Fantastic vacation home, so close to Disney, Located in Orlando's most luxurious gated community, Emerald Island Resort. This luxurious home includes an over-sized pool and raised Jacuzzi spa with an extra-large patio. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks!
This luxurious resort is only 5 mins from Walt Disney World, and there are shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within walking distance.
Facilities
The 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, a sauna, free computer access to the Internet, a heated community pool and spa, video games room, a children's play area, and Tiki Hut. The clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking, which winds through the community's natural woodland setting.
Living
The beautifully decorated living room has leather sofas, 47' LCD Tv with Blu-Ray / DVD player. There are sliding patio doors leading out to the screened pool deck area. The living rool and dining nook area are fully tiled. Leading from the fully tiled living/dining room is the upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic top range, Stainless steel side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. Along with a convenient breakfast bar and separate breakfast nook for informal dining with a view of the pool.

Plus a Sleep Sofa
The home has four bedrooms that sleep up to ten people. All rooms have flat screen LCD TV's and DVD players.
The master bedroom one has a king-size bed, with pillow top mattress and windows looking out to the pool and Jacuzzi spa. Telephone with free local, national and international calls( not UK cells). Master bathroom has a separate shower, oversize garden tub, and separate toilet.
The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with a pillow top mattress,with separate bath with all towels supplied and hair dryer.
One twin bedrooms has two twin beds, the other has a twin over full bunk bed, each with LCD TV's.
The third bath has a separate shower/tub and includes a hair dryer. Pool towels are also provided.
Games Room
The game room is carpeted and contains a pool and air hockey table for your enjoyment. This home has a washer and a dryer so that you can enjoy a long and fun vacation with all the conveniences of your own home.
Pool
Pool and spa not overlooked from behind. Outside table with 4 chairs and 4 high quality sun loungers.
Outside
A gas BBQ grill rental is available for $55 per week. This way you get a clean grill and full tank of propane and do not have to clean it at the end of your stay!!
Internet
Free high-speed WiFi internet access is provided along with free international calling to over 60 countries ( Sorry not UK mobiles ).
Baby Equipment
The home is equipped with a pack n play crib and high chair for your convenience.

We have a selection of luxury Emerald Island villas from 4 to 8 bedrooms. The Emerald Island Resort is a secure gated community with a manned 24/7 entrance. Located in Kissimmee just off HWY 192 the Emerald Island Resort is an ideal base to explore all the Disney / Orlando theme parks and attractions. It has a large clubhouse with communal pool and clubhouse facilities. These clubhouse facilities are free to use for all onsite guests.
Restaurants near the Emerald Island Resort
All our Emerald Island villas are ideally located close to lots of restaurants, shops. As well as being within 20 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios. Within 5 minutes drive you have access to over 50 different restaurants from TGI's Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn Steakhouse, Applebee's, Millers Ale House, Logan's Roadhouse, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster a number of pizza parlours, there are also the usual fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell.
We have put together a list of over 50 restuarants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. All of these restaurants are just a few minutues from the Emerald Island Resort. With this much choice you will be able to eat somewhere different every night even if you are staying in Orlando for over a month!
Shopping Malls near the Emerald Island Resort
If shopping is your thing then whilst staying at one of our luxury vacation rentals and villas on Emerald Island Resort why not visit one of the nearby malls. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year.
Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
The Mall at Millennia also has some of the best restaurants in Orlando like The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Brio Tuscan Grille so why head there for an early dinner and late night shopping.

All rates include Florida Taxes of 13.5%. Pool and spa heating is an additional £20 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.
Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based upon season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.
Stays of 6 nights or less subject to a clean fee of £75

Fantastic in every way
We had the pleasure of staying here for a few weeks earlier this year. The location is perfect, plenty of sunshine on the pool area and not over looked. Villa has everything you could possibly need and more. Being a gated community also made us feel safe and secure. Already looking to return??

Great Property
There's only one property between you and the end of the housing development. Very quiet, lots of birds. The pool has an extra barrier that goes around it for safety. Good for small kids. Would stay here again

Great Vacation Home

Great Family Vacation !!!!!
We recently stayed at this home for a week for our Disney World vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. The homes layout was very open and a nice play to stay. Much better than being crammed into a tiny hotel room. Our 3 kids enjoyed the game room and especially the pool. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping were all just down the road and easy to get to. There is also a miniature golf course near by. Walt Disney World was just minutes away and very easy to get back and forth to. The kitchen was furnished well and the only thing we had to buy was extra toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. This home is located in a really nice gated resort community. I would recommend it!

Great house for trip to Disney World
Had a great time at this house. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 8. While not super fancy, it was very nice and everything was in working order. Hot tub and pool were a huge win with our kids and everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location - Close to Disney
We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. Its close to Disney (15 mins), shops and restaurants which is just what you want after a long day in the parks, a quick trip back to the Villa then into the pool that the kids loved along with the pool table and air hockey which kept them entertained.
The property is large (we were 4 adults,2 Children) and has everything you need. The Emerald Island resort is a nice area to be in, feels safe and its our second time in this resort. Will come back again.
