After my spouse passed away in early 2020, and then a year dealing with COVID and all of the stress that brought, I wanted to take the family for a real vacation to Disney. We found this listing and it was perfect, enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and a great game room with Galaga, Pool table, x-box, etc. We really enjoyed everything about the resort, including the short walk to the clubhouse to let the grandkids use the waterpark. Any minor issues were addressed immediately by the local caretakers, and the owners were super responsive, even over-nighting new pool cues and chalk when I mentioned one was broken. Very comfortable home, with space to stretch out! I definitely recommend!!

This home was amazing. The home was as described and very clean and in working order. The hosts were always quick to respond with any questions we had and they also provided a lot of good information about the surrounding areas including things to do with our kids (not theme park related), tips for best grocery shopping, etc. The proximity to the Disney parks is second to none. Literally within 10 minutes, you were on property/in a parking lot. It was amazing. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The kids spent every evening in the pool and hot tub. We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great vacation home.

This home was great. Everything was just as described. Very clean and had everything a larger group would need. The pool and hot tub was amazing. For us the game room was everything. Pool table was great the arcade games and Wii were super fun for the kids and adults at night. When there was a question or issue the homeowner was quick to respond and help. The location of the home is excellent with easy access to shopping and MANY restaurants. Very close to Disney and easy access to I-4. The community is secure and has fabulous amenities for the children. The home is large with plenty of space for everyone. Two downstairs Primary Suites and a guest bedroom was perfect!

Four grandboys loved the pool and the hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. Kitchen did all we needed, cooking was easy. All five bedrooms were fine with their own bathrooms.

From the first time I communicated to Bill and Donna to the last moment at the house our experience exceeded our expectations! The house was welcoming, spotless, very efficient, and beautiful. We have rented homes before and never had such a wonderful experience. Our favorite features were the multiple bathrooms (we had 4 teenage girls and we never heard any arguing about “mirror time”), the ability to bring in groceries and cook (saved on breakfast and dinner), the washer and driver (allowed us to bring less clothes), the private pool, and the hot tub! The owners were so responsive and even offered suggestions of where to shop and purchase “fast food”. I can’t say enough about our experience, it was worth every penny. This was the perfect villa for our girls trip to Disney. It was very clean and the pool/hot tub were perfect for cooling off and relaxing after long hot days at the parks. It is conveniently located near the parks with everything you need nearby. Bill and Donna are wonderful to work with. They checked in with us periodically during our stay to make sure things were going well. They even made some suggestions for our last day which was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying in the Windsor Magic if you are planning a trip to Orlando.

We can not say enough about how absolutely wonderful our trip was. Bill and Donna go above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless from the time you click submit to the moment you’re locking the door to say goodbye! First, I have to talk about how Bill & Donna will make you feel like a long time friend! They email you with everything you need to know about the property, surrounding areas, and tips to make your stay easy! Example - avoid Walmart and drive 5 min down the road to Target! We ended up doing Target Drive up orders through the app making it sooo easy! We stayed for 12 days. Periodically we would get an email from Bill to check on the stay. He would offer some ideas of things to do in the area that fit our family. If Bill & Donna suggested it, we would put it in our plans! (Put put golf, a visit to Celebration FL - became a favorite of ours!) Their property managers are an extension of Bill & Donna’s hospitality! We only had to call them once when the door wouldn’t lock when we were leaving for the day, they were there within 2 minutes to take care of it! I knew we were in good hands! Upon arrival the house was immaculate! So clean! There was everything we needed - the starter packs they gave us helped us the first day or two while we relaxed when we arrived! We wanted this trip to be relaxing for our family of 6 and it was exactly what we needed! While the home is close to many attractions (Disney, Universal, etc) it also has everything you need to relax by the pool and take it easy! We did make a little over an hour drive to Cocoa Beach for a day trip and an hour and half drive to Clearwater Beach for another day trip! Our kids (10, 9, 7, 5) enjoyed the pool and the community water park! We are already planning our next trip and will be contacting Bill & Donna for another stay! Perfect for families!

The Windsor Magic was a super clean property that was comfortable and located in a convenient and very nice neighborhood. Bill was very helpful and communicative. He gave us all instructions early and lots of helpful tips about the house and the area in general. We will definitely stay in one of their properties again!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at a fabulous property. Our family group of 9 really enjoyed our vacation at the Windsor hills property. The house was exactly what we expected. My kids favorite part was the pool! Many rental homes say heated pool, but the pool is too cold to swim in. At this property the pool and hot tub were very warm and we spent many hours each day in the pool. We loved the convenience of the location to Disney World. Close enough to take that needed afternoon break and then go back later to the parks. I appreciated the detailed information that was sent by email about check in and about the home. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept nicely. Bill and Donna worked very well with us and made it so we had a great vacation.

Thank you for opening your lovely home to our family. We would stay again! We have recommended to our friends and family to stay here because of the pool area and game room! Our family of six met my parents for vacation, we all had our own space to spread out or to spend time together. We enjoyed dinners around the large table in the dining room. The kids loved the Game Room! How fun to have a full size video game console/arcade for PAC Man and Frogger, etc. The two Little kids loved the Mickey Mouse theme bedroom and Star Wars theme bedroom. I found everything needed to prepare meals and picnics in the kitchen. We shopped at nearby Target and beautiful Publix for food and basics. The location to the community center, pool, and water park is excellent! The two bigger kids enjoyed some freedom and the short walk to the community center. The beds and couches in the house are comfortable! Our favorite part of the house is the private pool! Heated perfectly for us in January! No rear neighbors. We had a beautiful, relaxing time by the pool! Spa got very hot and was relaxing. It took us about 10 short minutes to get to Disney parking. Super easy. Awesome restaurants and fast food very close to rental. Excellent check-in process. We also appreciated fans in each room. Starter kit was perfect amount for us for 4 nights. We had a tile issue (loose tile at bottom of stairs) but it sounds like owners will fix ASAP for next guests. Owners are wonderful to work with and would give them 5 stars!

What an amazing trip. The house was exceptionally clean and very nice to say the least. With COVID I’ve been very weary about traveling, I usually clean everything before getting settled in, but I didn’t have to with this home. It was super clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature even in January. The owners were super responsive and very helpful. The caretaker had to come by a couple of times to help me with things and he was very friendly and personable. I can’t say enough good things about the house, the owners, and check in process. Everyone was very nice and my daughter and I felt safe by ourselves in the house and neighborhood. This will definitely be our go to Orlando/Kissimmee vacation home! Had a great time with family notwithstanding the impact of Covid 19 on things to do in Orlando. House was very clean and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gaming area. Bill the owner, checked in periodically to ensure that we were comfortable - nice touch that was very well appreciated. While we didn't explore too much of the community, the small water park, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts provided local options for fun activities. Would definitely go back!

If you look at our reviews you'll see that many previous guests have referenced the cleanliness of our home, which normally refers to the part you can see. In this new COVID world, we have increased our attention on all high touch surfaces, even those you might not see as "dirty" such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, keypad entry lock, etc. We use high quality, healthcare grade disinfectants and sanitizers (not basic Lysol or home cleaners) as well as UV light sanitation prior to the arrival of each new family. We loved the house, the owners, and the location! We were so thrilled to have such a pleasurable experience during our stay in Orlando. We have been to Orlando many times but this was our first time to rent a house. Going forward, we will only rent a house as it made the trip more relaxed and pleasurable. This property exceeded our expectations, the home’s location is perfect to the association’s clubhouse and waterpark. It is also a short drive to many different amusement parks. We also drove an hour in hopes to see a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral. The launch was postponed but we were able to spend the day at beautiful Cocoa beach. The space and layout is perfect for families with children. We very much appreciated the endless supply of hot water. We were all able to spread out and relax and enjoy some downtime in our own pool and jacuzzi. We had regular visits from crane’s and spent many mornings lizard hunting. The owners, Bill and Donna bent over backwards and we’re very attentive to our needs. We will certainly be back.

We were looking for a clean, quiet property with lots of space and privacy. The owners were very respectful of our privacy, but were immediately available to answer any questions. House is a beautiful space and air con presets kept everything comfortable throughout - no need to figure anything out. Pool is great and warms up very quickly with the timer system. Check in and the door lock system is a breeze and you don’t have to worry about keys or accidentally locking yourself out. Hosts are very friendly and responsive to any issues or questions. Kids loved the themed rooms and we were allowed a very late check out at no additional charge as property was empty after our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and these hosts.

The house has everything you want and more to enjoy a trip to Orlando. A good sized pool and terrific games room for kids and lots of comfortable space to relax for the adults. Windsor Hills is a lovely resort with a great communal pool, feels very safe and is next door to the Disney parks. Bill is very swift and helpful with his communication which makes the booking and stay a smooth one. All made for a perfect family holiday experience.

We've stayed in Florida villas many times but the whole experience will Bill and Donna was hands-down the best of them all. Location is superb, the villa itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a vacation, and the responsiveness of the owners Bill and Donna (as well as there awesome property managers) was superb. We very much enjoyed our stay in Bill and Donna's villa. The location was ideal for Disney parks which are only a few minutes drive away and the Universal parks are only some 15 miles away too. We made full use of the facilities and in particular the pool area, jacuzzi and bbq as we chose to shop at the Walmart mostly as there is a Superstore 2 minutes drive away and we found it very relaxing eating in the villa, especially after a long day at the parks. The children loved those evenings and never wanted to get out of the pool. There is everything you need in terms of facilities in the villa and we also made good use of the games room with pool table and the arcade machine. We were provided with very comprehensive guidance relating to the villa and facilities from Bill and Donna, together with hints and tips for things to do on holiday. And Bill and Donna remained in contact throughout our stay. and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We experienced some minor issues in the villa during our stay and each time we called the caretakers. who are available 24/7, they were very helpful and they resolved any problems quickly. I popped down to the clubhouse a couple of times to buy essentials and to take a look at the facilities, but we only made use of them on our last day. The pool is great there too and it is very clean with some good facilities for the family to use for a change from the villa.. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay in Bill and Donna's home and I would highly recommend it for a large group of family and/or friends.

Bill and Donna's home was just perfect for our family of three adults and a 3 year old. Bill's communication was great! He provided lots of tips and helpful information, before and during our trip. The house was absolutely spotless, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the soft sheets, and comfortable mattress and pillows, which aren't often found in a rental! We were thrilled to find a stroller for my grandson, and used the booster seat at the breakfast table, which worked out perfectly. Disney World was a lot of fun, but our favorite moments were spent relaxing, and enjoying the heated pool and spa at Bill and Donna's home. I loved the fact that there are no rear neighbors, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to meet Bill, Donna and their son, who happened to be in town during our visit. They were just so friendly and welcoming, that it felt as though we were staying at a friend's home, instead of a rental. They even dropped off some pool toys for my grandson, which was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you again Bill and Donna for sharing your lovely home. Great home , wonderful amenities, very helpful hosts and a fantastic location- what more can you ask for? We loved our stay in Florida because of this place. The house is large enough for a group ( although there were only 3 of us) and the resort is perfect for adults and children alike. We especially LOVED the heated pool and the game room! Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!!

We loved staying at Bill and Donna's beautiful vacation home. It has everything you can think of and the most relaxing environment in sunny Florida. Great community, lots of activities in and around the area. The house is well equipped with everything that a family needs. We all loved the spa and the game room. Look no further than Bill and Donna's home! My family and I had an amazing time here. The location is perfect - you are close to all the major stores and amusement parks, but far enough away so you can't hear any road traffic. The house itself has everything you need to relax, including a lovely pool and soaker tub. Bill and Donna go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, especially by sending you information and tips about the area. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

We installed a brand new pool heater a couple of years ago, which keeps our pool very warm even in the winter months. Many homes in Windsor Hills are still using the original builders grade heater, which just can’t keep up with the heating requirements outside of the peak summer months. Our pool stays very warm - even in the winter and spring months. We also appreciate you mentioning how you don't hear any road noise at our home. There are some resorts in the Disney area where the roads are so narrow, or the homes are so close to each other, that you hear everything. We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect for our family with four young children. The kids had a blast with the game room. We had everything we needed for a two year old (pack n play, high chair, stroller). Everyone loved having the pool and I appreciated the safety measures taken to secure it when not in use. The new children’s area at the community pool was a blast - the kids would have stayed there all day. We would definitely return!

Upon arrival everything was clean and ready for us. With the directions provided arrival was easy both at the gate and getting in the house. We loved the way they set the code for the front door. The code was easy for everyone to remember. All nine of us loved the pool. It was refreshing after a day at WDW. It took us a while to master the pool alarm but once we mastered the alarm it was great. We will recommend the house to anyone going to WDW. We plan on being back ourselver.

What a refreshing change! We have visited Disney World many times over the years, and stayed at many of the Disney resorts. On this trip, we chose a VRBO rental home for our family of 5 adults and 2 small children. We were pleasantly rewarded with plenty of space, comfortable accommodations, and a host of amenities both in the home and the surrounding community. The owners could not have been more gracious....from their first communication, right through our stay, providing informative tips and just checking in to make sure that we had everything needed. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and it helped make our holiday in Florida. The house is large, comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The air-con was a welcome relief from the August heat and with the pool, hot tub, pool table and arcade games, it was a great place to spend time. The lack of rear neighbours is a real plus - there is even a surprising amount of wildlife out the back. Location is superb - easy to get to from the airport and only minutes from Disney. There are plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. Windsor Hills is a very pleasant and safe community. The owners were very helpful - plenty of useful information on how everything works and suggestions for things to do. They were in touch a few times while we were there via email which was a nice touch - making sure everything was OK (it was) and offering more suggestions on things to do.

We recently stayed at this home for three nights. There were two families and we had more than enough room. It was very spacious. Our children absolutely loved the pool and game room. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions regarding the property. The owners gave us great information beforehand regarding the property, the area, restaurants, Disney, directions, etc. We will definitely look at staying here again if we are in the Orlando area.

My family of 7 had a faultless, very enjoyable 10 days stay at this very well equipped house in Windsor Hills in March. Nice pool facing south, private, well heated and cleaned. Kitchen with all essentials. Turkey for 19 people on Easter sunday proved to be a piece of cake. Only a few miles from Disney etc. The hosts responded promtly whenever needed. And provided us with many nuggets of information about the area which proved to be very useful. When we go to Kissimmee in a year or two I will definitely try to rent a house from our five star hosts. Thank you Bill and Donna.

We stayed here for 5 nights in April and would highly recommend. The owners were incredibly helpful and the home was well taken care of. Our kids loved the pool area and the game room! The house is very close the Disney and located in a safe gated community. Everything was in working order and very clean.

We had 8 guests (6 adults, 2 kids) with 4 different family groupings. The house was a perfect setup for us. Every group had their own space in the house, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kids and their dad had the whole upstairs to themselves. The kids loved the pool, the hot-tub, and the game room. Disney was a super-quick 15 minute drive away and Universal was about 25 minutes. We came home each day in the afternoon, the kids swam, and then some days we headed back to another park. The owners were super helpful throughout, sending helpful tips, directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. The house has little info signs everywhere to make sure you can use everything in the house. We'd definitely stay here again without a second thought!

House was well kept. Location was close enough to Disney - about 10 minutes from the "Welcome to Disney" sign that every sees as they approach the parks. The subdivision/security made us feel safe and was easy to get to. The owners were very communicative before and during the stay and very prompt to answer questions. We had a large group and we cooked breakfast and dinner each night in the home. The owners sent us a recommendation of where to shop for groceries and I highly recommend taking them up on their advice. We used 3 different stores and their advice was SPOT ON! The bedrooms were all comfortable and we liked that each bedroom had a bathroom so everyone had privacy. When we were there Orlando was having the coldest weather they had in 5+ years (20-40 degree weather for several days) so we did not use the pool or hot tub - but I can say the central heat in the home works great. :) I would recommend a house over a hotel near Disney any day and we would stay at this home again.

That is so important when you are traveling with young children. Orlando is a major metropolitan city, and Windsor Hills takes security very seriously. Many neighborhoods in the greater Orlando area advertise themselves as "gated", but only a few have security personnel that actually staff the gate. Windsor Hills has security staff at the gate 24 hours a day. For all of those other communities, the "gate" is really just a big fence that is accessible by a 4 digit code. After a few years, every pizza delivery boy or landscaper knows the code to those communities, so I don't think they should really use the term "secure" anymore. We have 5 children, and we have always felt extremely safe in Windsor Hills. Thanks for being such a great family to work with and we hope you can visit again soon! Bill and Donna Burns & Family

Just amazing! Everything you see on the pictures is how it is in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped and so is everything. Close to Disney parks and a lovely estate. Absolutely loved the place and we can't wait to return.

We are only 2-3 miles away from Disney (6-10 minutes depending on traffic), so we are close enough that families can come back to our home during the day for lunch (or naps with the children) and then be right back to the parks in just a few minutes. Some homes advertise that they are only "10 miles to Disney", but depending on traffic a 10 mile distance could still take 30 minutes to drive.
