Felt right at home at this beautiful home. The private pool and clean home was a perfect vacation with lots to do without even leaving the house. Area felt super safe, well patrolled by security. House was super clean and had everything we needed plus more! The keypad to get in had to be changed prior to us even arriving but Crystal was super proactive to make sure we had her number if we had any troubles at all getting in. ( which we didn’t, everything was super easy and well communicated prior to check in) The resort pool/hot tubs also the walking around the lake was also a beautiful and peaceful time for afternoon strolls.

Loved the house & I enjoyed my stay. Crystal was very helpful. Minor small issues but nothing too bad, that couldn’t be fixed. The kids loved the screened in pool and the swim toys to play with. Thank you again Crystal

We had a great stay! Crystal was extremely responsive to any questions we had, and the condo was spotless upon entering! We enjoyed both the pool at the house, and the community pool! We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Orlando!

A great experience from check in to check out! The home is very close to nearby restaurants, and short drive to Disney. Check In: This was a gated community, which felt very secure getting in and out. Crystal is caught up to speed with technology, check in key codes , safety alarms for kids, great! During our stay: Crystal was very responsive, even went out of the way to turn on pool heater for the little one we had (weather was a little chilly ??). We were also provided tips, and helpful advice in te area. Check out: clear and to the point, she was also very detailed on what we were responsible for vs her. Overall, this was a 5 star stay and believe we found our annual Disney family home. Price and offerings compared to nearby hotel are UNMATCHED! ??????????

Crystal was a great host. Her property manager was very helpful and was there to answer all of our questions. Everything was exactly as pictured. The bed downstairs was a little uncomfortable but nothing crazy. There were a few issues with the pool that the property manager responded to quickly as well. Such a great help. Several stores within driving distance. Just wished the area was a little more lively. Would stay again!

My family in I recently stayed at Crystal's place and we had the best time! Everything was just as described and it was beautiful. It was very cozy yet we had lots of space to chill or to gather as a family. Whether that was watching a movie, cooking, or going for a swim in the pool. Crystal was very friendly and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times which was wonderful. Everything in the house was very organized and well kept. We had extra towels, extra pillows, and blankets in case we got chilly. The rooms were furnished very nicely and with lots of closet space. They each had their own white noise machine and tv which we enjoyed a lot. The restrooms were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very nice we had all of the appliances we needed as well as extra ones. The small grill in the back was perfect for having a small cookout. The pool was perfect. It was very clean and well kept. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and we would love to stay here again!

Crystal was great about providing information when I had any questions and responding in a timely matter. This was our family’s first time staying in a AirBNB and it was a great first experience! We checked in on a Saturday and had issues with the pool not being clean, but the issue was rectified by Wednesday and we finally got to enjoy the pool:) Overall the place was great and we would most definitely stay again!

The place was very nice, had some upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms which were nice. We weren'table to use the pool due to some debris and dirt which was most likely from the bouts of rain but other than that we had a great time! The location is perfect if you are visiting Disney or Universal Studios. We would stay again!

My family was extremely pleased with the home. It was perfect for our large family, with 3 clean full bathrooms, a private pool and the home was equipped with every possible necessity, even a high chair, stroller, and pack and play was available for my toddler. 1 bedroom was on the first floor with a full bathroom that was helpful for the ones who prefer not to climb stairs. The home had plenty of room to unpack our belongings and had plenty of clean towels. Our family plans to return for a longer stay when possible.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome is well equipped, from kitchen appliances to pool toys. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was an easy 15-20 minute drive to Disney! We would definitely stay here again.

In one word: "spectacular." Spacious, comfortable house, very quiet and good level neighborhood, safe, clean and the main thing "near the parks". 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Close to "everything"... Target, Restaurant, Walmart, etc. Crystal was always very attentive, a great host. Clean house, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds. It has a washing machine, dryer, swimming pool, parking, Internet and access to Netflix. ?? Our initial plan was to stay a week and finally we stayed two weeks because we didn't want to move because we were very comfortable.
