Overview
Your villa is located in an upscale gated community located just 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Terra Verde Resort is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.

Outside the villa you'll find your private pool. Lots of chairs and sun loungers provided so you can relax in the pool area .

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Facilities
Terra Verde Resort's award-winning amenities, nestled among palm trees and tropical plants, include a heated zero-entry pool, hot tub, mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, children's play area, ping pong, shuffleboard, lakeside hammocks, adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment, Lagoon Tiki Bar and Grill, walking trail and two stocked resort lakes (catch and release only please). The 6,000 sqft clubhouse features reception and concierge services, theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, lounge, business center, daily complimentary coffee and ATM. Our concierge is happy to provide discounted attraction tickets, equipment rental, Terra Verde Resort merchandise as well as photocopy, printing .The resort also features an electric car charging station.

As well as a large family room, there is an additional sitting room, which is ideal when 2 families are sharing, or when you need to have adults only time whilst the kids chill out in their own sitting room.

The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.modern kitchen has all the usual appliances, including a Coffee Maker and Microwave, and is well equipped with every utensil would ever need.

Location
Terra Verde Resort luxury Florida holiday villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located less than 20 minutes from Disney World, just off HWY192 in Kissimmee Florida.
A short walk from your Terra Verde Resort villa is the the prestigious clubhouse. This large resort style communal clubhouse opens from 8:00am to 9:00pm with impressive guest facilities including a gym, games area with arcade games, large heated pool and spa with sun deck and loungers, a children's play area with climbing rock and a basket ball court.
Terra Verde is a gated resort with 24 hr security to ensure the privacy of its residents and guests. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney World Orlando's main gates and the attractions, whilst being 5 minutes from all the restaurants, fast food outlets and unique souvenir shops along the popular HWY192.
We have put together a blog post listing over 50 Kissimmee Restaurants along HWY192 so you will never have to eat at the same place twice. One of the best things about going on vacation is eating out every night. There are hundreds of restaurants along the 192 but all of these are between mile markers 4 and 6 which is near the Disney park exits. This is ideal after a long day at the parks you can head striaght to your favourite place.

Perfect villa in perfect location
Had a great week at this lovely villa. Very clean and well furnished. Kids loved the pool. Very well located, close to shopping and restaurants, 15 minutes to Disney. The Resort is great also. Will book again.

Wonderful villa
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The sunset across the lake was stunning and it was magical to sit in the wonderfully warm hot tub and watch the wildlife while the children played in the pool. Such a great location with everything you could possibly want conveniently close. The cleaners had also done a fantastic job before we arrived and it was lovely to have a few toiletries and kitchen items to get us started on arrival. We had a lovely holiday and hope to stay with you again in the future!

Fantastic Start to Finish
From the initial booking, communications was always A+ from the owners. Arrived to find the rental exactly as described in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and our stay was super comfortable. Loved having shopping options (Wal-mart, Aldi etc.) so close to the house. We've stayed at many vacations rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite. Looking forward to a future stay!

Amazing vacation
Stayed for 8 days with my wife and two daughters in what was our first visit to Florida. The villa was perfect for our stay.
Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and had every appliance and convenience you could ask for. Pool and spa were great and the nearby tennis court a real bonus..
Perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive, yet only 20 minutes from parks.
I'd heartily recommend this Villa for quality, cleanliness and all round great value.

Perfect villa in great place
Stayed here March 2020. Villa is clean, modern and spacious. It had been recently refurbished and it was like visiting a new villa. Kids loved the pool and their themed bedrooms. Kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals. Lake Berkley is a safe gated Resort and beautifully well kept. Johanna was great to deal with and quickly returned our security deposit at end of trip.
