Our home is fully air conditioned and overlooking a private natural lake in a gated and guarded community. The resort is Security guarded 24/7, 365 days and is just 10 minutes from DISNEY!

Lake Berkley Resort offers luxury Orlando villas to rent in Kissimmee, Florida. Located just off the popular HWY192. Lake Berkley Resort provides the perfect base for your dream holiday. Only 10 minutes to the main gates at Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions.
Lake Berkley is a resort-style gated community with security to enhance the privacy of your stay. The community has a woodland fringed lake with a dock and boardwalk nature trail and the added features of a clubhouse, community pool and jacuzzi, fitness suite, tennis courts and children's playground all readily available to villa guests. If you're in Florida to see all the attractions on offer or simply to relax, Lake Berkley makes an ideal setting.
Restaurants & Shops near Lake Berkley Resort
Lake Berkley is also very close to lots of restaurants and fast food outlets mostly located on HWY 192 as well as a Walmart and ALDI super markets. You also have lots of gas stations, pharmacy's and retail shops. A couple of miles down HWY192 is a Sam's Club and Target SuperCenter.
If your looking to do some shopping the nearest outlet mall is the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores which are about 5 miles away. Other nearby attractions include Kissimme Old Town which has lots of old school theme park rides and stores and is 5 miles away. You also have two golf clubs very close by which are Falcon's Fire Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club.
Lake Berkley Resort nearby Airports
Located in Kissimmee the Lake Berkley Resort is only 20 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you are flying in to Tampa International Airport (TPA) this is 80 miles (90 minutes) via Interstate 4. The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. As you can see the Lake Berkley Resort is close to everything so an ideal for your next Orlando vacation.

Rental rates additional information
WE OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR BOOKINGS WHICH ARE 14 DAYS MINIMUM. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS.
All rates and additional charges are subject to sale tax and tourist tax of 13,5%.
End of stay cleaning charge UKP 165
Optional Pool heating @ UKP20 per day - we recommend pool heating between October and April.
To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of UKP 400.
Additional, we request a UKP 275 damage deposit, which will be refunded if the villa is left in good order.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment by bank transfer.
Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete and sign a booking form and pay the deposit to secure the booking. The full amount is due for payment 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
In the unfortunate case that you will need to cancel, there is no charge if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival, if you cancel 15-30 days before arrival, cancellation charge is 50%, if cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival, cancellation charge is 100%.

Holiday
Great location in a lovely Lake Berkley resort. The villa had everything you could wish for and more. We had an amazing time, thank you for sharing your lovely home. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.

A beautiful home!
The home was just like the pictures. It was gorgeous. Very spacious, gorgeous view. Plenty of room. Great location. Very clean place. We could not figure out how to turn off the pool door alarm. Tried to call the property manager number but no response and couldn't leave message. Also, We were warm in house. Would have loved to be able to turn temp below 74. Also, Maybe tell/show somewhere what all the switches go to? We were not sure what all the switches went to besides fan/lights/etc. We had some trouble figuring that all out. One night we wanted to make pizza but could not find a pizza pan. A possible suggestion for the future to have a pizza pan in cabinet? Overall a fantastic and beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the Florida sights. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We appreciate it!

thanks for your feedback. We are a bit puzzled about the small issues you were not able to figure out. The management company lines are always open and if engaged a message can be left on their voicemail, after which they will call back. The a/c is not limited or pre-set. We changed that long time ago, unlike other houses we prefer to let the guests change the temperature in a responsible way. Under 74F is certainly possible. Nevertheless, good to see you enjoyed your stay in Florida !
Outstanding Property
This home delivered as promised. Beautiful location on the lake with privacy as there are no houses across the water. The rooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds and pillows. I have rented many houses in many different locations and this home had the best stocked kitchen of any of them. Our friends have retired to this area and I intend on renting this house for future visits.. You won't be disappointed.

Magical Stay at Lake Berkley
Absolutely magical stay at Lake Berkley! Stunning sunrises over the lake. Beautiful neighbourhood. 20-25 mins drive from Disney. Only points for improvement.. to have ample cleaning products - kitchen and bathroom, hand soaps and bin bags etc

hi Lauren thanks for your review. good to hear you had a magical stay and enjoyed the sunrises over the lake. Sorry to see we lost a star because of the missing cleaning products. The villa is advertised as self catering and same is mentioned in our information pack. There is a starting supply of washing liquid, dishwasher tablet, soaps, toilet rolls, bin bags, etc., but no full supply for a longer stay.
Great View
Overall we were quite pleased with the house.Outdoor furniture was practical but we are used to a little nicer.House is somewhat dated but all in all very nice stay. Conveniently located.The set up of the bedrooms worked very nicely

Would book again
Pros - good location, clean, room and games for everyone. Fun to fish and swim! Cons - the wait time to get in at the gate was crazy! The king bed upstairs was like sleeping on a piece of wood (the rest of the beds were good from what I heard from the rest of our group Overall I would totally book this place again (I would just switch my bed selection with someone else in my group :)

Family vacation 6 adults
Beautiful open house with stunning view we enjoyed every morning on the lanai in front of the pool. The house overlooks a lake with an island and we identified over 20 birds.Ideal location for all of Orlando and we did everything but the theme theme parks. The game room was enjoyed by all.
