Windsor Hills Resort Rentals from 3 - 6 Bedrooms
All our Windsor Hills Orlando rental villas have fully equipped kitchens. So you can cook a four course meal if you like. They all also have laundry rooms with washers, dryers and ironing boards. Don't live out of a suitcase while on holiday! One of the great things about the Windsor Hills villas is the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Meaning you don't have to share if you don't want too. Many of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes having all en-suites. Even the 6 bedroom Windsor Hills villas have 4 or 5 bathrooms. With at least 3 en-suites making them ideal for large families.
A lot of the Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals have themed bedrooms. Some of the most popular are Mickey Mouse, Princess, Tinker Bell, Harry Potter and even a Pirates of the Caribbean. A great treat for the kids and something a little bit different to the normal rooms.

Most of our Windsor Hills vacation rentals by owner have games rooms. With pool tables, table football, darts and even bikes for the kids. Some may also include tennis rackets for use on the free courts.
Lots of owners have added games consoles, ideal to keep the kids happy after a long day at the parks. Let them play while you relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Please check each of the Windsor Hills Resort rental homes descriptions to see what games consoles they have. One thing to note, if you are coming from the UK your games won't work on the US systems.
A great feature that all the Windsor Hills villas have is a covered area by the pool. This is known as the lanai. Great for the summer months when it 100F and you want a little shade. It's also it's ideal for small children to play in without the fear of getting burnt. Florida is known for having some amazing storms especially in the summer months. Having the covered lanai allows you sit outside and watch them with a cold drink which can be great fun.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is Open All Year Round
The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort also has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round. It features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub. Loads of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries. If the xbox isn't enough to keep the kids busy then the clubhouse has a games arcade and pool room.
If you want to have a workout the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. This is also open to all guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema. Showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.

There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides and roundabouts. Tennis and basket balls courts with flood lights. And a 7 hole putting green and sand volleyball court. You will need to take your own equipment for all the courts.

Over 25 Golf Courses within 15 mins of Windsor Hills
Keen golfers will be pleased to note Windsor Hills Resort is directly next to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course. This is one of the best golf courses in Orlando and a great test for all skill levels.
Other golfs courses within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills include Falcons Fire, Celebration and the 4 courses at Disney World. The Disney courses are the home of the Children's Miracle Classic PGA Tour Event. This is played in November on the Magnolia and Lake Buena Vista courses.
There are another 25 golf courses within 15 minutes of Windsor Hills Resort. And over 100 within 60 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice.
Within a 2 mile radius of the Windsor Hills Resort is a Publix supermarket. There is also a brand new Wal-Mart, a Walgreen's pharmacy and numerous restaurants. There are actually so many restaurants you can eat somewhere different every night!

Driving Distances from the Windsor Hills to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote. These are the distances to the actual car park for each attraction. Most journeys to the Orlando theme parks are via highways or interstates. Driving at speeds between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all of them.

Great home!
There was lots of room for our family and room for guests who came to visit. The backyard was private. The kitchen was well equipped and pleasant to work in. The amenities in the neighborhood were great, our grandson enjoyed the "big pool" everyday and we used the gym facilities as well (all within walking distance). Jennifer was responsive to all queries we had about the house. We've booked again for next year.

Amazing holiday
Jennifer's place was as wonderful as Jennifer! Had everything we needed with much more space than we could even ask for. Amazing Home

Gorgeous home!
This home was gorgeous! Very clean and so much room for my family! We loved the pool and the boys (even the big boys) loved the game room, especially the pool table!! It was so close to everything, with plenty of shops and food places within 10 minute's drive. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great experience!
Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Jennifer was an amazing host and I never had an issue getting in contact with her. The security is very strict which I appreciated. You can only have 3 cars per house on the property so make sure you plan ahead. I would rate my experience with Jennifer and her home with 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this property in the future.

Pure perfection!
Our stay at Jennifer’s Wishes & Dreams Villa was pure perfection. All little details are paid attention to and the house is spotless. We had an issue where there were no strollers in the house. After contacting Jennifer, within HOURS 2 new strollers were on the doorstep. You just don’t find customer service like this elsewhere. The house is beautifully appointed and decorated. Everything you need for a fun family vacation can be found here. I hope we are able to visit again in the future!

Loved this house!
Loved our time in this home. We only had 8 in our group and there were plenty of empty beds. Perfect house for an even larger group. We traveled with our college-aged kids and they loved the game room. They really enjoyed playing pool every night! My husband and I loved playing Pac-Man/Galaga. Flashback to the 80s! The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed for the week as far as pots/pans/utensils. She even has a crockpot there which worked great the day we went to the park. Location is good and super close to Walmart and many restaurants. We didn’t use the clubhouse/pool but our kids did take advantage of the gym. The pool area is very private. Cannot see the neighbors from the pool area. We enjoyed having coffee outside in the morning. Jennifer is great and responded immediately every time I had a question. I highly recommend this home and would definitely go back!

Wonderful home and experience
Great home with everything you could ask for . Clean , comfortable, close to everything. Disney parks easy to get to. Shopping and food available within a mile or two. The biggest Wal-Mart I’ve ever seen to purchase groceries. Starbucks next door . Beautiful pool and spa very secluded. Full kitchen with all you need to cook meals. Neat game room with exception pool and football tables .Nice community that makes you feel secure. Jennifer ( host ) very nice and added to our wonderful experience.

Wonderful home!
Fantastic stay! We stayed here with our 3 teenage boys to visit WDW. Plenty of room for all of us. Clean house, well-stocked kitchen, perfect temperature pool and hot tubs, comfy beds, and great location. The boys loved the game room. We spent time at the park a couple blocks away to play tennis too. So great! We’d all love to stay here again. Jennifer was an extremely responsive and friendly host. One of the best. Lovely home!
Very lovely house. More than enough room and so many things for my younger and older kids to enjoy. Located right down the road from walmart, target, and starbucks. The resort amenities were so great, the water playground and slides were a big hit with my family. The location was nice and quiet and we had everything we needed in the house. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect home away from home!
We stayed here in August 2021 and as soon as we walked in the door we knew it was going to be a perfect home away from home. It is extremely clean (our top priority), nicely decorated, very comfortable and the bedrooms all work well for families. The kids loved the pool at the house and the larger community pool down the street. The house is well-located and just a quick drive to Disney properties. We purchased groceries at Walmart, which was insanely crowded, so I would recommend going to the Target just a bit farther away (it was empty when we went to restock up on fruit, soap, toilet paper, etc). Jennifer was lightning quick when responding to any questions we had prior to our stay and so nice to work with. We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic House!
The house was ideal in every way! From the location to the way it's decorated, we were very happy with the house. We rent places all over the country and while I don't typically make spaghetti on most trips, we had a big group this time so it made sense. Who has a garlic press at a rental house?? Who has multiple colanders, pots for sauce and pasta and all the dishes and extras I've ever seen anywhere except home? As someone who loves to cook, it was a very pleasant surprise. House is laid out very well and looks great! The cranes that visited in the morning were a huge hit! Thought there was large squeaky machinery in the front yard only to open the door and se three of the coolest birds arriving for a visit. Fantastic trip, fantastic house. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property
This a fabulous property that is close to everything that brought us to Orlando. We had three families staying here and we loved everything about this property! We had spaces to gather together and spaces to enjoy time apart. The house was perfect, the amenities were perfect, and our vacation was perfect. During our stay we visited Disney, the Orange County Convention Center, shopping malls, and even Daytona. The location of this property excellent.
