Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

All rates include Florida Taxes of 12%. Pool and spa heating is an additional £20 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.
Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based on season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.

An Amazing Stay
My family of 10 were very comfortable here with plenty of space for everyone plus 2 dogs. There was plenty things to do to keep from being board. The pool was amazing, the little ones learned to swim while we were there. We did have an uh-oh while there but the owners were amazing with handling the situation. I highly recommend vacationing here.

As a family of 3 generations, we had a wonderful holiday at this villa. The villa was exactly what we needed, there was room for all the family. We couldn't keep the kids - and the adults - out of the pool. The rooms were excellent. Everything you need to enjoy a holiday - and more - was available. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Dee and Steve were a delight to deal with. 5 STARS.

Awesome !!!
Our family got away from a foot of snow to this property in Florida where we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the sunshine! We found everything we needed from comfortable beds to everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. When we found the pool heater stopped working, it was fixed after one phone call the same day. It was one of the best vacations taken by our family!

Every Amenity and More !!
It is exactly as advertised! The hot tub is what everyone needs in their home!! There was an abundance of kitchen supplies to work with. We had an issue with one of the toilets on the first morning, but Steve came over right away and fixed it. I also asked if we could check out late because my boss called a virtual meeting on our last day and they were so accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely Perfect - a true home away from home !!
Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and I could go on for days explaining how this house checks every box for every member of the family. And the Owner, Dee, is just an added bonus. I am sure we will be back, next time even longer!

Owners So Flexible !!
With all this COVID going on, it was such a treat they went the extra mile on cleanliness of the beautiful home! The home even has a UV-C sanitizing system installed in the central HVAC ! Great Family Holiday
Our family really enjoyed our stay here; if we had a problem or something that didn’t work it was fixed the next day. The manager was very accommodating by letting us in a few hours early since the house wasn’t rented that day as well as we were allowed to stay later the last day since our flights didn’t leave until 11:00 pm. These little gestures were so helpful since we had 5 kids we had to entertain for the day. With this house being close to Disney as well as a few other towns, we could go either direction to tour and visit. The game room was the kids favourite as well as the pool and hot tub they were happy just staying home. We will definitely return here for our next visit to Florida and I highly recommend this home.

Amazing Getaway
My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The owners were very forthcoming with information about booking and all associated cost up front. The communications were timely. The house/guest book was clear and addressed most questions. They met us upon arrival to make sure everything was according to our and their liking. They made sure the home, pool/hot tub were cleaned. The house was very spacious and conveniently located to grocery stores and shopping. Due to weather during our stay we didn't much outside but the kids enjoyed the theater, game room and pool. All of the beds slept comfortably. The master bedroom is to die for. While there we celebrated Christmas, my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and my mom's 70th Birthday so your beautiful home allowed us to create many lasting memories that we'll forever cherish. We stayed at 158 Ballyhoo and it lived up to its billing. Clean, up to date, clean pool, no time for hot tub but it was ready for use. Theatre was awesome watching NCAA basketball. Only complaint was dining room table was clear glass with mirrors underneath and we were playing cards each night. Hard to win when all 7 of us were cheating. Great floor plan and overall accommodations. Would recommend completely. Brian

One of the best parts of our trip!
We loved this house but my 11, 9 & 5 yr old loved it more than Disney World! They couldn’t wait to take a day away from the parks to enjoy the large pool and hot tub. Both were a perfect temperature & well-maintained. Dee & Steve keep this house spotless. We felt like we were in a palace. The beds were super comfortable & the towels were great.

Everything about this house is 5 Star !!!
Recently returned from a 2 week holiday staying in this home as a family of 11 and we can not fault a thing. The house is perfectly located on the lovely gated community of Hampton Lakes which has a nice mixture of holiday and residential properties. It is situated approximately a half hour easy drive from most of the main Orlando parks and attractions and has conveniences such as a large Walmart, Publix supermarkets and restaurants within a 5 -10 minute drive. The house itself has 6 large bedrooms which includes 2 beautiful master suites with 4 poster beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as 2 further bathrooms and absolutely gorgeous, large, open plan communal spaces. The home is furnished and decorated to an unusually exceptionally high standard and is equipped with everything you will need for a perfect family holiday in Florida. The photographs of the property really do not do it justice. The pool area, hot tub and cinema/games room as wonderful extras which will keep your family entertained for hours after a long day in the parks. The owners of the property made the booking process easy, were great at communicating and answering any questions or query we had in advance and were on call to deal with any issues which arose during our stay. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning one Sunday evening and they responded immediately and had the problem fixed without delay causing minimal inconvenience. We honestly can not recommend this property enough and would have certainly stay there again without hesitation if we were ever to return to the area. This really is a large, stunning home which is beautifully maintained and cared for in every aspect.

Totally Awesome !!!
We loved this home. There were 14 of us total and had plenty of room. The home decor was great. It took me a little while to figure out all of the "technology" such as what remote did to what and how to turn on the pool lights but I am sure it was all the operator;) We had no issues and no concerns. It was easy to find and navigate around the area. We of course visited the parks and had no issues navigating from the home and the distance was nothing to be concerned about. The furthest we went was Universal and it was 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. The only thing I would mention would be a bigger rug or runner on the floor coming inside from the pool as the kids would get out of the pool and drip water on the floor making it slippery but we just used the towels as a runner and thankfully the washer and dryer was sized enough to keep up with our laundry. All in all this was a fantastic vacation and no doubt this great home added to our amazing time. Thank you so much for offering this home especially for us larger families. It was AWESOME!

I loved it! This is a gorgeous house !
The kids didn't know whether to enjoy the pool or to go to the playroom and watch movies or play pool. While the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and a beautiful kitchen to cook in. This by far is the best house I have ever stayed in, in Orlando. The owner Dee was very nice and extremely helpful. This home is five stars all the way!

BEAUTIFUL! All Amenities you could think of!!
My family had such a wonderful time staying at the Hampton. We called this Home base for a week, and there wasn't one thing we missed from home comforts. The home is large, and wonderfully set up. There were 9 of us, all of the adults had their own room, the 2 oldest teens had their room, and the other children were perfectly set up in the Disney room. The game room was a BIG hit with the kids, and we hardly saw them while we were at the house. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation after a day at the parks. This house is no more than 30 minutes from Magic Kingdom (which is the farthest) Animal Kingdom is about 10 minutes away, and is so well appointed, there are grocery stores close by and restaurants, pharmacys... everything is close by! The home is decorated beautifully, comfy and luxurious all at the same time! The neighborhood is beautiful, and the residents are friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and would HIGHLY recommend this house! During our stay there was an air conditioning problem, that can happen to houses, we contacted Dee & Steve to make them aware, and they were there within 10 minutes to check out and remedy the situation. Steve did his magic, and all was fixed. Very nice Owners!!! Thank you Steve & Dee! Hope to see you again!

Amazing House !
This house was amazing!! Everything was as described and the pictures didn't actually do it justice, it was more beautiful in person! We would stay here again if we need a place to stay. Owner/ manager Dee was so very nice and made us feel welcome and told us if we needed anything to just call. we had 8 adults total and we had more than enough space!!!

Nice House
We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious and well-equipped. The garage media-room conversion is awesome and a lot of fun for the kiddos! Dee and Steve were very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to Publix, Disney and downtown.

Fantastic Home!
My family and I had a great time staying in this beautiful home. We were overcome with joy at how beautiful the house was...it was everything and more than what was shown in the pictures. We appreciated that it was well maintained and very clean. The location of the house is perfect for the trips to the theme parks and shopping. And there are many restaurants around as well. We had a great vacation and the Hamptons home definitely made it even more memorable! We would definitely stay there again!
