having a pool in the comfort of the back yard for our busier Disney nights but having the community pools and splash pad available and so convenient on our days off. The home itself has every convenience you need even including toddler bed rails, (which I had completely forgotten about) after getting in late at night from a long day of travel, the house managers promptly answered the phone and were able to point me in the direction of where to find them! I was amazed with the communication and accessibility to them and the owners on any questions we had. Traveling with small children was definitely made easier staying here with all they have at the home. Also having 3 master suites with attached baths was a huge plus! We traveled with grandparents one of which is very limited with mobility so the first floor masters were key! I honestly can say we will be back for sure and cannot wait to book again! If you are at all considering this property do it! It is perfect and so conveniently located to Disney! Our only regret was not having more off days to enjoy the amenities offered more.

Such a beautiful home! Great location minutes from the gate and community water park. We traveled with our children one of which is special needs and this home had plenty for the kids to do. The pool and hot tub were a plus with a nice view and plenty of space. Lots of space! The beds were super comfy. I can really go on and on. Thank you so much Bill and Donna! We had an amazing stay here. The descriptions and photos are just as described. The kids loved having the space with the games and pool table. There is a lot of space for dining. The home was very clean and well organized. The Minion room does not have much space if the trundle is pulled out completely, but a family could make it work. Any thing that we needed or had questions about were answered so quickly! We also loved how close the home was to the waterpark area too--some homes are quite far away. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was the perfect fit for our family vacation! We had 4 adults and 4 kids staying in the house and the accommodations were perfect. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kids theme rooms were adorable and I loved how every bedroom had their own bathroom. We had a ton of fun in the game room when the weather was a little crummy a couple of the days we were there. We spent as much time as we could in the pool, which was always nicely heated. The location of the house was perfect. A quick 10 minute drive to the Disney parks and only 50 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Another perk of this house was the Windsor Hills community. There is a huge heated community pool with two separate waterslides and a large splash pad area which was a blast for our whole group! There is also a small arcade and convenience store where you can buy food, ice cream and drinks! The house was equipped with all the kitchen appliances we needed (two coffee makers, pans, bowls, dishes, grilling utensils, even slow cookers and a waffle maker) along with plenty of beach and bath towels. Also, I can not say enough good things about the owners, Bill and Donna. They were quick to respond to all of my questions before, during and even after our visit. They also sent recommendations throughout the week for food ideas and family activities to do in the area while we were there! That was great information for people new to the area. We will definitely be back!

Overall, our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. As a family, we have stayed at a lot of house rentals in the Kissimmee area. The owners, Bill & Donna, made our experience the best one yet! They are so on top of things and have thought about how to give their "customers" the best experience. From the start (and until after we departed) they communicated with us in a timely manner answering questions and providing helpful suggestions. Inside the house they have carefully thoughts about the guests experience providing anything and everything one might want or need. There are tons of beach towels, kitchen supplies, water bottles, and baby equipment including multiple strollers, high chairs, and pack & plays. Additionally, the location of this house made our trip even that much better. A south facing pool with no one behind you and an easy 2-minute walk to the resort amenities. This made it easy with the little ones. We highly recommend this house and hope to return ourselves!

This house was the perfect location to all the amenities offered at windsor hills. We were just a short walk to the clubhouse and main pool/splash pad. Also just a short walk to the castle themed park for the kiddos to play at which was a huge hit. Bill and Donna were fantastic to work with. Going above and beyond with making sure we had an amazing stay. If your traveling with younger kiddos the house is equipped with lots of baby gear from multiple strollers including a double one and a high chair which was perfect for our youngest traveler. The pool and hot tub were at the perfect temperature. We had a couple cooler days during our stay but that didn't keep our kids out of the warm water. The hot tub was especially nice for all the adults and got nice and hot. This is def a place we will be back to visit and looking forward to working with Bill and Donna again for a future vacation!

We brought three 2-year-olds, a 7-year-old, 3 college kids, and 3 adults. The owners were so helpful and had more than we could ask for as far as pack-n-plays, strollers, high chairs, towels, etc., which made packing so much easier on us! The pool was great and the playground was a life-saver. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the water slides or splash pad but they looked amazing. The drive to each Disney park was super easy and 20 min. or less from each one. Kitchen was well stocked, crock pot, waffle iron, toaster, plenty of plates, silverware, etc. The house is very spacious and open. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we go to Orlando!

The day we arrived my kids were already begging to come back. Between the private heated pool and hot tub, 5 bedrooms with TV and cable in each room, and the awesome “man cave” they were never bored. This house in particular is the best location in Windsor Hills due to proximity of the club house/water park and playgrounds. The waterpark and heated pool was awesome...even though it was chilly..my kids swam for hours because it was so warm. Bill & Donna are awesome hosts. Everything was perfect and well communicated.

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars, because this home and our hosts definitely deserve it! Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant spent 6 fabulous days here, and we can't say enough about the home or the kindness of the owners. We loved that we could "come home" while on vacation, and the cost was less than 1/2 of what we'd have paid for an onsite Disney resort but the space was more than double! 1. LOCATION - The home is a 10-15 minute drive from each Disney park, and within the community it is a short walk to the clubhouse and the pool/water park. The neighborhood feels extremely safe, with a gated guardhouse and strict enforcement for entry. There is a lovely green space behind the home, making it feel open but still private. The grounds throughout the area are very well maintained and nicely manicured. 2. HOME QUALITIES - There were no details that were missed. The pool is AMAZING and is kept at a very comfortable temperature. We loved the hot tub that spilled over into the pool. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked with everything you need if you choose to eat in. The family room is spacious and well furnished, and the furniture throughout the home is high quality. The flooring, trim and decor are all done with good taste and felt like home. A bonus was the garage which has been converted into a game room, and it also included 2 washers and 2 dryers - very useful to us. The cleaning crew did an excellent job of preparing the home for our stay too!! 3. OWNERS/COMMUNICATION - This is where the home really shines. The owners were absolutely delightful to work with. We were coming from several locations, and we asked for both an early check-in and a late check-out because of flight complications. Both were graciously granted, and the communication was very quick. We were also given great tips about the home, the area and the parks. These owners are WAY beyond 5 star hosts!! 4. EXTRAS - The little things matter. The home is equipped with very nice night lights throughout - very helpful when traveling with children or infants who wake in the night. The wifi speed is excellent. The front door touch pad is very convenient and locks automatically with a short delay. The pool door is alarm-protected. There are several strollers, a high chair and a pack-and-play available for use. Beds are just the right level of softness, and multiple types of pillows are provided. We highly recommend this home and these owners. We had an absolutely lovely time, and we look forward to another visit!!

There are so many great things to say about the owners and this property. The reservation process was quick and simple, as was the check-in process when we arrived. The owners stayed in constant contact from the time I booked the property to the time I made it home ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. They even provided activities for us to do in the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to serve a large group. We ate breakfast by the pool and relaxed in the spa after a long day at Disney. The kids spent hour bouncing from Xbox to the arcade. There was truly something for everyone! Whatever travel dates you have planned, add an extra day just to enjoy the house. You’ll be glad you did. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

The Windsor Hills Resort is in the perfect location for access to all the major Orlando attractions and the Windsor Fantasy is in a perfect location within the resort. My wife and I have been traveling for over 45 years and renting self catering properties for over 30 years. Bill was the absolute best property owner we have ever dealt with. Timely communication and easy to follow instructions. We really appreciated all the information that Bill provided to us before and during our stay. If you are looking for a great vacation experience then the Windsor Fantasy would be a thumbs up selection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! The location couldn’t have been better. The home is right down the street from the clubhouse. The heated pool was fabulous. We all loved the fact that we got our own bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, pots, and pans. We had a small issue with one toilet and the gentleman was there to fix it within the hour. He was kind and quick! I would recommend this home to everyone! Thank you!

Our family of 10 (5 adults, 5 children) had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful home that was so close to all the Disney parks. It was maybe a 10 minute drive which was especially great after a long day at the park. The home itself was comfortable and beautifully appointed for our large family. The entire family enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the game room each day of our stay. The kitchen had a good assortment of dish ware, pots and pans and utensils to cook with as well as plastic items to be able to enjoy a cold drink by the pool :). The owners of the property were so accommodating, and respond very quickly to all questions and requests. Would absolutely rent from them again! Enjoyed our 10 day stay in Windsor hills and at Bills home. I’ve rented many properties over the years and have to admit dealing with Bill was my best experience of all of them. What an awesome vacation! Seven of us stayed 9 nights/10 days very comfortably in this immaculate and beautifully furnished home! We were conveniently located 5-7 miles from all of the Disney parks (10-15 minute drive) and about 20 minutes from Universal. Our drives were easy and we even came home a few days to cool off in the pool and grab lunch. Our "home" was close to shopping, golf, mini-golf and restaurants galore. We ordered take out a few nights and dined in another. The complex was nice and a few days we just hung out at our pool, had a cook-out with the on-site grill, walked around the complex, enjoyed listening to a live duo playing/singing at the main pool and grabbed an ice-cream in the little shop on property. Our boys loved the game room and so did we for the pool table and old-school arcade style video game(s)! Lastly, we can't say enough about the ease of communication with Bill (and Donna). They were extremely responsive to all of our questions! We highly recommend this home for convenience/location, cleanliness, environment and the owners!

Disney trips can be stressful - a vacation that takes masterful planning! We debated staying off property versus on property. I am so glad we decided on this home! The location and owners made all the difference. The beautiful home is just minutes to the parks, and has all of the amenities you want in a property all to yourself. Bill and Donna have thought of everything - from nearby restaurant/activity recommendations to a fully equipped home for the entire family. There is even a resort-style water park you can walk to right down the street. If you are going to Disney this is the place to stay! Don't waste anymore time planning your accommodations - book this house and save the planning for your theme park strategy!

The house was really well prepared for our arrival and the on site shop can provide starter basics - Walmart within a few minutes Drive for larger grocery shop. The location is very close to the Disney Parks and Bill & Donna's route into Disney saves time and queues at the initial car parking stage. Their tips and local knowledge helped throughout the fortnight. In addition to standard household equipment the double stroller provided was hugely helpful for tired children and the games room is a handy breakout area for bigger 'kids' once small people are in bed. There are many buffet style family restaurants within about 5 mins drive and also nice couples restaurants too. Everyone took a turn at babysitting during our holiday to allow for 'date nights' too ! Would recommend the house particularly as every room has its own bathroom facilities.

Our family of 10 with 6 adults & 4 kids ages 4-7 stayed here for 5 nights recently. The home is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space for us. It was nice to have room to spread out if we needed but in the living area we could all be together too. The kitchen is fully stocked with most things you need. We spent a lot of our time by the pool when not at the parks. The location made for an easy commute to Disney & Universal. We spent time one day at the water park by the clubhouse- very nice! Bill & Donna were helpful in giving lots of ideas of things to do in the area. Just wished we would have had more time to do them all. Thanks for sharing your home!!

This was our fifth different house in the Windsor Hills Community that my wife, son, and I have rented for our annual spring break trip to Disney/Orlando. The first four were pretty good, but Bill and Donna's house blew all of the other ones away! It's a primo location within the community. It's meticulously well kept, clean, and a joy to live in. All of the amenities and information for this site are spot on. There were no surprises. Bill and Donna provided a wealth of information regarding not only the rental, but excellent tips and tricks for every aspect of our stay. Their communication, attention to detail, and clarity of instructions were superb. Sincerely, this experience has spoiled us greatly. We will book with them every chance we get. My daughter and I stayed at the house for 4 nights. Home nicely decorated, comfortable beds & clean. Owners very responsive before and during stay checking in to see how our stay was going and offering suggestions for food and mini golf! The coffee maker was quickly replaced the first morning when I called. Didn’t have to miss my morning coffee, as they supplied 2 k-cups for their Keurig! We enjoyed the outside pool and spa & played a few games of pool at night! We liked that the house is within a gated community!

My family had a wonderful experience renting from Bill and Donna. We found the home to be extremely clean and comfortable and the pictures are accurately portrayed on the site. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. They even provided starter items like dish soap and garbage bags. The home is extremely close to Walmart and restaurants and only about ten minutes from Disney. In the months prior to our stay, Bill promptly answered any questions I had. During our stay we were provided with a property manager's phone number in case we needed anything immediately. I especially appreciated the clear and concise rules and regulations that were provided. They truly thought of everything that could possibly come up and thwarted the need to call them to ask questions. I only wish they had a home in Ocean City, Maryland where we frequently vacation. I would rent from them in a second.

Would recommend this home we had a great two week stay! The house is spacious, clean, very good amenities and the kids loved the pool, hot tub and pool table! Windsor Hills is in a great location easy 5-10 min drive to all Disney parks and 25 mins to Universal. Bill and Diane provided lots of tips on things to do such as the Celebration Bike Ride which was a nice change from doing the parks and feels like you are seeing a bit of Florida we would not have this found ourselves!

Our family had vacationed in the Disney area for many years but now we had a new generation to introduce to it. We were researching a lot of different options when we discovered Bill and Donna’s home. We have nine adults and two children in our family. The house looked absolutely perfect for our trip. The Burns were very helpful with an abundance of information about the surrounding area from places to eat to attractions. The Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort with a fantastic pool and water park for the kids. There is also a very nice cafe at the pool and good playgrounds in the resort. But the best part was that the Burns’ house was located close (walking distance) to all the above amenities. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The game room was a great addition for end of day entertainment. The pool was set at a perfect temperature, clean and well maintained. The few small issues we encountered were all handled very promptly by Bill and his property management team. Our family went home with wonderful memories of our vacation thanks to the Burns and their lovely home. We would definitely return to one of their homes the next time we come and will refer them to friends and family members as well. Definitely a Five Star property and host.

The house was pristine. Pool area was great and the inside of the house is all brand new. Everything you could want to visit or eat is within 1-2 miles. The subdivision is perfect and the waterpark in it is great for the kids. The owners were unbelievably accommodating. A fuse went out in the hot tub and the maintenance staff was there within 10 minutes. We couldn't recommend this house any higher. Stop looking at other houses, rent this house. Best rental ever!

We were very happy with the accommodations at the Burns' home. The space worked perfectly for our party of six adults and three kids. I felt that we were very well prepared and informed by the owners before we arrived on what to expect. Even though we didn't have time to check out the community amenities, we were a very short walking distance from them. The game room was a plus for the kids, they loved playing the arcade machine and the pool table was enjoyed by the adults. The washers and dryers definitely came in handy as well. I would have to say the pool was the best. Every day after our visit to the parks, we would all relax in the pool and hot tub. I would also like to add that the pool temperature was PERFECT! We had a bit of an issue with the thermostat upstairs, but Bill Burns was on it!!! He was so attentive to the issue and had someone out to the home to fix it in no time. Thank you Donna and Bill for your hospitality. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable to stay at your home. The next time we visit with a large group, we'll be looking you up for sure!

I liked that comment so much I wanted to use the same CAPS that you used! Many families assume that they won't need the pool and spa heating package in the summer months, but that's not necessarily the case. Even though our south-facing pool gets the most sun all day, the pool heater really makes it warm and comfortable night or day for our guests. We really enjoy relaxing in the spa in the evening once the sun goes down, and our heater can get it up to 104 degrees. Thank you for referencing our customer service related to the thermostat issue. A previous guest had accidentally bent the housing thermostat knob, so it wouldn't turn properly. After having a repairman out who couldn't get it fixed, we got the temperature set to a comfortable level manually, and then we had a new thermostat shipped and installed right away. It's great that the children enjoyed the arcade game in the game room. It's hard to get some kids away from the XBox - so we're always happy to hear when families spend some time with Frogger, Galaga, or Donkey Kong. Stayed in June for 9 nights and were in need of a rest after 5 nights at Universal Resort. Well we certainly weren’t disappointed. We’ve stayed in lots of different villas in Florida over the last 20+ years and this one was definitely worth waiting for. More than a home from home with top quality furniture & fittings.The location was also brilliant. The pool & spa heat was the best that we’ve ever had & it was a joy to have an early morning swim without shivering. There were only 2 of this time but the rest of the family are trying to organise a vacation for next year so we will keep this villa & the other one that Bill & Donna own nearby in mind when we all agree on dates. Communication with Bill & Donna was exceptional with lots of useful tips on enjoying our time there. Thanks for everything.

I wouldn't change a thing. If you are looking for a wonderful house close to the parks - look no further. We were at the Disney parks within 15 minutes of leaving the house. A nice, new Walmart was just down the street (recommendation - place a pick up order so you don't even need to go into the busy store!) The beds are cozy and kitchen well appointed. But the pool and hot tub were our favorite. A great way to unwind after being in the parks all day. The perfect family rental.

The Windsor Hills home was excellent for our 7 spring breakers aged 2 to 90. The pool was clean, warm and private. Very convenient location close to the playground and the clubhouse / waterpark, and shopping was a short bicycle ride away. Very convenient to I-4 and the theme parks too. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Gated community and the security team was very courteous and helpful. My wife said we would keep track of the property and come back again sometime.

The Burns were great hosts. Along with our adult children and 4 grandchildren we had a fabulous stay. The house and south facing pool were great. The kids loved the theme/based bedrooms and the walk-in pool at the club house. The playground near the house was a big hit with the little ones too. We were up early and 15 mins to Disney--close stores for groceries--great location and welcomed rest after busy day in the park! This was our first experience with VRBO and hopefully not the last! Fantastic home! Updated, clean, and in the perfect location! I brought my family to this home for a Disney-filled vacation and let me tell you, we were not let down! The home was beautiful, well maintained, and full of amenities for everyone. Every person in my family sincerely enjoyed this home and we would absolutely stay here again. It’s minutes away from all the Disney parks and the drive is easy! (Pro-tip, get to the parks before 9am so you’re not stuck in any traffic!) Also, nearby were a couple of our favorites: Walmart (2 min drive — for stocking up on drinks, snacks, and other essentials), Chick-fil-a (5 min drive — for when cooking isn’t preferntial!), and of course many other restaurants, gift shops, Starbucks, and more. Bill is an amazing host — very informative and helpful every step of the way, from booking, to pre-arrival, and even a couple friendly emails while we were there making sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Bill and his property for anyone looking to book the perfect family vacation to Orlando or Disney!

I spent many days and hours looking for the perfect place to stay while we were in Florida and when I came across this house, I knew I had found the perfect one. I only have good things to say about this property. First, let’s talk about the location. It couldn’t be more perfect. Not only is it close to Disney but it is also in a gated, safe community. As far as the house goes, it is perfect also. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which definitely comes in handy at the end of the day when you are tired and just want to shower and go to bed. And I have to mention the hot water heater on both floors. This is important because you don’t have to worry about running out of hot water when you are utilizing all 5 showers. It is also beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. And I can’t forget about the pool. We were only able to go swimming 2 days but we sure loved it, almost as much as our kids! We would have loved to have been able to spend more time here and can’t wait to come back and stay again, hopefully in the near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us Bill and Donna!!!

Our stay was fantastic. We were escaping the cold from Iceland but we got some cold in Florida. We couldn't enjoy the pool but we could enjoy the spacious house which was very good when the weather isn't nice. Recommend William and wife - they have been more than helpful and we had no problems what so ever and the whole family enjoyed their stay.

Congratulations folks. There is no need to look any further. You have just found your Orlando vacation home. This is a beautiful home and is securely located in a gated community resort and sits just off Hwy 192 that has plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. Also, this home is ideally located just a few minutes’ drive to all of the Disney Parks. Our vacation consisted of Grandma, Grandpa, our daughter and our 3 year old granddaughter so we only used the ground floor bedrooms but there were two more upstairs. Our granddaughter really like the Minion bedroom and my wife gave the mattress in the master bedroom high marks, very comfortable. The owners are great to work with and it is apparent that they took some time to consider the needs of their guest. We packed several items that we found waiting for us when we arrived at the house. There are also little framed notes all around that provide instruction on getting the best from the house. The remodel impressed us as the appliances and furniture appeared to be really good quality and the whole house was nicely decorated. Our stay was the week after Thanksgiving so temperatures were a bit cooler than one might find in July. Still that did not prevent us from getting good use of the pool. Of course it is cool when one first enters the pool but after a period of acclamation, it was fine. A thermal blanket sits on top the pool to help hold in the heat. The blanket is easily cranked up when you are ready to get in and only takes a minute to deploy when it is time to go back in the house. If you want to get really toasty, turn on the hottub timer, allow a little time for the water to heat and AAAAAHHHHHH!!!! VERY NICE!!! A castle playground is just a block down the street. It has swings, slides, tubes, climbing, etc. that our granddaughter absolutely loved. We got good use from the double washer/dryer setup in the playroom. The beach towels we unnecessarily packed were always clean and dry for our next day in the pool. We kept our favorite clothes clean and ready to wear for our next trip to the parks. There are TVs everywhere and when your granddaughter takes over the living room TV with cartoons, walk a few steps into the playroom and another TV is waiting for you to watch your shows. This is a great home and I am confident you too will not be disappointed. Enjoy!!

When we remodeled our home earlier this year, we purchased brand new mattresses for every single bed - and they are all very nice. There are many homes in Windsor Hills that are still using mattresses from 10 years ago when their homes were first furnished. That's not a pleasant experience for anyone. Thank you for referencing how easy our solar-cover is to operate. That's makes a huge difference in the cooler months. We invested in a very large pool heater earlier this year, so even in November and December we are able to keep our pool temperature in the mid 80's. That might still feel cool when the outside air temperature is in the 50's or 60's, but it's great to be able to use the pool in the winter - and of course the Spa is marvelous - the spa/hot-tub can hit 100 degrees - even in the winter! This property was lovely. The home was spacious, had an amazing game room, tv's in every bedroom, two washers/dryers to keep up on laundry, and a heated pool. It was so nice to come home in the evening after a long day of activities and swim and relax in the hot tub. We had three generations with us and everyone had space to spread out. The development was gated, and very secure, the grounds were manicured and lovely, the neighboring homes were quiet and the community pool was really nice, even had a small store. I would highly recommend this property. The owners were very easy to work with, responded quickly and we definitely plan to visit again. This home made a long planned vacation delightful.

Most homes in Windsor Hills are still using the original builder's grade pool heaters which were installed 10 years ago, and they can't keep up with the heating needs in the fall and winter months. We just returned home from a week-long stay at Bill and Donna's beautiful home. We had 11 guests in the home ranging in age from 19 months to 74 years old and we all enjoyed the stay. The home is very spacious with all of the rooms spread out which is so nice when traveling with a large group. The kids loved the game room, pool and the themed bedrooms. The furniture is very comfortable and the location to Disney is ideal. Bill was extremely responsive to any questions we had and provided us with so many helpful tips and information prior to our departure. He also checked in with us during our stay. We had such a wonderful experience with this home and will definitely be returning for future vacations!

Great home! Kids loved the nice sized heated pool. Loved that floaties, beach balls, water basketball hoop and plenty of beach towels were provided. Beautiful view past the pool. Loved that the house was a walking distance to the community game room/ theatre/pool/gym & convenient store. Thankful that both, double stroller and a simple light weight stroller were provided. Kids also enjoyed the game room. Owner was beyond helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here while visiting Disney and Universal Parks. So close to everything, great location! We had 7 people in our group, plenty of room for everyone. We loved swimming in the pool and sitting in the spa at the end of a long, active day. Owners were very easy to work with and attentive with every question we had. Game room was awesome. Beds were comfortable. House was very nice and clean. Gated community was nice as well.

What can I say- Bill & Donna were so incredible to work with. The home is everything plus more than the photos show. When we arrived we felt like home. Each of the bedrooms has it's own full bath. The living room and kitchen are open and just beautiful. We had 8 of us in our family including our 2 granddaughters. The minion room was a really big hit with them. One of the best things is the home is so close to all the parks and just a little over an hour away from Cocoa Beach. We would spend the entire day at Disney and when we arrived home it was so nice to enjoy the pool after a long hot day, the girls loved it. Bill was very helpful with all of my questions prior to and after booking, seems like I asked a million questions and I always received a very nice response. Even after our arrival Bill gave us some very helpful tips, very pleasant to do business with. We did not use the game room a lot, but the double washer and dryers were used daily. I can' say enough good about this home. If you are even considering a vacation to Florida, look no further this is your vacation dream home. Thank you Bill & Donna.

This is a perfect home away from home. So much to do and everything was so close. Bill and Donna had great suggestions for where to shop, restaurants, day trips, etc., a personal concierge!. The home was beautifully equipped and had everything we needed to make great meals, enjoy games and entertainment or relax on the patio by the pool. I brought five other adults and two children with me on a Disney vacation for ten days. When we found this property on line it was an easy decision where we would be staying during the vacation. The house was clean, spacious, had all of the amenities that we needed and afforded all of us the privacy and space that we wanted. The children and even the adults loved the pool! We also walked down to the clubhouse pool a few times and it felt like we were in a Caribbean resort! The washers and dryers were a life saver and made packing so much easier. The proximity of the house to Disney was perfect and there were numerous restaurants and shopping right near the house. Bill was excellent to work with and we would definitely rent from him again in the future! We had an amazing experience in the house and would highly recommend staying there.

Our family of six truly enjoyed our stay at Bill and Donna's house. The rental process was very smooth and Bill was quick to respond to any questions we had. They also checked in with us during and after our stay. The house itself was in the perfect location. Driving to all the parks, especially Animal Kingdom, was quick and easy. It was also very convenient to various restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the design of the home. The open living room and kitchen was a great place to relax and unwind. The boys loved the Minion and Star Wars themed bedrooms/bathrooms. My boys loved having a pool all to themselves to cool off in each day, and we enjoyed not having to search for a lounge chair. The game room was a fun way to pass the time during the afternoon summer thunderstorms. The house made it easy for us to have our own space when we needed it(we were traveling with two teens ;-) and spend time together as a family. Everyone had a good night's sleep in their own bed/room and it was easy to get ready each day since we each had our own bathroom. Another big convenience was the dual washer and dryer sets. It made it very easy to wash a few quick loads and allowed us to pack less for our trip and not come home with tons of dirty laundry. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely try and return to one of Bill and Donna's vacation home rentals for our next FL vacation.

Amazing. Perfect for Disney and other Orlando attractions. We just returned from nearly two weeks at the home and our experience was fantastic. The house was in terrific condition with a wonderful layout. We had a party of 10, ages 8 to 65, and the house was set up perfect for us. It was great that every room had its own bathroom and there were two double washer and driers. We had a couple of minor issues that were fixed very promptly. Bill was extremely responsive and it was clear throughout the process that our enjoyment of the stay was a top priority for him. I highly recommend this beautiful home in the Windsor Hills community.

This is a beautiful home and the owner's are very gracious hosts! There were 8 of us that stayed at the home. Our ages ranged from 14 to 53 years young. Everyone had their own space and the home was so comfortable and convenient to all the parks, food and stores. We loved the fact that all the places we went to even the airport were very close to the house. The pool was a hit with the kids. We spent a lot of time at the parks and was very happy to come back after such long days to a comfortable home. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout all the arrangements and the tips they provided were very helpful. This was the perfect house for our Disney family vacation. It was close to everything, great size for all nine of us, had all the amenities we could ever want, was comfy and very clean. All the beds were very comfortable. And the kids character rooms were a big hit. As were the game room and the pool. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool almost as much as Disney. And we all loved the big community pool. The owners Bill and Donna couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. We can't thank them enough for sharing their wonderful home. We will definitely stay here again for our next family Disney adventure! (But first we have to recover from this one!)

This was the ideal location for our family's Disney/Universal "home base!" Game room is a hit with the kids, all enjoyed the hot tub and pool, clubhouse pool and amenities complete with private theatre experience! So close to Disney and everything you need is within 5 minutes' drive of the house. Trundle beds made sleeping arrangements for kids work out great! They loved the theming of the rooms and bathrooms too! This home is awesome!

I think they are so much safer than traditional bunk beds. There are a lot of homes that offer bunk beds, but it can be pretty dangerous having a child wake up in a strange home in the middle of the night, when they are 6 feet off of the ground. As a renter you hope for the best as far as what a description says and what it actually is. I have to say this house was better than I could have imagined! Everything in the house was brand-new! This house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable, and the bedroom carpets were very clean. Anyone that suffers with any kind of allergies, this is the place to stay! The air was so clean in this house!! There were plenty of towels provided and seating by the pool. The large patio dining table was great for us all to eat our meals at! I especially liked how quiet it was here! We loved the brand-new dual washers & dual dryers. It was nice to come home with everything clean! Also, our kids loved the games room with the pool table and the large selection of Xbox games and movies. The location of this house was amazing! The park is about a 1 min walk and the clubhouse pool/waterslide/fitness center is about a 2 min walk. You can see both the park and the clubhouse from the front yard. This house is perfect for a short commute to the Theme Parks, restaurants and shopping! It's also about 75 minutes to Cocoa Beach. As a bonus we enjoyed watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the driveway at night. Bill and Donna provided very helpful hints and tips prior to and during the trip as well. They went above and beyond to be sure our stay was fantastic! They have everything so well organized in the home and were so helpful with every question or request that we had! You can't go wrong in renting this property!!!

Windsor Hills is in a great location, close to all Disney parks with easy access to Universal, Seaworld and the Outlet malls. Home was very clean and accommodated all family members quite comfortably. The home owner was extremely helpful regarding a few issues we encountered during our stay and he went above and beyond insuring that we had a pleasant holiday. He suggested sites to see, restaurants to try and points of interest. We definitely would consider staying at this home again.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times, and this has been by far the best experience of them all. This trip, there were 11 of us: my family (including my 3 children), my sister's family (including her 2 children) and our parents. There was plenty of room for us all, and we all felt like we had our own space in the house. Everything in the house was brand-new! In the other homes we have stayed in, it is very obvious that they are well-used. This house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable, and the bedroom carpets were very clean. There were plenty of towels and seating by the pool. The large patio dining table was great for us all to eat our breakfast and lunch at daily! We loved the brand-new dual washers & dual dryers. I found in some of the other homes we have stayed in, someone was always waiting their turn to do their laundry. It was nice to come home with everything clean! Also, our kids loved the games room and the large selection of Xbox games and movies. I have always looked for homes that advertise "south-facing pool" to make sure that the pool is sunny and warm all day. This was definitely the best pool and yard we have had. If you look up the property on google, you can see that there are no rear or side neighbours. It was so nice being able to sit and play by the pool without looking at 4 other families. The new pool/spa heater heated the water up very quickly. The location of this house was amazing! We walked to the park every morning (about a 1 min walk) and then to the clubhouse pool/waterslide in the afternoon (about a 2-3 min walk). You can see both the park and the clubhouse from the front yard. We also enjoyed watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the driveway at night. We have been to Disney many times, and only did one Disney day this trip. It was very easy to get there, and only took a few mins from Windsor Hills. We did Disney Springs almost every night for dinner. Tip: wherever you go for dinner - even if its delivery pizza - make plans EARLY!!! There are long waits for everything. Make reservations! Bill was an amazing owner to deal with. He answered all of our questions right away. When I couldn't figure something out in the kitchen, Ethan and Kevin (the property managers) came right over to help. They even showed up with some ice cream for us the next day as a treat!! All of Bill's tips and suggestions came in very helpful. We can't wait to return!

This is such a beautifully decorated, spacious, immaculate home! We enjoyed coming back to it every nite after a full day! Everything from the pool/hot tub, games room, neighborhood, comfy beds(kiddies loved the Theme rooms) and great location...made this the ideal property! The owners have everything so well organized in the home and were so helpful with every question or request that we had! The location is perfect for a short commute to the Theme Parks, restaurants and shopping! We even spent a day lounging and relaxing at the neighbourhood pool and Clubhouse...was so nice! We had a group in for the Disney Marathon weekend and we loved staying all together in this home. The hot tub was a big hit for the sore runners! The house is just as advertised. the owners were very communicative and all the instructions for the whole week were very clear and easy to follow. This is a well managed house and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the WDW area. About a 5-7 minute drive to Magic Kingdom entrance and there are a lot of restaurant grocery options in the immediate area of the house. Everyone agreed in our group that the value of the house was far better than staying on WDW property.

The owners were wonderful to work with..They made the entire process of renting and arrival a snap..House was immaculate , close to Disney, close to stores and restaurants..The notes left around made it so easy to use and find things that we needed.. I had older kids with us and they just loved the separate garage area with the games and pool table..Pool was nice and warm and we even barbecued once.. If I were looking for a house to rent this would definitely be on the top of my list..Owner made contact with us while we were there offering any extra assistance that we might have needed..

I just cannot recommend this home enough for a trip to Disney. We were a traveling band of a seven, five and three year old, a four month old, and three adults. Bill went out of his way to help us get an extra pack n' play for our visit and made the check-in and check-out process very easy (which was great, considering the four kids). This home is large and everyone had their own space. It was immaculate and charming--the kids instantly felt at home in the Minions and Star Wars rooms, and the game room was an instant hit with the little boys. Best of all was the private pool. We had just as much fun in the pool as we did at the parks, and it was nice to have a space to go to at the end of very long days that was away from the crowds and the mouse (ya know?). This home was wonderful for our recent trip to Disney. We had two families staying in the house, both with small children and the house was perfect! Bill was extremely helpful prior to our trip with information about the area. Even though they have a very nice double stroller in the home, he also assisted us with the rental of an additional stroller and had it delivered prior to our arrival. He also helped getting a extra pack n play for our 5 mo old. The house was stocked with things we needed before we had a chance to go to the store. The house was about 10 min drive to the Disney parks so a perfect place to stay if you have a large family or multiple families. I look forward to staying in this house again someday.

I've been to Orlando and Disney World over five times in the last two decades, and this rental home truly sets a new standard. It is honestly a "home away from home" with amenities that satisfy everyone's needs (we had one grandma, four thirty-somethings, and five toddlers). For example, there are pack 'n plays in several rooms, a double stroller, umbrella stroller, two sets of washer/dryer to accommodate large families, fantastic sized pool and jacuzzi, and a well appointed game room with an arcade machine that included all my 80's favorites. Even our five year olds loved playing Galaga and Pac-man. We found the house to be very kid-friendly and safe for the toddlers (meaning that I did not need to hide many items to keep them safe). Furthermore, the decor was tasteful. As for the location, this house can't be beat -- 10 minutes to Disney, grocery stores, Target, and Chick-Fil-A. The homeowners are fantastic to work with and extremely responsive.

From the initial inquiry, Bill and Donna addressed every question promptly. They provided very detailed information about their home, neighborhood and the surrounding area and made recommendations as to where to shop and dine. They even checked with us after arrival via email to make sure everything was going well. We were a party of 8, ages 3 to 68 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is spacious, extremely well furnished and immaculate. The pool and outdoor area were also very clean and enjoyable. We have used VR360 on many occasions and this is the best home we have ever rented. We don't go to Disney often, but I would definitely rent again from Bill and Donna. There are absolutely no negatives to report. Highly recommended!! I'd give 10 stars if it were an option!

Great Disney house rental that was fantastic for our entire family. The house is very close to Disney which was wonderful plus the house was just fantastic. The owners keep the house in great condition and the kids loved it. The Star Wars and minions rooms were hits along with the playroom and pool. Will absolutely rent again.

A few years ago we had stayed in another of Bill and Donna's villas a couple of doors down - so when we wanted to book for Orlando again we went straight to that house to book. Unfortunately it was fully booked but we were delighted to hear that Bill and Donna had just bought and renovated this villa. We knew from our last trip, what high standards Bill and Donna have so we booked this house immediately for a trip in August 2016. We were thrilled to arrive to such a stunning house with the same superb view that their other house has. The house was just gorgeous and we had the best time. I would also just like to say that the managing agent was fantastic too - we had a small plumbing issue on the first day and when we rang the managing agent he told us to go on out and have a lovely day at the parks and that he would come around and fix it before we got back - no hassle - great service. As and when we go back to Orlando I will, without hesitation book with these owners again. In fact, I won't look anywhere else - which is high praise from someone who likes looking at all options when booking holidays :-)

From the moment I made the initial enquiry to Bill and Donna about Windsor Fantasy, I knew from the way Bill communicated and the level of valuable information that this was the Villa I wanted to stay in with my family. We arrived late in the evening on 24 July for 18 nights. We are a family of five, mum dad and three children, ages 11, 8 and 4. After a very long flight from London, we arrived tired, grumpy and weary! However our spirits were immediately lifted when we walked through the door to this wonderful property. The little touches, like leaving the lights in various rooms on for us upon our late evening arrival, the invaluable restaurant delivery list and the guest information book - that really does tell you everything you need to know. The villa itself is extremely spacious and each of the bedrooms are quite secluded along with the en-suites. Bill and Donna have spared no expense in attention to detail, from the luxurious mattresses to the quality memory foam pillows and bedding. The hub of the house is the comfortable leather corner suite and the 55inch television, many a night was spent just chilling on the couch and watching tv! As a family we had booked in to stay at Hard Rock Hotel for a night halfway through the holiday, whilst the Universal experience was fantastic the kids just couldn't wait to get back to the Villa and their OWN private pool. The pool setting and jacuzzi is also well thought out with plenty of quality resin lounges and a great sized table and chairs in the patio area. We took the option of heating the pool and jacuzzi - and was glad we did despite being end of July. This Villa would easily accommodate two families such is the layout of the accommodation and you are certainly not 'on top of each other'. Bill and Donna were an absolute pleasure to deal with, totally professionally, even sending an email when we arrived to check everything was ok. In terms of location, we could get to the Disney Parks in 9 minutes, so on some occasions we would visit in the morning, come back and chill by the pool, and then pop back in the evening. This really is such a major point, other villas I considered where about 20 mins drive, which factoring in traffic on the freeway and loading the family can make an arduous journey. To conclude, if you are looking for a Villa with superb facilities, spotlessly clean fab location - but at the same time feel like a home away from home then Windsor Fantasy is for you. We will be back!

Many families think that they won't need pool heating in the summer months, but it is very helpful if your family likes to swim in the evening hours - even in the summer! The pool heater also controls the heat for the spa/hot-tub, so if the heater is off, the spa is really just a "tub with bubbles". We heat our pool to 85-87 degrees, and the spa can heat up to 100-104 degrees, so it is very relaxing. The only part of your lovely review that I must correct is the reference to our television in the living room. It's actually 65" not 55"!!! haha. :-) We invested in the huge television so families can enjoy themselves just relaxing at home some evenings. We had the most amazing holiday at Bill and Donna's stunning new property. From our first email contact, Bill could not have been more helpful or informative. He answered all of our questions and sent photos of the beautiful refurbishment once it was complete. The villa is decorated to a very high standard and all equipment, appliances and facilities are of a high spec. We were travelling from the UK as a family group of 10, ranging in age from 2-67 and the villa was perfect for everyone. We had plenty of space and the kids loved using the games room to play. The pool has a lovely, quiet outlook and was extremely clean and well-maintained. Windsor Hills was a fantastic resort, ideally situated for all of the main theme parks, shops and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate in recommend this villa to friends and family and only hope we can return one day! Thank you Bill and Donna!

My family had a great time and really enjoyed our vacation stay. The home as very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and very nice to be able to step out and have your own private pool. The home is very large with enough common area for everyone to enjoy their time together but enough separation for everyone to have their on private space. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

My group had a great experience at Bill and Donna's property! Communications: I along with a group of parents were planning our first trip to Orlando to watch our kids' sports team at a tournament. When I inquired about this home, Bill and Donna were quick to respond, and answered my questions and made the reservation process very easy. The follow-up was excellent and smooth, and they checked in with me during our stay to make sure things were going well. The Home and community: Beautiful! Their home was the perfect spot for us all, and was exactly as detailed on the website. The house was a welcome place to come back to after watching sports all day. The Windsor Hills community is lovely, and the security guards were very nice and they took care of us at check-in. The overall Experience: 5 stars. Our family of 12 stayed in the home the last week of May 2016. The home is everything as advertised. The furnishing are new and first class. The kids loved the pool and game room. It is close to the Disney Parks and in a gated community. We have rented at least 5 times in the area and this home much better than any we have rented before. This was our first time renting a private vacation home, and we were lucky to book Bill and Donna's home in Kissimmee, FL for our Disney vacation in Orlando. Bill/Donna were very friendly and walked us through the entire process. They even provided us with a great 'welcome packet' that contained a great deal of information for families visiting Orlando along with several house tips to ensure our stay was comfortable. Upon our arrival, our first impression of their property was Wow! We instantly felt at home. Their home is much like a model home. Everything was clean and the house exceeded our already heightened expectations. Every room was uniquely and tastefully decorated, each with ceiling fans to keep the room cool. Being a family of 4, along with two sets of aunts/uncles, and my mother, there were a total of 9 of us in the house. However, we did not at all feel cramped. In fact, the house is so large, there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool area was immaculate. We enjoyed the pool for the entire week and enjoyed taking dips into the pool after a long day at Disney. We left feeling that renting this home was the best decision we made. We avoided the busyness of the local mega-resorts and enjoyed a large private home with our own kitchen (with all the bells and whistles of modern conveniences), home theater/game room, and our own pool. The Keurig coffer brewer, 2 children themed rooms, and pool table were especially great. The community is very nice and completely safe. The community pool with large slide and home theater center were a nice plus. We did not spend too much time there, since we were so comfortable swimming in our own pool back at the house. Looking back at our vacation in Orlando, staying at Bill/Donna's home was one of the biggest highlights. I had spent about 2 straight weeks researching properties before settling on Bill/Donna's home. With so much real estate in the Orlando area to choose from, I found it important to make a 'must have' list before researching to make it easier to narrow down the list. In the end Bill/Donna's home met everything on my list: Large home to accommodate a family-reunion, a heated pool/spa, large kitchen/dining room, kids-themed rooms for the children, comfortable rooms for the adults, and close enough to Disney to commute back and forth each day. Some extras we looked for was a home where the backyard did not face another home. After our trip, I did not realize how important that feature was. It was so nice to swim and have a meal outside near the pool and look out towards an open field. It made us feel secluded from the rest of the homes. We highly recommend this property to anyone, especially to families, looking to enjoy their time in Orlando.

This villa is extremely well furnished and is in an ideal position close to amenities and very near to Disney. Bill and Donna were very helpful and easy to deal with and always responded quickly to requests. You would be hard pressed to find anything better in Windsor Hills.

This is an extremely spacious, comfortable and luxurious villa. The many amenities provided made for a very relaxing stay. The children loved the pool (south facing and private, as described) and the games room in particular: they had a ball! We also found the location excellent with short journey times (around 15 mins or under) to the major parks. This is a really good option for those who are hitting Disney hard but also want to be able to relax in peace afterwards. Very glad we went here rather than a resort hotel. We have stayed in many vacation rental homes in Orlando and across the US, and take it from us - this is top of the list! Our extended family of 8, ages 3 to 83, spent 11 nights here and had a wonderful time. Everything in the home is new and it is exactly as the pictures show. There are no rear neighbors so it is private and quiet, yet it is a 4 minute walk in one direction to the clubhouse and the other to the castle playground that our granddaughter loved. The clubhouse pool has a slide and there is also a little movie theater in the complex that we took advantage of on a couple of rainy afternoons. Great fun and free option! Another area has a lighted basketball and tennis courts, as well as a putting green. We loved the patio area of the home and ate most evening meals out at the large table with 9 rattan chairs. There is a Weber grill and even an extra propane tank. Four new chaise lounge chairs made it easy to relax, read and sunbathe by the pool. The pool has a removable security fence and there is a lock on the patio door to help keep wandering children safe. The house is laid out great which made everyone feel they had some privacy. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath, and the "themed" kids' rooms are a great hit with the younger crowd. This home is about as close to Disney as is possible without staying on property, and allowed us to come back for lunch and naps, and then return to the park. Every mile away from the park makes that less appropriate, and it is a great blessing for everyone to be able to take a break. Bill was beyond helpful and sent information to enhance our stay and make everything easy and clear. He saved us when we had a cancellation on our planned rental and it was a blessing, as this was the perfect home. I can't say enough about his kindness and helpful nature. Bill and Donna also own 2 other homes on the same block in Windsor Hills, so it is something to keep in mind for anyone planning a reunion or "friends" gathering in the Orlando area. Book this home as you won't find anything better. Enjoy!

That's right across the street from our row of homes, and it is a huge hit with children ages 2-12. They just love it. We also appreciate you mentioning the new pool furniture and chaise lounge chairs. We decided to invest the additional money in top of the line wicker/rattan pieces so they would last through many seasons. There are so many great things to do right within Windsor Hills, sometimes it it tough finding time to fit them all in. Just returned from a wonderful stay at this luxury home in Orlando! It was a great trip. I traveled with my two sons, age 4 and 6, and my parents. The house is VERY spacious and provides sufficient privacy for individuals on various sleep schedules (i.e. small children versus grandparents!!). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV, and the house is very well equipped. We had a wonderful kitchen for meal preparation, and 2 full laundry units, which were quite busy on a daily basis! The house location is IDEAL. A short walk from the main resort building (which features a large pool, games, gym, ice cream/convenience store), and a short walk from the main playground for the kids (ideal for keeping kids busy late in afternoon or first thing in the morning!). The house is further equipped with a double stroller in case little legs need some help to get TO the playground! The house pool is also lovely, along with the hot tub. I would recommend to pay the extra fee for heating though since despite 28 degrees C during the day, the water does cool down at night in March. In terms of its location in Orlando, the praise continues. 10 mins from Target (which has a robust grocery section) and roughly 10-15 mins to all major parks. Approximately 35 mins from the airport, and 20 mins to the Outlet Centre (which may be important for us Canadians looking to SHOP!). Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and are already planning the next vacation! The owner of this property is very responsive to all questions/concerns and was very flexible in our vacation planning. Enjoy your trip everyone!

We refurbished the home from top to bottom. Every single piece of furniture was replaced, all new custom tile, all new carpet, ever mattress is brand new, 7 new flat panel televisions - including a 65" TV in the main living room and another 60" TV in the game room, all new appliances, new pool furniture, new pool heater, new kitchen counter tops, and the list goes on. We are so happy your family had a great time! I appreciate you mentioning how spacious our home is. I really love the layout. Some homes in Windsor Hills have all of the bedrooms on the same level - and very close together. In our home, the bedrooms are all spread out, and each in their own "corner" of the home, so everyone has their privacy. I also appreciate you mentioning our pool and pool heater. The outside air temperature does drop in the evenings, and our pool heater is incredibly helpful. As you know, we just installed a brand new 140,000 BTU pool heater, which is meant to be installed for a pool about twice our size, so it helps our temperature recover much more quickly than some other homes in Windsor Hills.
