Welcome to our stunning 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa nestled in the prestigious Windsor Island Resort. Designed to exceed your expectations, this exceptional vacation home offers an unforgettable experience for families and friends seeking comfort, style, and endless entertainment.
4 King size bedrooms + 3 themed bedrooms. Masterbedroom in first floor.
Themed game room with arcade machines, 7.5´pool table and foosball table.
Dinning table for up to 10 people.
Fully equipped kitchen to prepare wonderful meals with the family.
Private spa and pool. Outside seating area (sectional and dining table with seat for up to 8 people) and 2 lounges to enjoy the Florida sun.

Aloha club amenities are included! Pool, lazy river, waterslides, arcade room, mini golf, basket and volleyball courts.
- Minimum age of primary renter : 25 years old.
- No parties/events allowed.
- No smoking.
- Guest must send copy of ID or drivers license and signed rental agreement within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Rental agreement will be send via email for e-signature. Name on reservation must match name on credit card, signed rental agreement and ID.
- Security deposit hold of $ 800 will be placed on your credit card 5 days before check-in and will be released 5 days after check-out if everything is in working order.
Living
Comfortable seating area with a sectional, 2 accent chairs and a big flat screen Roku TV with cable.
Upper floor loft area has a flat screen 65" Roku TV with cable and Playstation gaming console (please bring your own games), a sectional and and 2 arm chairs. Also pretend play area for toddlers with wooden house, kitchen, supermarket and reading corner.

• Duotone bedroom - King sized bedroom; ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower. Flat screen Roku TV.
• Harry Potter bedroom - Themed bedroom with 2x Twin sized beds; adjacent bathroom includes vanity and shower.
• Campsite bedroom - Themed bunkbed bedroom (twin over full); adjacent bathroom includes double vanity and shower. Flat screen Roku TV.
• White & Blue bedroom - King size bedroom; adjacent bathroom includes double vanity and tub. Flat screen Roku TV.
• Frozen bedroom - Themed 2x twin bedroom; adjacent bathroom includes double vanity and tub. Flat screen Roku TV.
Every bedroom has blackout curtains.
Games Room
Themed games room has a 7.5´pool table, foosball table and 3 arcade machines.
Upstairs loft with big flat screen Roku Tv. Pretend play for the little ones. Wodden house with kitchen and supermarket. Reading corner with some toddler books.

* Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from November to April. If you would like the Spa to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
**All spa/pool heating requests must be prior to your check in and it has to be for the complete duration of your stay.

Location
Windsor Island Resort is located on HWY 27 in Davenport, Florida near Highlands Reserve. Offering a new resort style community with luxury Orlando vacation rental villas minutes from Disney World.

The Windsor Island Resort has a large clubhouse which includes a Game Room, Sundry shop and fitness center. Outside you have a large pool area with zero entry walkin entrance, loads of sun lounger as well as a kids splash pool area.
The resort facilities also include duel waterslides and a 600 foot long lazy river, they also have private cabanas that you can rent for the day. These include a shaded area with fan and TV.
Other facilities include a basketball court, sand volleyball court and putt-putt golf!
Just opened in February 2022 a brand new onsite restaurant called the Blue Marlin Grill.
