Our comfortable home is located in the highly desirable and peaceful gated community of Tuscan Hills, close to all the Disney attractions. There is parking space for two cars.
It is perfect for families and offers a large pool with extended deck area, sun loungers and includes a child safety fence and door alarms for added safety. Our covered lanai offers a remote-controlled ceiling fan and light with a table and 4 chairs. A BBQ is available for an extra fee. The pool can be heated for additional fee.
Inside the home you will find a comfortable living area featuring a flat screen TV, dining area to seat 6 people and a breakfast bar.. There is a new games room which offers a pool table and table tennis.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
There are 3 bedrooms, one king bed with en-suite bathroom, one queen and one twin. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has two washbasins, a wc and a walk-in shower.
There is also a family bathroom with wc, wash basin and bath with shower overhead. Both bathrooms have a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped for at home dining including microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and up to date stainless-steel oven with hob and a fridge-freezer.
The villa features recent upgrades including tiled floors throughout, ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. You will also have the use of complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer & dryer, iron and board, linens, and towels. There is also a security alarm system and smoke detectors.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the home .
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Guests are ideally located for the Disney attractions and local golf courses. There is also a comprehensive selection of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, shops and evening entertainment available nearby.

Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Great villa at pefect location
Had a 1 week stay at this amazing villa, very modern and clean. We loved the pool area. Great pool. Very good location close to shops, restaurants and Disney.

Brilliant villa
Booking and communication before we arrived was faultless. The house was well equipped and pool area was magnificent. All in all a brilliant holiday accomodation

Lovely Stay
A peaceful setting, with plenty of wildlife activity on the lake. The house was clean and well maintained and is very convenient for the theme parks and the 192. We are returning next year!

Family Friendly Location
House was well appointed and provided enough space for my family of 4. We enjoyed eating breakfast next to the pool that overlooked the lake. Every morning there was a couple of the local wildlife that would come and say hello. Neighborhood was very quiet. Perfect spot for our Spring Break.

Highly Recommended
We were very impressed with the home. Everything was clearly well kept and the pool was clean. It had a nice view of the lake as a bonus. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Florida!

Perfect location
The house is centrally located to everything. We were very comfortable in the house and loved the pool area. Great place to stay.
