This place was perfect for my family of 8. The kitchen, living room, and dining room fit us all perfectly. The pool in the back was perfect size for the children while the adults sun bathed. Crystal responded immediately to any messages I send her. Great stay! Will definitely be back!

Our family had a great time at Crystal’s townhouse. She was very responsive, and addressed they very few concerns we had with the unit. The clubhouse was amazing, and the location is very convenient to the surrounding attractions. Highly recommend, and would stay here again when we visit Orlando again.

We’ve gone to Florida for years and this has been our best trip yet! The place was perfect. My son loves basketball, and the court being so close was great for him. Crystal was quick to respond and great to work with. We can’t wait to go back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal’s place! This place was really clean and perfect for our large family of 6. Our kiddos loved the private pool and also loved the amenities in the bigger pool area. The club house is right across from the home and it was super convenient and fun to spend downtime by the pool or ordering a quick drink. The kiddos loved the arcade and cinema too. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was super close to all things Disney. We are soooo glad we did this over the Disney resorts, as we felt like we had so much more space and great accommodations. Crystal was a super responsive host too! Don’t hesitate, definitely book this spot!!! We hope to come back someday!

We had an amazing stay! We asked to check in earlier and Crystal was great in allowing it. We stopped at a Publix to get essentials before checking in and found there were essentials in the bathrooms, kitchen, even washing detergent. The place was very welcoming and cozy with the christmas decorations which my 3 and 5 year old girls loved! Crystal really thought about everything there were 2 pack and plays in the closets, with mattress, there was also a rollaway bed in case you need for overnight stays! I loved that every room had ceiling fans as we are used to both ac and fan and there were even extra standalone fans which we didn't need. I always carry with me our white noise machines for the girls and to my surprise there was a sound machine in every room. Then the day before going to Epcot I realized I completely forgot our strollers and huge life saver we found 2 strollers in one of the closets! There was even cuban coffee machine big pointers as I need espresso!

Crystal was a great host. The house was a great size for our family and we felt very safe in the gated community. The location of the home on the property couldn’t have been better since it is directly across the street from the things the community has to offer. We were too busy to do anything over that but we regretted not being able to. The community was in a great location in all directions of places we were going and people we were seeing.

Great stay - perfect for our family to explore Disney and the surrounding Orlando area. House was very clean with great pool, and broader community clubhouse also had great amenities and was very close by. Our host was also extremely responsive, helping us with check-in and also our request to extend our stay. Hope to be back in the future! About 17-23 minutes to the parks, but honestly it’s all the Disney traffic not far in miles. Highly recommend this place.

A great house, very well equipped especially for those with children( games, crib, stroller and food chair), a great area in the pool with table, chairs and barbecue and surrounding protection of the pool. And the person responsible for the house is very responsive. I would totally recommend it!

We had a great time staying at the Majesty family villa! It was clean and smelled great, supplied well (trash bags, dishwasher soap, k cups, paper towels, toilet paper, popcorn, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and body wash, eye make remover, and many more) The AC worked well, and Crystal made little fall decor touches to make it feel like home. (Even a coupon book!) Crystal was very responsive in a couple things we needed. Overall, loved the property with the pool in the backyard and the big pool across the street. About 17-23 minutes to the parks, but honestly it’s all the Disney traffic not far in miles. Highly recommend this place.

A great place to relax after you spend the day at the parks. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, super clean, lot of space n the heated pool will allow you to re-charge your batteries for the following day. You either can order food or drive around 5 minutes and find different places to eat. If you also like, walk across the street and there is a pool, bar that serves food. Crystal communicate from the moment I reserved the place. She was on point and very accommodating. I recommend 150%. Thank you Crystal

Let me start by saying that we had a wonderful extended two week stay at Crystal’s home. Everything was as pictured in the photos in the listing and in fact the space is larger than it appears in the listing. While not full sized the pool did the trick for our son who happily swam and played in the pool. Location, location, location. This property is located just across from the community area which made it convenient to use the larger pool or pop over to the pool bar for lunch. It’s also easy to get to the major theme parks and depending on traffic can take as little as 20 minutes to arrive on Disney property. Crystal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would certainly consider staying here again if it were available when we were ready to visit.

The pictures do no justice to this town house - it's bigger then i thought! Even the dip pool - in pictures it looks super tiny but it was enough for 5 adults and 2 kids. But the bests part about our stay was the club house which is LITTERALLY right across from the house a one minute walk tops. that's defiantly a plus. The club house pool is huge nd has a slide with a bar and a jacuzzi as well. They also have a movie theater that they play like 3 movies a day - a great way to spend time with the kids there - They have a pretty large arcade as well - with a pool table!! The gym was ehh my opinion it was very small 4 people MAX an hour. but of course that has nothing to do with the house regardless the clubhouse was such a PLUS!!! i felt like i was at a resort.. CRYSTAL was great! Fast on answering questions - Great host. The house was very clean and had everything. A ton of sugar Packets / Free teas for the KEURIG i also found a Cuban coffee machine to make Cuban coffee :) that was a PLUS don't bring one like i did lol i didn't expect it. The mini mouse waffle maker was a plus too. it's the little things that i loved at the house. A ton of extra pillows and blankets / dish washing soap / body wash etc. pool towels. ohhh and the pool had balls / floaties / water guns and a huge connect four the kids loved it :) Also i loved how their was extra fans all over the house - the plug in ones if needed- even though the house was FREEZING good AC every room- thank you for a great stay I highly recommended this house for a large family

Very nice house close to all Disney parks 10 mins to 30 minutes pending time of day. Universal was about 35 minutes away. It was also near grocery/Walmart/target so we were able to eat in several times. The house was very clean and well stocked. The mattresses were comfortable and plenty of pillows. There was a down stairs bedroom and full bath with walk in shower which was great for my parents to avoid the stairs. Crystal was responsive to any questions.

Great accommodations, close to Disney - about 15-20 min drive. Plenty of space, private pool is nice. Community pool is great with a restaurant and bar for convenience that worked perfectly for our visit after long days at the parks. Beds are very comfortable, house is clean. Would definitely return!

Our stay was amazing. The amenities are very clean. The house in general was very nice and cozy. The clubhouse offers many activities for the kids like arcade games and movies and the amazing pool. Would definitely recommend this place for a family friendly stay. Also to note that Crystals customer service was great in terms of everything we needed.

Great townhouse, awesome location- super closed to Disney. Great beds and pillows. Enough room for my big family of 10. The pool was great for the kids. The club house has awesome amenities with a bar, jacuzzi, resort style pool, movie theater, convenient store and many other things. The communication with Crystal was perfect- she checked in constantly to make sure that we were ok with everything. We spend new year’s and she was kind enough to let me know the HOA plan for fireworks and celebration schedule.

Excellent communication, very comfortable rooms, very spacious , the best location, you have everything at your fingertips less than 4 minutes away, restaurants, supermarkets and so on. Crystal is a gracious host. The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. We needed to check in early and Crystal did everything she could to make it happen. The house felt like a home away from home. Its perfect for adults and for children. We were a group of 8 and everyone fit comfortably without feeling like we were in each other’s way. My family & I loved it! Especially the children . Tons of space to do whatever . The only issue we had was the TV’s but it was something that was out of our control & the host corrected it! The kids still had their iPads. We loved the community pool! The water is perfect temperature as well as the house pool . They had floats for us & pool toys for the kiddos. Great Location for quick grocery store runs as well . Overall we will be back

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s beautiful and spacious, perfect for family fun! It is a gated community and an officer is always at the gate. I would definitely stay here if we were to travel to Florida again.
