Emerald Island Resort 5 bed 4 bath Villa with large pool/deck

Mark and Hannah were extremely helpful from initial enquiry till completion of our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The new kitchen was a lovely surprise and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is the best for access to all Disney parks and has a huge choice of restaurants and bars nearby. We would love to stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family. Thanks. X

There was 10 of us staying in the villa and it was perfect for our party. Spacious and airy rooms, very comfortable, clean, everything provided for in the kitchen. We asked for pool heating which we all appreciated and when not in the pool outide we were playing pool inside in the games room which was also well used by us all. The Villa is in a lovely, well kept gated community, minutes from any number of restauarants and about 15 minutes from Disney World. Mark and Hannah provided excellent pre-arrival details and getting to the villa and getting in was very easy.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying in a lovely villa, everything was first class, we were a family of seven & plenty of space for us all. We would highly recommend this villa, very clean & could find no fault with it. The games room was a big hit with our 10 year old grandson & the pool was brilliant. Booking was easy & Mark & Hannah so helpful.

This was our eleventh trip to Florida and I have to say that this was the best villa we have stayed in. The villa itself is very well apportioned with everything you need for your holiday. The TV package is extensive, and there is something there for everyone. The decor and furnishings are of a high standard with large, comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped. Although we didn’t have time to use it, the games room looked good. The pool and surrounding areas provided a great outdoor space, a must for Florida. If that wasn’t enough, being on a gated community for the first time we felt very safe and secure and found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. The proximity to Disney and the eateries of Highway 192 was great and we spent a matter of minutes travelling to the main parks. All in all, a fabulous place and a great holiday. We are already planning our next visit. It will definitely be to this villa.

We had a fantastic two week holiday staying in this villa. It was clean, well equipped, and tastefully furnished. The villa is perfect for families, having a extended area around swimming pool giving plenty of space for for everyone. The property is in a great location, with easy access to the main highways for visiting the Disney Parks and surrounding areas. Booking was very straight forward and the information and communications with Mark and Hannah was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for a stay in Orlando. Thanks again

Have to say right through from our initial enquiry to staying at the villa both Mark & Hannah were excellent with everything, and was completely stress free. The villa itself has all you need e.g. clean, spacious and well maintained throughout. There was only the two of us but would easily suit a family or a group of friends. The resort is also well maintained and the entrance is inviting, particularly at night. In terms of location, you can quickly access wherever you need to be, whether it’s a park , restaurant or shopping. Would most definitely recommend.

We stayed at Mark and Hannah’s lovely villa in late November early December 2022. The villa is in excellent condition and very well kept with a south facing sunny pool and spa which we used every day. Bedding and Beds are top quality as well as all the furniture make this THE home to stay in so close to Disney and many restaurants but the estate is peaceful and very safe

We have just returned from our family vacation and had a totally amazing time. We have stayed in a few different resorts over the years but Emerald Island is definitely the best and the villa is exceptional. Everything in the villa was very clean and very well maintained. The location of the villa and resort is perfect for local shops and Disney Theme Parks. All of the bedrooms are of an excellent standard with plenty of room for our 8 family members. The pool is a lovely size and well maintained. It was also great to have the added extras of washing up liquid, bin bags etc. The games room is fantastic but we just didn't have the time to use it. We had the most amazing holiday with lots of fantastic memories and we can't wait to book again for another holiday. I would definitely recommend this villa and the resort. Spent a relaxing week at this villa and really enjoyed staying here. The villa is immaculate and well maintained. Everything that you will ever need is provided and many things that weren’t expected. Outside pool area was much appreciated as it provided plenty of sunshine with the added benefit of the pool. Games room was a nice touch but never used as it was only my wife and I.Massive tv in main lounge was great ( and I must say so easy to use having stayed at several villas over the years and encountering several problems) and well used in the evenings Loved the fact that there were bin bags,washing up liquid etc left to give us a start. Would happily recommend this villa to anyone wishing to holiday in the Disney area.

Just got back from 2 weeks at Mark and Hannah’s villa at Emerald Island Resort. For those or you who have never been to Orlando before, this villas is situated in a secure gated community which is one of the closest to All Disney Parks. This enables you to go to the parks early morning and return for a cooling off period in the pool/jacuzzi in the afternoon heat of the day and return to the Parks again in the evening if you so wish. Beware! Some villas as so far away that this would not be possible. You are just off Highway 192 (main road of the area) with supermarket and restaurants easily accessible. Now to the villa itself! We have stayed in several over the years and this is definitely up with the best of them. It is well looked after and extremely clean. The pool deck was immaculate and the netting of the lanai was in good condition, stopping the bugs, flys and little lizards getting into the pool area. A big part of this, and a big thank you, must go to their Management Company out there. They obviously take pride in the houses that they look after, something which I know has been a problem with other villas which we have rented in the past.
