Facilities
Solterra features its own club house with a large swimming pool (complete with a water slide!), a spa, 24-hour fitness center, business center, Volleyball Courts and Tennis & Basketball Courts, a soccer (football) goal, as well as a children's playground and picnic areas. There is also a poolside restaurant/bar and lazy river.
Posner Park Shopping Mall is located 5-10 minutes away and features many shops, restaurants as well as a luxury movie theater! Many more shops and places to eat can be found along Hwy 27 and at Champion's Gate (about 5 minutes away).

A Stunning custom-made entertainment center greats you, housing a 65" Smart TV, electric fireplace and LED lighting! Large comfy sofas await you, and offer a great view of the private pool & deck!
Kitchen
Full-size kitchen with major stainless appliances and features. Everything you will need from plates, cups, silverware and pots & pans! Also equipped with plasticware for the pool deck and outdoor eating. Breakfast table has seating for 4. Dining table features spacious seating for 8. This villa comes equipped with bonuses such as an Air Fryer & Juicer!

Another one of the awe-inspiring areas of the home, featuring a lovely Star Wars themed theater and game room. A HUGE 86" Smart TV is ready for all your favorites, along with an action-packed sound system. Check out the acoustic dampening boards, the glow-in-the-dark Pac Man Mural and 2 of your favorite games: Foosball and Shuffleboard! Room is equipped with a split-unit AC and insulation to provide a cool and true movie experience! Now featuring standing multi-arcade system!
An Additional Game Room is located on the 2nd Floor: featuring a custom game/card table with drink holders, multiple games and a mini-fridge so you don't have to stop the fun! Check-out the magnetic wall Tic-Tac-Toe game!
Pool
You'll be happy to know you have your own private pool with no rear neighbors along with a gas BBQ and a large covered lanai! With plenty of seating for everyone, this is the perfect place to lounge! Don't forget to check-out the clubhouse pools!
Pool doors are equipped with chimed alarms to ensure young children are safe. Pool also equipped a safety fence.

Solterra Resort Orlando located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY54. This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. Building work is ongoing as the community grows, and new homes are being added to the site as they are completed.
Solterra Resort Rentals minutes from Disney
Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool.
For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. If you feel like a game of Tennis there are courts available but you will need your own balls and racket.
Solterra Resort is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Champions Gate or Reunion Resort. As well as minutes from the Orlando attractions via the I4. If you are flying in to Orlando then the Solterra Resort is only 30 minute from Orlando International Airport. With Sandford Airport about an hour and Tampa about 1 hr 15 mins.

Most owners will ask guests to leave a review once they have returned home from there stay. Unfortunately alot don't bother, for no particular reason they just never get round to it or had a great time but don't know what to write.

Restaurants near Solterra Resort, Florida
Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate restaurants with links to the menus so you can see what's on offer. Our personal favourite is Millers Ale House or Chili's.
For more choice head to the HWY192 where there are over 50 restaurants within a few miles of each other. We have put together a list of Kissimmee restaurants along HWY192 with links to menus and also there tripadvisor and google pages so you see reviews.
Direction to Solterra Resort Orlando
More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.
East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.
West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.
Solterra Resort Nearby Shops
The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

These are actual distances to the car parks rather than to the edge of the Disney property which is how most people quote times. We want to give you a realistic time, Disney has a 30 square mile site so once you reach the edge of the property you can still have a 10 minute drive to get to the car parks. We have also included Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Golf Courses near Solterra Resort Orlando
There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.

Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.
