Our luxurious 5 bedroom air conditioned house with screened pool and fully automated spa has a stunning view of the central lake within the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes.
Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away, with Universal Studios and other attractions within a 25 minute drive.
The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two twin bedded rooms upstairs which share a bathroom.
The Family room has a 75" large screen TV with Netflix and apps for UK and USA television streams. Beautifully furnished throughout, with ample space, a full equipped kitchen, microwave, fridge-freezer, range, washer and dryer, towels, linens etc.
This is a non-smoking/ pet free home. The garage has been converted into a games room

Superb!
We stayed in this villa for 3 weeks in the summer 2023 . The owner Alan was great to deal with , prompt with every enquiry pre booking and was also available promptly to sort a very minor issue whilst we were there . The villa was everything you want away from home . Spacious with several mod cons . Spotless from top to bottom . Delightful pool & sunbathe area . Fabulous gated resort , close to several restaurants and Walmart .
Games room was the decider for us and at night was perfect for our boys to unwind whilst I sat chilling the feet in the spa .

Best villa ever
We had am amazing time great location for just 20min drive to all Disney Parks and close to supermarkets and lovely villages to get away from busy side florida too.The beds were so comfortable the cleanliness was great and contacting owner was very easy giving lots hints tips of resteraunts and places to visit.With lots things keep kids busy if u wanted a pool day was utterly amazing Highly recommended definetly be back

A great family stay
This was by far the best holiday we have been on as a family. Coming home to this lovely house was just what the doctor ordered to chill and wind down after the chaos and excitement of the parks. The pool was the perfect temperature, the home was spacious, clean and well maintained. Allan was incredibly responsive to all our questions, we were briefed well prior to arrival and the pool was the highlight of our stay. We highly recommend and hope to be back maybe one day soon.

Amazing Villa

Such an amazing villa and over all stay!
I went to florida in October for the first time and this villa was the absolute Icing on the cake. The villa is immaculate and extremely well presented, it Is also ideal location and all parks are extremely accessible via car. When we arrived the air con wasn't working and I reached out to the host in the UK and it was rectified the next day! The host was very easy to reach and quick to reply about anything, no matter how big or small. I already can't wait for our next visit! Couldn't rate the villa or host high enough.

The villa was superb clean, spacious and in a lovely setting big enough for us 5 adults and 1 child, we even watched an Alligator swim out from the lake and sunbathed on the lake bank which we watched from the safety of our pool lanai , Allan was easy to contact when we couldn’t operate the TV as well so overall a lovely stay.

Fantastic Villa
What an amazing villa and service!
Upon arrival it was clear to see the attention to detail and home comforts that were provided in the villa. The beds were very comfortable and the villa was very well equipped. We spent lots of time in the pool and it was always kept at a lovely temperature and cleaned regularly. The villa also boasts a large and well equipped games room - perfect for when a storm approaches!
The neighbourhood is lovely, welcoming and secure - perfect for the family.
The host could not be more welcoming from the moment of booking and replying to any questions we had.
We had an amazing time - thank you!

Absolutely amazing house
We stayed here in 2022 after what was meant to be 2020 but we couldn’t go due to lockdown. This place is just amazing the house is beautiful and has everything you need , the community is also beautiful and quite. We had the best holiday and are going back again next year

Vacation at this villa
Fabulous villa, everything you need for home from home, comfortable, very clean, lovely pool area and views overlooking the lake and visiting wildlife. Cumbrian Lakes is very quiet and peaceful and the location is so convenient for shops, restaurants and the attractions. Absolutely love it and will definitely return for another amazing holiday.
