Ohana Retreat Villa | 5 bed Luxury Villa The Abbey at WestHaven

We are very fortunate to have visited Orlando many times over the years. This was our 23rd visit and our BEST villa we have ever stayed in. We loved everything about this villa, so much so we have already sent a request through for our 2026 holiday. The villa, the pool, the location…5 stars for every aspect and cannot wait to visit again.

We stayed in this wonderful property from 26/4 to 11/5/24. Right from booking, the owners were a pleasure to deal with; offering plenty of information prior to our trip. Payments were easy to make with numerous payment methods available. Having stayed in a Westhaven villa before, we knew where we were going but received ample directions prior to our stay. All access codes and instructions for arrival were emailed to as promised a week before our stay. From the minute we opened the door, we were blown away. This villa has the wow factor….beautifully presented throughout. Modern decoration and lovely high ceilings giving it a really spacious feel. It was immaculately clean and everything you could possibly need and more. My 19 year old son loved the cinema / games room. And my 22 year old daughter wants a bedroom like this one at home!! The outdoor kitchen area was a bonus and we enjoyed several BBQs here. The pool area got the sun all day but had a lovely shaded seating area too. The villa is not overlooked due to hedges between neighbouring properties and has a conservation view with lake and some amazing wildlife….we regularly saw squirrels and wading birds. We have visited Florida over a dozen times, always staying in villas and this is one of the best we have stayed in. We will 100% return one day.

From the point of booking this Villa, we were always excited for our arrival day. You know sometimes you can book something based on what you see in photos and become rapidly disappointed when you get there….? Well I can safely say there is no chance of that here. From the presentation when you pull up on the driveway to opening the door and being blown away with the amazing spacious feel. The decor is modern (a rare find in Floridian villas) yet homely and is a pleasure to spend time in. The beds are brand new and extremely comfortable. We only stayed for a week unfortunately but the villa and Florida in general was an amazing setting for our sons 2nd birthday. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best for our stay so we had little opportunity to experience the pool, however that too was like new, with great facilities. Thanks to the Carroll family for allowing us to experience this haven. We look forward to coming back in a couple of years time! If you’re looking to book this and hesitating, just do it!

Our family recently stayed in this fabulous villa and after coming to Orlando for many many years, I can honestly say this is one of the BEST villas we have stayed in. It was super clean, extremely modern throughout and catered to our very need. The outside kitchen and pool area were amazing and the cinema room was a very welcome bonus. I could not fault this property in any way. The owners were a pleasure to deal with from the first contact and the property manager when we were there ( DeAnna) was delightful and on the end of the phone if we needed her. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again some day.

The moment we unlocked the front door we said "Wow!" This villa is an absolutely stunning villa. This is our ninth visit to Orlando, and this is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. It is in a quiet gated neighbourhood (West Haven), and yet still very close to Disney (20 mins) and Universal (30 mins). The villa looks brand new, it is very modern and immaculate, exquisitely furnished with a gorgeous pool and spa deck that is not overlooked, having unrestricted views over a beautiful conservation area. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, be that for a couple, like us, or for a larger family. There are two marvellous master bedrooms with very stylish en-suite bathrooms, and three other bedrooms, one beautiful Queen with an en-suite and the two others are delightfully themed as Harry Potter and Disney's Ohana. When we were there in early May, the pool and spa were bathed in sunlight from around 830am to 630pm while the seating areas and outside BBQ & kitchen area (which was fantastic) were shaded, offering a welcome escape from the +30C (+86F) Florida sunshine. Although it is some time off, we have already booked to return next year since we guess this gorgeous villa will be booked up fast and we don't want to miss our chance to return to enjoy it once again!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here during our Easter holiday family getaway. Arriving at this stunningly presented property we just knew it was going to be the best week! This villa is perfectly located to escape the busy vibes of Disney World yet not too far to commute across to the parks every day! Also located within 5 mins driving to some fabulous restaurants that didn’t charge the Earth for dinner like the on-site Disney eateries! They had thought of everything in the Villa and aside from our weekly food shop for lunches breakfast etc we genuinely didn’t want for nothing. Saying good morning to the Heron family each morning was a lovely way to start the day! Very spacious, fabulous games area, great sized pool, bedrooms really well presented and many bathrooms so no reason not to all be ready on time!! I would highly recommended this villa to anybody wanting a Florida getaway/Disney filled trip! Thank you for letting us into your home and we just cannot wait to return.

My husband and I brought our mother's down for a few days at Disney. The West Haven house was spectacular! We were told that the house had just been renovated and redorated. The designer and contractor did an awesome job. The house seemed brand new. The lay-out of the house is fantastic for a large/extended family vacationing together, so it was more than enough space for the four us. The covered Lanai with the grill/outdoor kitchen and dining area and the poolside entertainment area was our favorite parts of the house. Having a full bed and bathroom suite on the ground floor is great if your party includes stair-challenged individuals. A couple of other big pluses were the game/media room and the upstairs outdoor balcony. We were able to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks just over the horizon while we were out on the balcony. DeAnna from the management company was very responsive to our questions and inquiries and she was quick to follow up with us to assure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this house and the Florida Vacation Villas folks to anyone planning a visit to the area.

Excellent villa, renovated to such a high standard, nice big pool area including a jacuzzi to unwind after a day at the parks! Can’t forget the games room with the massive tv screening giving you cinema vibes! Would definitely recommend (including those with reduced mobility/health issues for the ground floor bedroom and bathroom ) Will be back ! :)

My stay at the villa was Amazing. The view from the back is Lovely, very open and not over looked. The villa is situated in a gated community. The villa itself is of the Highest Standard. The downstairs bedroom and ensuite are great for any guests who may have trouble using stairs. I especially enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Excellent Club House with great facilities. I look forward to staying again this September
