The villa was pristine and the hosts available and concerned about our comfort. We enjoyed this beautiful home as much as we enjoyed the parks! Wonderful, convenient - we felt like we had our own oasis to come back to. We've stayed at other resorts but this villa shines in comparison!

We stayed in the Orange BLossom Villa for 2 weeks in October 2017. The villa was immaculate when we arrived had everything we wanted couldn't fault it at all. Easy to find from the airport. The location was brilliant 10 mins drive to Disney and 20 minutes to universal. The villa is a lot bigger / nicer than in the pictures I don't think they do it justice, it really is a lovely place to stay and because so central its perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at the ORange Blossom Villa

Wish we could have stayed longer. This house has just been updated top to bottom, and it shows. Nicely decorated, well furnished and well equipped, and Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom were an easy 15-18 minute drive. Nice neighborhood. Small playground right across the street; bigger playground close to entrance. Would recommend asking for pool heat to be turned on; was surprisingly chilly for first of October. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and meal delivery to house was convenient.

We loved this house where we stayed for a week with 6 adults and 5 children aged 1-7 years old. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. My mother was looking for a water pitcher at dinner and we even found one. The kettle broke while we were there and it was replaced quickly after a phone call. It was about 10-15 minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom parking area. Unfortunately half of our group arrived with a Cold and the flu hit some of us mid-stay. It dampened our vacation but I couldn't have imagined staying in a hotel with our group while sick. The house was a home away from home and we were very happy we had chosen this house in Windsor Hills. Also, the owner was perfect to deal with via email. It certainly helped having such an attentive owner who responded to any email within 24 hrs. I consider that excellent given the time difference from the UK to Canada. Thanks Phillip.

Accommodation was absolutely first class, equipped with everything that could be needed. The location of the house is perfect for the Disney parks, only 5 minutes drive from the main gates. The overall Windsor Hills resort is also excellent, including a play park and communal pool area which is ideal for relaxing on a day off from the parks. The whole booking process was also very straightforward and we would certainly hope to stay here again on any future visits to Orlando.

We travel as a family to Florida every few years so I have a stayed in many properties in the area. This was my second stay at this fantastic house in Windsor Hills as it perfect for so many reasons. Its a very safe community / Close to all parks/ Well priced/ beautifully furnished with everything you will need / excellent communication from owner/ perfect for large families / loads of space / no hidden extra costs / beautiful pool area / large comfy beds... the list goes on and on. You will struggle to find a house that offers all this for such a competitive price. We will be back, my top tip... Book it!! You will not be disappointed.

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay in this superb villa, very close to Disney with many restaurants on the doorstep. Villa has all amenities you will ever need and is beautifully decorated. we stayed in orange blossom villa for 2 weeks in September and we had a fantastic time the villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need, there was 10 of us 5 adults and 5 children and were very comfortable large enough for us all . the pool and Jacuzzi were amazing as was the bbq, windosr hills itself was great with a large pool , clubhouse and shop , we were only 30 mins from mco airport and very easy access to the parks with Disney being only 15 mins away and the shopping mall only 25 mins . I would deff recommend this property , also hats off to the owner phillip who was extremely helpful with anything I had to ask .

Windsor Hills is an exclusive resort, where we have stayed a few times previous. We found the owner (Philip) to be extremely friendly and efficient, with all aspects of renting his beautiful Villa. All information was provided in good time and with detailed instructions for the alarm, key box etc. The Villa is well maintained with quality furnishings and was equipped with everything we needed. We had a couple of issues, as a result of the previous occupants, but the management company dealt with these straight away and also followed up with an email. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would highly recommend this Villa. It is a great size for 2 families and has everything you need.

Thanks for great review especially for understanding following the outgoing guests who left a complete mess to clear up for our housekeeping staff.

11 of us stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and were not disappointed. The photos do not do the place justice. With all of us under one roof we were worried it would be a bit of a squeeze but it was in fact quite the opposite. The pool was perfect for cooling off after long hot days walking around the parks. The location of the villa meant that we spent no longer than 20 minutes travelling to the parks and there are plenty of shops and places to eat 5 minutes away. The games room kept the children (aged between 2 and 14) entertained for hours. We had a few issues upon checking in but the staff were helpful and we got it sorted. The villa isn't far from the airport and is easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay and I could not recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

We had a two week stay in this amazing villa during our first (but definitely not our last) trip to Florida in May 2016. Prior to our stay, Phillip was fantastic. He was quick to answer any emails, incredibly helpful, keen to answer any questions and offer any advice and made the whole booking process a dream. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more, it was spacious, clean and both decorated and furnished to a very high standard. In addition, the villa was very well equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool and deck area is amazing and we loved lazing around watching the kids in the pool after a busy day in the parks. In terms of location, we couldn't have had it any better...it was a breeze for newbies like us to find our way around and was a stones throw away from the parks and close to all amenities. Windsor Hills itself was superb, extremely well maintained and both the guests and staff were very friendly. Go on, book it....you won't be disappointed!

This villa exceeds all expectations! Bigger and better than the photos portray. 13 of us recently stayed here and we had plenty of room in this beautiful home. It is very welcoming and was stocked with all the comforts of home and was exceptionally clean. The furnishings are in excellent condition too. This villa is in the perfect location, so close to Disney we could see the fireworks from the bedroom. The kids loved their bedrooms and the pool. Had a great time with 14 family members at Phillip and Sylvia's Windsor Hill home. Rental was very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. 6 bedrooms and 4 baths made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the playroom and the heated pool! There was lots of outdoor seating and lounge chairs for enjoying the sun. Very quiet neighborhood and a nice playground very close. Windsor Hills is very close to Disneyworld attractions and lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The owner, Phillip, was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We received our refund back promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited for the Christmas and new year period from the initial enquiry Phillip was brilliant replied quickly and sent all the details required. Emails and questions were answered promptly. A beautiful Christmas tree was put in the property and the whole villa was outstanding, There were plenty of places to relax and unwind as well as an excellent game room, There is everything you would possibly need. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this villa. Our party was made up varying ages. Windsor Hills is a terrific resort, the location of OBV is excellent and the property is beautifully furnished. We found both the owner and the management company extremely good to deal with. We do a lot of research before booking and would be surprised if there is better value for money elsewhere in Orlando. We would definitely recommend this resort, this property and these owners to family and friends.

Loved the gated community the gentleman at the gate was very nice This is a very clean and larg 6 bedroom villa, that can hold 12 people very comfortable, no need to take hair dryers as they have them in the rooms, they also have fan callings to keep you cool. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything, even if you wanted to stay in villa for a day there is enough equipment to cook any kind of meal, They are enough setting in the dinning room and kitchen for every one,. The pool was brilliant, jacuzzi was really good, even if everyone was at pool they are enough setting , table, lye lows for 12 people, even a barbecue, the games room was fun spent a few nights in it . There for 3 weeks and would stay again and recommend this villa to anyone 5******+ brilliant

Having been to Florida many times our expectations were high - we were not disappointed! The owner of the property from the pre-booking stage and after could not have been more helpful. There were a couple of very unusual minor problems that were quickly resolved by the local management company. The property was fully and tastily furnished in every aspect, and rooms were very spacious indeed. Having air conditioning throughout the property with additional ceiling fans made us very comfortable. The pool was made considerable use of, especially as it caught the sun throughout the day and that we were not overlooked by others. When not outside or enjoying theme parks, we were playing pool or enjoying some of the other equipment in the large games room or watching one of the many TVs or enjoying the wireless internet. Although the onsite complex had a lot to offer, we were always too busy enjoying the house facilities or were out somewhere to make much use of. Looking after the family was breeze with the excellent cooking and washing machine facilities. The location was ideal for quick trips to all the theme parks and it had easy access to major roadways for longer trips we undertook. A very satisfied customer and family!

Very relaxing vacation for the entire family. Property is well maintained and very secure. The kids LOVE the gameroom and having full access to their own HEATED pool at the house, as well as the basketball courts/pool/facilities available in the community area. Another plus is location. Close and quick access to grocery stores (WALMART!!), restaurants, shopping AND only 10 minutes away from the parks - ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE is our favorite! Our family has visited for the last couple of years and we're always very pleased with our stay. Just checked out a week ago and we're already making plans for next year!

This amazing villa is literally on the door step of Disney! With excellent facilities for all the family, and loads of room. Took us just over an hour from Tampa airport, and getting around from here was very simple once you settled in. Shops and restaurants all very close. we loved this clean, fantastically equipped villa and will stay again if possible the next time we visit. Just perfect. As a family of 11 and 3 generations we were looking for somewhere to stay which would give us comfort as well as plenty of space. We were not dissapointed and found the house lovely to stay in. In fact, there are so many little touches in the villa that we didn't get to them all during our 5 days there. All the dealings with the owner have been really efficient and they were really helpful. From the very first email inquiry we had excellent communications, fast, informative replies to queries and a very reassuring amount of info provided (directions, recommended eateries, etc etc) The villa has a great location. In a beautiful gated community about 5 mins from Disney. It is about 0.5 mile from a main road that is rammed full of restaurants and supermarkets. The Villa itself is diagonally opposite a children's playground (but not in ANY way that you would hear noise from kids etc) which we loved for our small children. The villa was equipped with anything and everything we could ever need. From a cot and high chair, to kids plastic cups and cutlery. For adults a pool table, air hockey and darts keeps you busy! Washer and drier got used plenty, and was a godsend for a 2 week holiday. The pool is fabulous. about 5'8 in the deep end, with a little selection of pool toys and floats to use (also more in Walmart for pennies) We were there end of Feb/start of March and swam daily with the pool heat. Our 1 yr old and 2yr old couldn't stay out of the water. We ordered take away a few times, security at the gates don't mind at all, but mainly dined in because the kitchen was so well equipped. Comfy beds, big bathrooms, top quality furnishings...desperately trying to think of any down sides and can't! The villa is so spacious, spotlessly clean, secure and safe and we can't recommend it highly enough.

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Florida. The house was perfect. The photos simply do not do the house or the estate justice. There was 13 of us there and there was plenty of space for all. From the heated pool (a must at Christmas time), to the singing Christmas tree set up for us, to the luxurious bedding, nothing was too much trouble to ask for from the home owner and also the managing agents. The house is fully equipped to suit all our needs and those of young children to teenagers, from the games room to the vast DVD collection. Location is great with lots of ameneties nearby. We all look forward to returning again soon. Thank you for making our family vacation a truly memorable one.

This is our 3rd stay at this house in Windsor Hills and again the accomodation and facilities was exellent. The owners obviously relise the need to maintain a high standard and they have recently laid new carpet throughout and have repainted walls. They have also updated one of the theme bedrooms to Lego.We where there just before Christmas and the owners went to the effort of adding a Christmas Tree. Would defiantly go back a 4th time.

We stayed here for 3 weeks over our wedding and the villa was absolutely amazing, definitely as good as it looks in the pictures (if not better) and in the perfect location for all the theme parks. We could get to disney within 5 minutes! The beds were so comfy we slept really well every night and all the furnishings were very homely, it really was a home from home, that had absolutely everything we could possibly need. Right from the start Phillip, the owner, made the booking process so easy and always responded to emails extremely quickly. He was always on hand to answer my questions and we found him to be so helpful, he really went out of his way to accommodate our requests. This is definitely the best villa I have ever rented and in addition the easiest booking process I have dealt with. Our stay at this home was magnificent! It was in an excellent location a mile or two away from the Disney chaos yet still in very close proximity to everything Disney. Phillip was wonderful to deal with throughout the renting process and allowed modification (extension) of our stay as our plans changed. Renting from him was one of our best rental experiences ever! Orange Blossom Villa worked perfectly for our extended family! It was well cared for, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and had plenty of room. Its location as it relates to Disney World was perfect! All the parks were easy to get to quickly. Phillip provided us with a lot of helpful information about the resort and the area around the resort before we arrived, including directions from the airport. He was very accommodating and responded quickly to emails when we had questions. We would recommend this villa to anyone going to the Orlando area. This is a great looking home and there is no reason to feel hesitant about renting it. When you walk in it basically looks like you've walked into an episode of a home decorating show from HGTV. We had no major issues while renting this villa and would definitely return.

Our party was a family of 7 adults and a toddler. The owners of this villa could not have been more helpful. All queries (and I had a lot!) were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We stayed here and found it to be even better than the photos.Every detail is covered and we were all exceptionally pleased with the villa. Firstly we must comment on the superb personal attention given to us by Phillip Needham, which greatly contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable booking experience. Superb villa on the superb Windsor Hills gated complex, which is immaculately maintained and in which we felt totally secure throughout our stay. Windsor Hills is very close to I 192 with a good choice of shops and restaurants, and also close to Disney World, Sea World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and water parks. Anybody thinking of booking this villa will not be disappointed,it was very spacious and had everything you needed and more. Impressed with the high quality bed linen, plentiful supply of towels for house and pool, also cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. We had several friends visit us during the fortnight and they were as impressed as we had been. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday due in no small part to the quality of the villa,which we would highly recommend. There were three generations of our family on this holiday and I don't think any of us would consider staying anywhere else in Orlando.

Highly recommended first class villa in great location. Having stayed here for 2 weeks in late April/ early May along with family, this villa more than met our expectations in all aspects. Prior to our departure we received all the necessary information, including directions from the airport, recommended nearby restaurants, and details regarding the villa which we found to be very useful. All dealings with the villa owner and management company were prompt and professional. On our arrival we found the villa to be bright, spacious and immaculately clean. Beautifully furnished and well equipped we couldn't have asked for more. The pool area was in a great location for afternoon sun, and the BBQ great for evenings outside. The games room was also a favourite with our son! In terms of location the villa was perfect with only a short 10 minute drive to Disney and also close to Universal, Seaworld and other attractions. A good selection of supermarkets, restaurants and various other shops were only a few minutes drive away. The Windsor Hills development itself provided a safe and secure gated environment and the shop and games room at the clubhouse were ideal. All in all I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury villa in a fantastic location. We would not hesitate to return!

I have to say, your house is beautiful!! We all had a really nice time. It was comfortable, clean, well decorated and fit our needs exactly. Any spare time we had at the house the kids spent in the pool. It was perfect. There was plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and towels. Also, having the BBQ was really nice too. A beautiful well appointed modern Villa with every amenity for a fun filled stay. The decor is very well thought out. The Villa’s facilities appeals to families of all ages. It is close to all the various theme parks. If you are looking to play golf it is handy for numerous excellent golf courses. Every level of restaurant is catered for locally but if you choose to dine at home there is every amenity available for indoor and outdoor cooking. A must if you intend to stay in a self catering accommodation and one we would definitely return too.

Just returned, The villa was spotlessly clean and everything supplied for our stay. Large fridge/freezer was more than big enough. We couln't ask for a nicer place to stay both re. the villa and the location. Our pool was large and clean- great for children and adults. We enjoyed a lot of use from the bbq and plenty of room to sit on the patio. The complex was excellent- a large communal pool and other amenities inc. a shop. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants, supermarkets. Would thoroughly recommend it. The villa is a credit to the owner for quality of everything.

We stayed at Orange Blossom villa for 10 days and had a great time. The owner Phillip, was very responsive and accommodating. There were many baby items available so it is great for a family traveling with small children. The kids rooms were decorated with disney characters and the kids LOVED them. The game room and all the videos were also a hit with the kids. The management company was very helpful in obtaining last minute tickets and delivering them to the villa. Overall the villa was in excellent condition with plenty of room for everyone. The home is well decorated and very clean home. It is only 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom parking lot, 15-20 from Downtown Disney and Epcot. Also about 20 min from the Orlando Convention center. The only negative was the 4 load limit on the washing machine and we would have liked access to a heated hot tub at night but the pool was clean and fun for the kids. We would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Re Laundry, You can do as much laundry as required but upon departure, as we have an earlier check out time compared to most at 11:00 am we need to ensure that laundry is kept to the minimum. We can have some flex on this for a full occupancy stay. Re spa heat, this was an error on our part by not informing the guests that the spa could be heated separately. This has been corrected for the future so apologies here.

The most fantastic villa! All arrangements were so simple, directions and great information. The house had everything! Wonderful pool, loungers and BBQ outside. Inside stunning! most comfortable beds, hundreds of towels, numerous bathrooms, tv's! Kitchen very well equiped. Cannot fault anywhere. Would recommend to anyone! a brilliant place to stay. Very easy to get to everywhere, staff at Windsor Hills great too. Thank You !

My family and I stayed at this fantastic villa for 3 nights whilst passing through Orlando to visit the Disney parks. Although it was a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. Prior to leaving, communication was very good with the owner and response to emails I sent were always answered quickly. Shortly before our stay I was sent an email containing all relevant information regarding the property and resort, as well as information on restaurants, things to do etc. On arrival the house was spotless and all ready for our arrival. It is a lovely spacious, well appointed home that is very well maintained. The property has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday, with the added bonus of the games room which my children loved. I would really recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Disney area, as it is a very short distance from all the attractions, restaurants and shops. I have been visiting Florida for the past 10 years and this is the best villa I have stayed in near the Disney area. I look forward to booking again for our next trip.

Stayed in this wonderful villa for 8 nights in May 2012. There was 6 of us ranging from toddlers to pensioners. The space was great, facilities were first class and clean. Everything was very straightforward from booking to arrival and eventual sad departure! Owners were very helpful in their info so it was really hassle free. Great location too and not just for Disney. Pool was good and alarms on doors meant it was safe for kids. Stayed in Windsor Hills before and the community is great but this villa is one to seriously consider.

We had a wonderful time in Florida and the villa was excellent. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed especially for the children. The service from the owners was brilliant too! The location of the villa and resort which was very nice and had lots for the children to do, was very close to all the Disney/theme parks. After busy days at the parks it was nice to come back and chill by the poolside. Its just a shame we couldn't stay longer but we cant wait to go back sometime in the near future!!

I could not think of a better property for our family's trip to Florida. Generous space, wonderful accomodations and convenient to the major attractions - and convenient enough to come back and relax daily in the beautiful pool and spa. Arrangements were easy and seamless. Highly recommend to all for a wonderful time.

We have stayed in this villa on 2 occasions for 4 weeks at a time and I can safely say that is was the perfect location for all. We had originally booked one holiday in November 2011 and as we had such a good experience we decided to stay again 2 month later in jan 2012. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone wishing to stay in Florida as the proximity to all amenities is superb. In addition Windsor hills resort offers great variation between using clubhouse and private villa. The villa was exceptional, very clean and the owners were helpful in meeting our needs. Thanks again and hope to visit the villa again in the future

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful, luxury villa. The information prior to arrival was very helpful. The villa was easy to find and spotlessly clean. The children were delighted with all the special touches in their bedrooms and we were impressed with the high standard to which this home has been furnished. The location was perfect for accessing the parks and after a busy day at the attractions it was bliss to relax in the fabulous pool. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone.
