Our luxury, executive 4 Bed 3 bath vacation villa is situated in the prestigious gated-community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. It is located off Ronald Reagan Blvd, which is within easy access to Hwy 27, US 192 and I4. With Disney World being only a 15 minute drive away and close access to all other major theme parks and the coast, this makes our home an ideal base for your holiday.
Kevin & Mandy, based in Cheshire, UK, are the owners of the villa. DeAnna is our fabulous local property manager in Orlando & Rebekah will assist you directly with any rental enquires and bookings.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa has its own private pool and conservation views. Comes with a cable-equipped 65" SMART TV in the lounge, cable TV in all the bedrooms and free WIFI high speed internet access. The villa is fitted with a burglar alarm and patio door/pool alarm. There is also a new air conditioning system installed in June 2024.
Location
The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Disney World Orlando is only a 15 minute drive away.

Rental rates additional information
Pool Heat can be added at £25.00 per day.
Refundable damage security deposit is £375.00.
The rental rates are inclusive of tax.
The cleaning fee is separate at £140.00.

Stayed in this villa again September 17- 1 October.
We first stayed here in 2019 as part of a special surprise birthday present.
Superb again; everything was spot on. Perfect for us.
Good communication with owner before and after.
Management company also excellent with a coupe of small issues.
All very efficient.
Highly recommended and would go back in a heartbeat.
Westhaven with this villa is truly one of the best locations in this area.

Fantastic villa

Lovely family villa
We’ve been visiting Florida since 2008 and this is by far the best villa we’ve stayed in. Well decorated, very clean and everything we needed for our stay was to hand, bedding and towels are good quality, lovely private pool area. We had stayed at West Haven before and find the location to be good for us, a peaceful relaxing secure community to return to at the end of a busy day.

We’ve been holidaying in Florida for over 20 yrs, staying in villas around the same location. This villa has been the best of all . In terms of location,facilities and standards of accommodation and cleanliness. The villa was modern and well appointed with all the required bedding,towels,cutlery and everything else you could possibly need. I will definitely be staying here again

Superb family villa
Have been to Florida a lot and this by far was the best villa we have had, loads of room for a large family!!
Everything was v clean and the villa had everything we needed ??
Short drive to all the parks and local shops.

Immaculate Villa
We stayed for 2 weeks in May 2023.
We could not wish for a better location, close to everywhere we wanted to go, including all Disney parks and local amenities.
All information given to us before our arrival was accurate and easy to understand, and directions from the airport were spot on.
Ohana Villa is immaculate. My son loved the games room which is very nicely furnished for a games room.
Would definitely consider this Villa if we are lucky enough to visit again.

Beautiful house with everything you need
Ohana dream villa is a beautiful house where every piece of decor has been thought about to make it feel more luxurious/modern and spacious. There is plenty of room at the villa, the pool is lovely and relaxing with plenty of seating and beds around it. There are 2 seating areas which again are lovely but also comfortable, so if you want some space you can get it. We loved staying here and catching up with our family who we haven't seen for 5 years. Its in a great location on a gated community which makes you feel more secure. Rebekah is lovely and got back to us with answers to our questions as did the property manager over there. All information we needed was sent in plenty of time. We had directions, codes… everything we needed. The house was spotless on arrival.
We would definitely stay here again because it literally had everything you needed from a very well equipped and kept games room right through to the laundry room. Plenty of space on the drive for a car or mini van (we had a 15 seater which fitted just nicely on the drive) if you are thinking of booking then don't hesitate, you wont be sorry.

Exceptional villa in great location!
I booked this villa at the last moment whilst travelling in the USA. Rebekah was very responsive and I managed to book and pay online within 2 days which was helpful. I also contacted Deanna from the management company for advice and she also got back to me within an hour which was very reassuring. The villa was just like the photos online........very tasteful and newly renovated. I visit Florida twice a year and this property is the best yet .....clean and extremely well equipped with good views of conservation/lake. The pool deck is spotless which is rare for rental homes and added greatly to our experience of the villa as we spend a lot of time on the pool deck. Suprisingly we saw the fireworks from Disney one night which was lovely. As I travelled in March, I booked with pool heating and this made the pool very comfortable to use. There is a well equipped games room in the property although my husband and I didn't use it preferring the pool deck with a glass of wine! West Haven-The Sanctuary is a quiet estate in a good location close to restaurants and the theme parks, if that is what you want. There is a good array of shops in the local area as well. We liked First Watch for breakfast and Tijuana Flats is great for a bit of mexican food. Don't miss Disney Springs as that was a bit of free fun for an afternoon of shopping and lunch. Evenings in Disney Springs are great as well and only a short journey back to the villa. I would definitely book again for my next trip and would recommend to my friends.

Getaway feb/mar 2023
Enjoyed 2 months in Ohana dream Villa.
The Villa was clean,modern and most accomodating.
The pool area was the ultimate for us.
Very spacious,lanai shaded in hot afternoons.
Due to most awesome weather during Feb/mar we stayed close to pool.
Would definitely recommend to any family.

Stunning Villa
Not long returned from an amazing stay at this villa, it was modern, immaculate and perfect for everything we needed :) just a short drive from all major attractions it really was the perfect location! 10000% will be returning when we are next lucky enough to return to the sunshine state :)

Amazing villa
We have stayed at this villa twice now and it is beautiful and modern and also very clean and well kept. We love that the pool is not overlooked and we also really enjoyed the games room. We definitely recommend this villa!

Outstanding villa
The moment we unlocked the front door we all said "wow" this villa is stunning,it had everything you needed,this is our 7th visit to Orlando
but this is the best villa we have ever stayed in,very quiet gated neighbourhood ,but still close to Disney ,we had the most wonderful time!

Best villa we have stayed in
