This four-bedroom, three-bath villa with pool and games room comfortably accommodates 8 guests all on one level. Enjoy easy access to Disney theme parks, world-class golf, and downtown Orlando hotspots.
The breakfast bar, kitchen table, and indoor and outdoor dining areas offer ample seating for the whole group to dine together. Then, relax on the sofas to watch your favourite shows on a flat-screen TV.
Retreat to four bedrooms with private TVs, including a queen bedroom with shared bath and a king-size master with its own en-suite with standing shower and soaking tub. The third and fourth bedrooms each offer two twin beds and share an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A beautiful house to rent
We enjoyed our stay last year so much we are going again this year.
This property is tastefully furnished and the beds are so comfortable.
High quality appiances with everything you could want for a lovely holiday. The lake view is lovely and patio furniture very comfortable Booking was very easy and freindly, looking forward to our stay.

Amazing Stay!
What a beautiful villa, this property has everything you could need and is furnished to a very high standard. Pool area was great with lots of seating and loungers, beautiful view over the lake. Games room was a hit with the kids! Plenty of space for a large family. It is in a great location, close to all the theme parks and supermarkets. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. We had an amazing 2 week stay! It was like home from home. Allan was very friendly and easy to communicate with, any questions we had were answered very quickly. Thank you! ??

Gorgeous villa
We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Everything about it felt luxurious and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We spent a lot of the time between parks at the pool as it was the perfect place to relax and I struggled to get the kids out of the pool, they loved it. Lovely lake view as well. Nice neighbourhood for walking around and very close to supermarkets and restaurants. 5th time for us in Orlando but previously always stayed at resorts. This was a far more relaxing option and we will definitely be back!

Family vacation
Such a beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a family vacation
My only suggestion that wasn't even a big deal would be to out the master bedroom tv on a swivel this home was so beautiful, clean, everything you could need the TV even tells you when the washer and dryer are done we are going back next year and hopefully it's available again

Cumbrian lakes villa review
Stayed in June 2022 for 2 weeks. 4 adults and 2 teenagers.
Fantastic location close to the parks and local amenities.
Modern decor throughout and clean. Had everything we needed.
Allan the owner was exceptionally understanding about moving our dates due to covid and lockdowns. He also responded promptly and answered any queries we had whilst staying at the villa.

Wonderful Florida Villa
We highly recommend this lovely villa. Wonderfully decorated and extremely clean and tidy throughout. It had all the essentials plus extras, beds were comfortable and location was very easy to find. We had issues with the pool temperature but the owner was on hand and replied very promptly to help rectify the problem.

3 wonderful weeks at Cumbrian Lakes
The villa was recently renovated and brought up to a contemporary standard and everything was clean, new and marvellous.
The TV was huge with more channels than you could watch, the beds comfortable, and all the amenities you would expect and more, are there.
We had an issue with the kettle not turning off and it was immediately replaced
There had been a booking hiccup at the outset which was quickly resolved in our favour - nothing was too much trouble
The booking price is also very reasonable for the property
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this property and the customer service is A1. Would most definitely look to book again next time we go to Orlando

Villa away from Home
We couldn't have hoped for a better stay! With many emails and what's app messages exchanged with Allan, we felt very prepared for our trip and well looked out for during.
The 360° tour allowed us to get a sense of our home for 2 weeks, and we certainly felt like we were home away from home.
Clean, modern and homely, we settled very quickly and felt we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We had a day or two of weather that was a little cooler than usual, and Allan so kindly messaged to let us know he had turned pool heat on for us.
As we hadn't paid for this addition, we were staggered and couldn't have been more grateful. Relaxing in the spa and floating around the pool was the perfect way to finish each day.
We had the best time, and cannot wait to come again!

Cumbrian Lakes has the WOW factor!
WOW - Cumbrian Lakes is a fantastic property!
The details of address, instruction and directions were easy to follow and we found villa without any issues at all and is situated in a quiet gated community.
Cumbrian Lakes is in a good location and only minutes away from Walmart, restaurants, shopping and parks etc.
The villa exceeded our expectations and is newly renovated with superb modern decor, new appliances and equipment, with a comfortable homely feel as soon as you enter the house - and the security alarm and large safe give that extra safety net.
The villa has a 75” inch tv in the lounge and great tv package in including Netflix. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and enjoyed relaxing on the sun beds which overlooked a lake with water fountains.
Clearly - a lot of thought and hard work has gone into making this villa a wonderful place to stay, with all the comforts of home where people can stay and want for nothing.
The villa owner Alan is a great host - very accommodating and gives a quick response to any questions or queries.
There is absolutely no doubt . . . . . this is a beautiful villa and we will be back to enjoy it again as soon as we can!
We booked the villa for a 3 weeks stay - however during the first week the Corona virus escalated dramatically, and quickly became a concern to the point of us having to leave and return home early, so on a personal note . . . . . we would like to thank Alan for his concern, regular contact, consideration and support which helped us to cope with the uncertainty of the unprecedented situation we faced.
