From the front, you could easily be mistaken for thinking these 4 bedroom Windsor Hills villas are small, but they are very well laid out and offer plenty of space for a family of up to 8 people. The obvious benefits of these vacation rentals are firstly, they are all on one level making it safe and easy for both young and old guests to move freely around the home, secondly each bedroom has its own bathroom, need I say more!
On entering the villa into a small foyer area you have access to the first two bedrooms, one with a shower over bath ensuite the other with a oversized shower. On continuing into the villa, you enter the first of two dining areas, this more formal area is ideal for a family evening meal.
Adjacent to the dining area is the main family room; this gives access to the pool area. The living areas in the villa are fully open plan, as you now lead into the kitchen and breakfast nook which also gives access to the pool. The master bedroom affords views over the pool area and an ensuite with shower. The remaining bedroom is accessed via a corridor off the main dining area, and neighbours its bathroom.
Each of the four bedroom Windsor Hills vacation rentals has a full size pool and large lanai, should you wish to take a break from the Florida sunshine!
There are five Windsor Hills 4 bed villas on the VR360homes.com site, property ID's 349, 403 and 405. Should you have a larger party but would like separate homes, villas 403 and 405 are side by side and listed under ID 439 together as an 8 bedroom so you can check availability.
