5 Bed, 3.5 Bath Executive Home close to Disney & Universal

We stayed in this villa for 3 weeks in the summer 2023 . The owner Alan was great to deal with , prompt with every enquiry pre booking and was also available promptly to sort a very minor issue whilst we were there . The villa was everything you want away from home . Spacious with several mod cons . Spotless from top to bottom . Delightful pool & sunbathe area . Fabulous gated resort , close to several restaurants and Walmart . Games room was the decider for us and at night was perfect for our boys to unwind whilst I sat chilling the feet in the spa .

We had am amazing time great location for just 20min drive to all Disney Parks and close to supermarkets and lovely villages to get away from busy side florida too.The beds were so comfortable the cleanliness was great and contacting owner was very easy giving lots hints tips of resteraunts and places to visit.With lots things keep kids busy if u wanted a pool day was utterly amazing Highly recommended definetly be back

This was by far the best holiday we have been on as a family. Coming home to this lovely house was just what the doctor ordered to chill and wind down after the chaos and excitement of the parks. The pool was the perfect temperature, the home was spacious, clean and well maintained. Allan was incredibly responsive to all our questions, we were briefed well prior to arrival and the pool was the highlight of our stay. We highly recommend and hope to be back maybe one day soon.

I went to florida in October for the first time and this villa was the absolute Icing on the cake. The villa is immaculate and extremely well presented, it Is also ideal location and all parks are extremely accessible via car. When we arrived the air con wasn't working and I reached out to the host in the UK and it was rectified the next day! The host was very easy to reach and quick to reply about anything, no matter how big or small. I already can't wait for our next visit! Couldn't rate the villa or host high enough.

The villa was superb clean, spacious and in a lovely setting big enough for us 5 adults and 1 child, we even watched an Alligator swim out from the lake and sunbathed on the lake bank which we watched from the safety of our pool lanai , Allan was easy to contact when we couldn’t operate the TV as well so overall a lovely stay.

What an amazing villa and service! Upon arrival it was clear to see the attention to detail and home comforts that were provided in the villa. The beds were very comfortable and the villa was very well equipped. We spent lots of time in the pool and it was always kept at a lovely temperature and cleaned regularly. The villa also boasts a large and well equipped games room - perfect for when a storm approaches! The neighbourhood is lovely, welcoming and secure - perfect for the family. The host could not be more welcoming from the moment of booking and replying to any questions we had. We had an amazing time - thank you!

We stayed here in 2022 after what was meant to be 2020 but we couldn’t go due to lockdown. This place is just amazing the house is beautiful and has everything you need , the community is also beautiful and quite. We had the best holiday and are going back again next year

Fabulous villa, everything you need for home from home, comfortable, very clean, lovely pool area and views overlooking the lake and visiting wildlife. Cumbrian Lakes is very quiet and peaceful and the location is so convenient for shops, restaurants and the attractions. Absolutely love it and will definitely return for another amazing holiday.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. Often when booking a place online you get a lot of great looking photos and on arrival some disappointment that things weren’t quite the same. This is the exact opposite - it looks better than the photos! Everything looks and feels new and the owner Allan was extremely prompt in his replies whenever we had a question. We went for the heated pool and spa in January and it was a joy getting into first thing and later in the evening after a hard day at the parks. I was reluctant to go for the heat as previous villas we have stayed in it has been a hit or a miss - this time it was exactly what we wanted and the temperatures were really comfortable for winter time. We had great sun throughout the day and arrived home with amazing tans all round. I will definitely be returning to Florida again soon and will book this place again if it’s available. We were really lucky to find this place and I’d just like to say thank you again for renting us your home and that we all had the best time ever

Wow! What can I say about this beautiful home?? Just perfection. Great location, huge house with so many amazing features. No expense sparred when decorating and the appliances are all state of the art. As amazing as the house is it still can’t beat the best service I’ve ever experienced in all my years of travelling. Allan the owner is just brilliant. Every query or need of ours was dealt or answered with. His property manager in Orlando is also excellent. All in all I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Only problem will be trying to book again as I’m sure anyone who visits will want to return too!!!

We have been to Orlando a few times and decided to book a last minute holiday with our 2 children (9&8) After searching many villa's on the internet, we came across this beautiful 5 bed villa. From the beginning of making an enquiry to leaving the Villa on our last day, the owner Allan has been amazing and very helpful. The booking system was very easy and we received all the details for the villa (i.e door codes extra) 2 weeks prior to arrival. The villa had everything we needed including an Xbox with a full games package and each TV has Netflix on. The beds were really comfortable and the villa was very clean and spacious. There is a Walmart a few minutes drive away and all the parks are within 15-25 minutes away. The pool was very clean and we had the pool heated included within our rental package, which was fab. There really isn't any think I could fault in the villa, it was simple perfect and the owner was so helpful. I highly recommend Allan and his villas and cant wait to return.

I can’t say enough about this property. I’ve been renting in Florida for years and I must say this is the first time, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. You view pictures on the website and hope this is truly what your getting, I must say... not only is the villa magnificent, the owner and property management company are a gem to deal with. Very accommodating, very prompt and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this property. I will definitely be back, as a matter of fact I’m coming back in February 2020. The area is in a perfect location and close to everything. You’re minutes from Disney, shopping and any restaurant you can imagine. Very classy, a 5 Star rating for sure! Top notch.

This was my first time organising Orlando trip myself rather than through a travel agent. The last two times we had villa issues as one was too far out and the other had lots of problems. It is a big part of your holiday to have somewhere good as a base, so was a little apprehensive on whether I had made the right choice, would it live up to the pictures and the description? Right from the time of booking the communication emails were very reassuring from the management company. They informed us that the villa had new owners and that they had carried out an extensive refurbishment on the property. When we arrived we were delighted with the villa, it didn’t look like the pictures, it was better !!!!! It is beautiful, spacious and so well arranged and decorated and not in the usual wishy washy magnolia so many of the villas go for. There is a fantastic kitchen, spotless bathrooms and the furniture throughout the house has a more UK feel to it, which makes you feel instantly at ease. The pool area and spa are immaculate and get the sun from early morning to late in the day, we have been out here every evening to relax with the cool coloured lights setting the mood. I am actually sitting writing this review, in the spa, on our last full day, wondering how it all went so quickly, and wondering whether to make such a glowing review or to tell people not to book as it will make it so popular we might not get it again!!!!! Easy decision, it is the best villa we have stayed in whilst visiting here in every way and is a credit to the owners, I don’t think I would stay anywhere else the next time I come back as it would just lead to disappointment. 5??

We've been coming to Florida since 1987 and this villa is by far the best we've ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, newly decorated & renovated, completely equipped you will want for nothing here. Beautiful lakeside location on a really tranquil secure gated estate, good bass fishing, great visiting wildlife, what a place. pool area is spacious & immaculate, the whole place just feels like home. Allan the owner couldn't be more helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is just so.

Stayed at this property for a month in July and I could not have been happier. There were 8 of us altogether with more than enough space and privacy for us all. The decor is modern and classy with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Furniture is high quality and the beds extremely comfortable. I've not slept so well in a long time. The air conditioning is very efficient on really hot days. The outdoor pool area is spacious and clean with a wonderful view out to the lake and beautiful wildlife. The hot tub was well used and appreciated after all those miles at the theme parks. Location wise, you do need a car to get around. Going out to eat at night we sometimes left the car and got an Uber home which was perfect for us. It's about a twenty minute drive to Universal and Volcano Bay and there are lots of fantastic restaurants nearby the villa along the Poinciana Boulevarde. Overall we had an amazing experience in this incredible property and will definitely return in the future.

We stayed for a month at this fantastic property. The villa is ideal as its close to all of the attractions whilst remaining a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando life. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need even UK tv. The owners were extremely considerate and checked we had everything we needed. Simply home from home. Thank you Allan.
