Located in a very quiet neighborhood, this home is a large 4/5 bedroom home with oversize pool deck and covered lanai, which is not overlooked from the sides and conservation land to the side and rear of the property. There are 4 main bedrooms, with a fifth bedroom/office with pull down full size Murphy bed. Large driveway with parking for 3 vehicles.
The owners have just completely refurbished and decorated the entire home ( Nov 2023 ).

Ridgewood Lakes is split into two main subdivisions, firstly Ridgewood Pointe, where we have villas on Canary Island Circle, and secondly the larger subdivision called The Forest, where we have homes on Golf Course Parkway and Southern Pine Way. The community has tennis courts, a communal pool and a new added childs play area for use of guests. Ridgewood Lakes is set more than 2 miles off the main road making it a really quiet and relaxing place to stay and most homes are on larger plots so they are not overlooked unlike alot of other rental communities.

Wonderful
We needed a safe place to stay to escape the hurricane and this house did not disappoint. We felt safe, comfortable and had plenty of space for a group of five with pets. The pool and the hot tub was a special touch. We could not even hear the wind from the hurricane in this house. We will look to this house again in the future. Steve and Dee were quick to respond and accommodating. We had a microwave that didn’t work so they delivered us a brand new one. Highly recommend

Beautiful Spectacular Wow Factor
It was an amazing experience lots of rooms all the amenities you need we loved the pool & jacuzzi the game room was great close to all the amusement parks I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home ??

Wonderful vacation villa
My family and I have just had the pleasure of staying in this amazing villa for our 2 week holiday, we have been visiting Florida for the past 16 years and this villa was amazing it suited our family with ample space to unwind after a busy day at the parks. The out side space was spacious and totally private and the afternoon sun was great to relax in the hot tub. This eas truly a great home from home.
This home was well equipped unlike others we have stayed in. Steve and Dee where fantastic and quick to respond in helping with any queries. Ridgewood lakes is a great location and secure.

Everything You Need
Gated community. Quiet. Great location. Small drive to Orlando. More room than we needed but we did not want to stay in a hotel. Kitchen was properly stocked. Clear instructions are provided for the property. Loved that you could play music through a sound system through the entire home including pool area. Lots of areas to unwind. There is a car parked in the garage which was odd but was not in the way at all. Neighborhood is friendly and waves. One very big thing as a takeaway from this experience was how very nice Dee was when I reached out to her regarding questions. Super responsive time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great Family Home, Perfectly Private
We stayed with the family for an extended weekend and had a great time! We appreciated the oversized back patio with 100% privacy which is rare in most of Orlando communities.

Amazing Spacious Home !!
Our family of 5 plus our fur baby LOVED the space! We couldn't have asked for better. The kids spent hours in the pool while mom and dad ACTUALLY got to relax. Communication with host was fantastic and prompt. Cant wait to visit again!

Great place for our group of 8 from our bike club. Nice location, good fishing in lake in back (catch and release) Nice pool area.
