4 Bed, 3 Bath Lake View Villa with Games Room

Good location, excellent facilities, pool very welcome after a long day at the park. Owner very easy to get hold of during our stay when we had a query. Would definitely recommend

We rented the Villa over the Christmas period last year , it is modern , clean and very well equipped . The Villa is perfectly situated and extremely comfortable . We would have no hesitation in recommending renting this property and will certainly be doing so when we return to Orlando .

Wow Wow Wow ! This is our 6th time to Orlando and we have used a different Villa every time but Allens villa is the best yet. The location is ideally placed if visiting Universal or Disney. The villa is absolutely stunning and a real credit to Allen who obviously knows what people want, the is a great selection of cooking equipment so no issues if you want to eat in. There is a BBQ in the garage which i did use once ..i did ensure it was used outside and put back as found LOL.. Even replaced the gas bottle ! All the rooms were air conditioned and had a separate ceiling fan which was needed even in October. The outdoor swimming pool area was great and got full sun most of the day so after a day in the park a nice swim and a lounge was great.. I cannot recommend enough and Allen was great to deal with and very very attentive..

Just back and highly recommend. The villa is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. From the start Allan was amazing, answering queries quickly and always happy to help. We were impacted by hurricane Ian whilst there and again, Allan was in touch regularly giving advice and also offered an extra night at the villa at no charge if our flight was delayed. The location of the villa is ideal, in a clean and quiet gated community. We will always stay at Allan’s villa for future holidays.

A beautifully decorated, spacious villa in a perfect location to enjoy all that Orlando offers. We have stayed on highway 27 on previous trips but have been fed up being stuck in relentless traffic - the location of this villa avoided this. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean as was the pool area. It was the layout we always go for - open plan with a beautiful open aspect to the lake. It was well stocked with everything we needed including a much welcomed Keruig coffee machine! Plenty of towels too. Washing machine and dryer was brand new. Everything worked perfectly and you could tell most of it was new. We absolutely would stay here again!

First time in Florida the villa was fabulous , everything you need, lovely setting on the lake ,accommodation very comfortable and clean . Couldn’t fault it . Booked to go back .

If you are considering booking this property - don’t hesitate! The home was lovely - renovated, with comfortable beds and furniture and a lovely shaded pool. The neighborhood has some trails and a playground which was perfect for a toddler. The pool has lots of security measures to keep kids out so the space felt safe and comfortable. Allan is a great host and his property manager was always available if there was anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

The villa is freshly decorated, with excellent facilities. We especially loved the games and 75" TV in the lounge. Oh and not to mention the Alexa Smart display system. Pool was excellent size with hot tub easily allowing 3 adults relaxing in the Florida sunshine! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. All in all its a great villa, excellent location with brilliant facilities. We will be going back!!

I really enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant and it felt cozy and home-like, which was especially great for the kids...even the neighbor was friendly! I had no complications, and any questions that was communicated to the owner or management was responded to in a timely fashion. The kids enjoyed daily pool time and weeks later my 4 year old is still saying she wants to go back to the "other" house.

We were advised very shortly before we were due to travel that the Villa had a new owner but would be honouring our booking. The new owner contacted me on the same day to advise the property was having a make-over but would be ready in time. When we arrived - wow, wow, wow. The villa is extremely high spec throughout whilst remaining very comfortable. The décor is very modern and looks stunning. Most appreciated was the highly effective air conditioning which was a blessing during our time in Florida. Beautiful pool and lanai, with a great view of the lake. The owner, who after all his hard work remodelling was still in the community for any snagging issues as a result of the works, was attentive but keen not to be intrusive. I've been travelling to Florida for many years now and I can say with all honesty, this is the best place I've stayed. We can only hope it is available when we return.
