The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool villas in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbours. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on Google Maps. Most of the south-facing villas back right up to another property. Most of the other villas with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive.
We have just completely remodeled The Windsor Magic. Everything is brand new as of October 2024.

The Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse pool was extended to include slides and a splash pad for kids. This is a fantastic addtion to the Orlando resort and we know guests are going to love it. Please see the video below which shows the Windsor Hills Resort water slides and splash pad.
Windsor Hills Resort Rentals from 3 - 6 Bedrooms
All our Windsor Hills Orlando rental villas have fully equipped kitchens. So you can cook a four course meal if you like. They all also have laundry rooms with washers, dryers and ironing boards. Don't live out of a suitcase while on holiday! One of the great things about the Windsor Hills villas is the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms. Meaning you don't have to share if you don't want too. Many of the 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes having all en-suites. Even the 6 bedroom Windsor Hills villas have 4 or 5 bathrooms. With at least 3 en-suites making them ideal for large families.
A lot of the Windsor Hills Resort vacation rentals have themed bedrooms. Some of the most popular are Mickey Mouse, Princess, Tinker Bell, Harry Potter and even a Pirates of the Caribbean. A great treat for the kids and something a little bit different to the normal rooms.

Most of our Windsor Hills vacation rentals by owner have games rooms. With pool tables, table football, darts and even bikes for the kids. Some may also include tennis rackets for use on the free courts.
Lots of owners have added games consoles, ideal to keep the kids happy after a long day at the parks. Let them play while you relax by the pool with a glass of wine. Please check each of the Windsor Hills Resort rental homes descriptions to see what games consoles they have. One thing to note, if you are coming from the UK your games won't work on the US systems.
A great feature that all the Windsor Hills villas have is a covered area by the pool. This is known as the lanai. Great for the summer months when it 100F and you want a little shade. It's also it's ideal for small children to play in without the fear of getting burnt. Florida is known for having some amazing storms especially in the summer months. Having the covered lanai allows you sit outside and watch them with a cold drink which can be great fun.
The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is Open All Year Round
The Windsor Hills Orlando Resort also has a clubhouse which is open to guests all year round. It features a large communal pool with water slide and hot tub. Loads of sun loungers so you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.
Windsor Hills also has a sundry shop open from 8am - 10pm everyday selling groceries, newspapers, drinks, ice creams and toiletries. If the xbox isn't enough to keep the kids busy then the clubhouse has a games arcade and pool room.
If you want to have a workout the Windsor Hills clubhouse has a state of the art gym. This is also open to all guests free of charge. The Windsor Hills clubhouse also has a 50 seater cinema. Showing movies daily so please check with clubhouse reception to see what's playing.

There are also two on site playgrounds with swings, slides and roundabouts. Tennis and basket balls courts with flood lights. And a 7 hole putting green and sand volleyball court. You will need to take your own equipment for all the courts.

Over 25 Golf Courses within 15 mins of Windsor Hills
Keen golfers will be pleased to note Windsor Hills Resort is directly next to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course. This is one of the best golf courses in Orlando and a great test for all skill levels.
Other golfs courses within 5 minutes of Windsor Hills include Falcons Fire, Celebration and the 4 courses at Disney World. The Disney courses are the home of the Children's Miracle Classic PGA Tour Event. This is played in November on the Magnolia and Lake Buena Vista courses.
There are another 25 golf courses within 15 minutes of Windsor Hills Resort. And over 100 within 60 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice.
Within a 2 mile radius of the Windsor Hills Resort is a Publix supermarket. There is also a brand new Wal-Mart, a Walgreen's pharmacy and numerous restaurants. There are actually so many restaurants you can eat somewhere different every night!
Windsor Hills Reserve was the second part of the Windsor Hills Resort to be built. The whole resort community is now complete.

Driving Distances from the Windsor Hills Villas to the Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote. These are the distances to the actual car park for each attraction. Most journeys to the Orlando theme parks are via highways or interstates. Driving at speeds between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all of them.

Fantastic Family Fun Property
When we first arrived, we were shocked how clean and tidy the place was. There wasn’t a spec of dust to be found. All the necessary amenities were there plus extras. Having each bedroom have its down bathroom was also huge for our family.
The game room was a huge hit with the kids and kept them busy when we were there.
Pool and hot tub were also incredibly clean and tidy.
Location was also very close to Disney all other fun attractions. There was also a Walmart less than a mile away for groceries which was super convenient.
Communication from host was great, and we never had any issues. Can’t recommend this place more highly. Was the best experience we’ve ever had from a property/host standpoint. If you’re heading down to this area, this place is a must!

Absolutely Perfect
This place is truly 10/10. My kids were so impressed with the arcade & pool they were (repeatedly) begging to go back to the house within an hour of their first time being at Magic Kingdom. Adults equally enjoyed the house too. It's perfectly set up, ample amount of bathrooms & tvs, modern kitchen appliances, etc. Beds and linens are very comfortable. I slept better here than I do on most vacations.
The place was incredibly clean and there wasn't a trace of any guests before us. I'd recommend this to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to revisit or stay at any of the owners' other properties. Owners/managers are very communicative and helpful. The development itself is great and this house was perfectly located near the entrance, playgrounds and the pool. Walmart & Starbucks less than a mile away, Disney a quick 15 min drive.
Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here.

Bill and Donna's Windsor Magic and Windsor Dream
My extended family of 15 took a once in a lifetime holiday from Ireland to Orlando for two weeks in Bill and Donna's neighbouring two 5 bed villas Windsor Magic and Windsor Dream.
Everything about it was perfect as was the location. The 'children' aged 13 to 30 loved the proximity of being able to wander from one house to the other and had the perfect opportunity to bond and have great fun together as did the parents. The space was ideal as we were all close enough to each other while still not being in each other's pockets.
The property was spotless as was the pool and outside area got sun all day. Everything you could think of was provided and if we needed anything we only had to ask and it would be taken care of.
The houses were both beautiful and Bill and Donna were the best hosts who provided us with lots of information and suggestions.
The key system worked brilliantly for us all as well.
It was a holiday we will always remember and treasure as it is unlikely we will ever be able to get them all together at the same time and place again. If we were able to do it again either together or in smaller groups I wouldn't hesitate to book these houses again and would have no hesitation in recommending them highly to anyone who is looking for a truly wonderful holiday.

Fantastic vacation
We were a multi-generational family. Our ages ranged from 1-67. This house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was well equipped for the baby. The pool has a fence around it and a pool alarm on the door. It had themed rooms for the other two kids and 2 masters on the first floor. We even had a bedroom we never used! The pool was amazing. It was always warm. The host always answered our questions promptly. The drive into Epcot was only 13 mins! So easy! Magic Kingdom was easy too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway
After my spouse passed away in early 2020, and then a year dealing with COVID and all of the stress that brought, I wanted to take the family for a real vacation to Disney.
We found this listing and it was perfect, enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and a great game room with Galaga, Pool table, x-box, etc.
We really enjoyed everything about the resort, including the short walk to the clubhouse to let the grandkids use the waterpark. Any minor issues were addressed immediately by the local caretakers, and the owners were super responsive, even over-nighting new pool cues and chalk when I mentioned one was broken.
Very comfortable home, with space to stretch out! I definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Property
This home was amazing. The home was as described and very clean and in working order. The hosts were always quick to respond with any questions we had and they also provided a lot of good information about the surrounding areas including things to do with our kids (not theme park related), tips for best grocery shopping, etc.
The proximity to the Disney parks is second to none. Literally within 10 minutes, you were on property/in a parking lot. It was amazing.
The pool and hot tub was amazing. The kids spent every evening in the pool and hot tub.
We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for a great vacation home.

This home was great. Everything was just as described. Very clean and had everything a larger group would need.
The pool and hot tub was amazing. For us the game room was everything.
Pool table was great the arcade games and Wii were super fun for the kids and adults at night. When there was a question or issue the homeowner was quick to respond and help.
