Windwood Bay is very close to the Champions Gate Hotel and Golf Club, which neighbours shops, restaurants and a Publix Supermarket. Windwood Bay has a central road, which passes lakes and conservation areas, ideal for a Sunday stroll spotting local Florida wildlife.
Windwood Bay is located on HWY54 (Ronald Regan Parkway) and is also close to Reunion which has shops, restaurants and various other essentials. You also have quick access to the I4 via Champions Gate or HWY192 via Old Lake Wilson Rd so this is a great location from which to explore. Disney is less than 15 minutes away with SeaWorld and Universal about 20-25mins.

Optional pool heating available at £20 per day. End of Stay Clean £175. We charge a Refundable Breakage Deposit of £250/US$400, which is returned within 14 days of your departure. We take a 20% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 8 weeks then the full amount is payable.

Wonderful massive home
We all loved the house, pool and Spa.
The house is massive with 3 lounge areas, 2 dining areas inside, the kitchen is well equipped and very big, with the added advantage of a pantry.
The area is safe and the house is very close to I4, and champions gate, and Posner park.
Ample parking for 2 large vehicles

Wonderful Home!
Fantastic home! Very spacious. Lots of room for a big family to stay. Very clean.. fun to have a pool table and air hockey to play. Beautiful pool. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Short drive to the theme parks. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

We had an excellent time at the Villa which was conveniently located in a safe and quiet residential area with easy access to the highways
The Villa easily accommodated the 9 people in our party and had a superb swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi which we all enjoyed using
With easy access to the parks and local restaurants and shops we would highly recommend this location for exploring Florida for any future holidays

Great Home
"We have had the most memorable two weeks anyone could ask for. The villa was absolutely perfect and could not think of a negative word at all. It was so spacious for us all and the kids absolutely loved the pool and were in it every morning and nights if it wasn't too late. The location of the villa was fantastic. It was so easy to find and close to everything we needed on the holiday. We just wish we had booked for three weeks so we could have had a week just lazing around the pool after such a whirlwind two weeks.
Thanks again and we will definitely book through you again for our future visits. Having been to Florida a few times before this villa has definitely been the best."

Fantastic Florida villa
"This Villa was fabulous and by far the nicest layout we have stayed in before and we have visited Orlando over 20 times. The security to the home was second to none which was refreshing as we have stayed in some homes where I have felt uneasy. Not here, I felt very secure. It also helped knowing that there were cameras around the vicinity of the home. I think this is something that could be advertised more, as it was a bonus for me that I was unaware of, until speaking to the management guy whom we bumped into when checking in on our first day. It was very reassuring knowing he was so approachable and available should we need him. We only called him once when the Wi-Fi went down so no issues there at all. The house was very clean, as I had expected, and I loved the open plan. Some homes have glass doors in the hallway which you can see through into the living areas, but I was happy to see this was not the case with this home with no visibility from outside when we had the lights on at night. Many thanks it was a beautiful villa. "
