House was in excellent condition, and in a great neighborhood/area. Convenient to Orlando area parks. Traffic noise at night, but with the location, this was to be expected. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious master bathroom. There is a little road noise when out at the pool, but this wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Property was very clean and spacious. Everything on the listing was accurate. Well stocked kitchen with dishes silverware and appliances. Adrian promptly answered our questions and was very helpful. Gave us updates on the weather, pool and grill day before we arrived. Couldn’t have been more happy with the home. Easy access and plenty of restaurants and stores near by. I will definitely stay again if in Orlando.

Large open spaces, screened pool and football table was added enjoyment. Road noise was a bit louder than expected, but was noted in the posting…so, not a flaw. City should place sound abatement walls up like the other communities around this one.

An excellent villa furnished to a really high standard and in a great location. Ideally placed for Central Florida and the parks. The road can be a tad loud at times but this is a super villa. The pool is fantastic and larger than many I would recommend

A 5 star review does not do this outstanding property justice, we absolutely LOVED this villa. It was clean, spacious with outstanding amenities (smart TVs in every room, easy to use kitchen and laundry appliances, an air fryer!) The pool was great and our kids were annoyed that we spent too much time in the parks and not enough time in the pool! Communication with the property manager Adrian was outstanding (we had another villa booked which we cancelled due to no communication from the host) who was more than happy to accommodate us checking in early and checking out late due to flight times. Location was great, a very easy 20 min drive to the Disney Parks and a little longer to the Universal. We absolutely loved our stay here and will absolutely be booking this property again when we return in a few years.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. House was fantastic. Great place for a family. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and had everything we needed. Property managers were excellent. Had one small problem and they took care of it immediately. Only issue we had was the noise from the road behind the yard. Main road and very loud. Pool was great even though it was noisy.

Very nice house lots of space! Wish pool area got more sun. But my grandson loved the pool. Road behind was noisy but we already knew that when we rented the house. We were there for Disney World so it was great. Nice clean neighborhood. Kitchen had everything you would need plus some. TVs in every room. Thank you

This was a nicely decorated, spacious house we booked for a trip to Disney parks and to hang out/visit with family. Good proximity to theme parks. Overall I would rate at 4.5 and feel comfortable recommending it. Some of my likes and dislikes below. Things I liked: the decor, the comfy couches esp. in the main living room, the comfortable bed in the master bedroom, the second living room with it's own TV, the newer appliances in the kitchen, the overall look/condition of the home, the very responsive owner. Things I disliked: hot water ran out trying to fill the soaking tub - couldn't use it; "starter" roll of paper towels that was nearly empty; thin sandpaper-like starter rolls of toilet paper; a pizza baking pan but no pizza cutter; lack of steak knives; conflicting instructions on what to do with linens - emailed instructions say place in washing machine and start it (no laundry soap provided) but instructions on the door say remove linens and place in machine; the road noise was louder than expected. (If you sleep light, consider bringing a white noise machine and ask for fans - that worked fine for us.) Things I think the property owner should reconsider: $30/day to use the gas grill plus requiring guests to refill the propane. That's excessive, so we didn't use it. Overall a quality property with minor issues that are easily corrected. Road noise might be difficult for some.

Hi. Thanks for your review, we welcome your feedback. If you had have let us know that you had these issues during your stay, we would have sent someone to look at them straight away. So please let us know next time. At the moment, our homes are all advertised as self service, but every trash can has a liner, every bathroom soaps, toilet rolls etc, also 1 dishwasher and 1 laundry tablet so you have the basics when you get here. Finally, the grill is $10 per day to hire, I'm genuinely not sure where the $30 per day price is generated from but I have checked the advert and it is correct. We are glad you had a great stay here with us and would love to welcome you back in the future.

Very quick to respond with any issues, had some difficulty with the kitchen sink and toilet but someone was sent to fix quickly!

We loved our stay! The house was amazing and super clean! We had one hiccup with the pool heat, but Adrian was very quick to resolve the issue! Easy and quick communication. I can not express just how wonderful our stay was. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very clean. The master king bed was comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much, but you can tell it was renovated. There were two separate living areas so that was nice if you wanted to watch different tv shows. The owner responded very quickly to any questions I had about the home. We went to Halloween Horror Nights and all the Disney parks and on average it was a 30 - 40-minute drive to each location, which I think is about average for this area. The traffic noise can get loud. We had a small fan that we kept in the room and that helped a lot at night.

During my children’s fall break my family and I went on a family Disney Trip. We decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. They seem to better suit us. I was so happy with the property we chose. It was very roomy and cozy for me and my bunch. The house was immaculate and just as it was in the pictures. 4 decent sized bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and was more than comfortable. 2 living rooms just in case adults and kids can’t agree on what we’re watching. Not to mention a tv was also available in every room. We were able to bring along our fur baby. ( A 7 lb toy poodle) And that’s a must bc he is apart of our family. The pool was a nice added commodity. They had pool towels available on standby. The washer and dryer in the garage came in handy after we extended our stay for a day. We were made to feel as if we didn’t leave the comfort of our home. My kids really enjoyed the foosball table. Even my husband and I enjoyed a game or two. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our time there. When we arrived, it was pretty warm inside. We noticed that the smart thermostat for the air conditioner wasn’t on. After we realized we couldn’t get it to do anything I sent a message to Adrian our host telling him our trouble. He immediately responded and had the property managers there in a matter of minutes to fix the problem. Adrian was a great host! He was very attentive and responded very promptly. We had a lovely time at Hollybrook court. Our three children (13, 6 and 1) all had their own space and enjoyed the pool area. The villa is modern, clean and homely with everything you need for your stay. The villa is close to highway 27 so you can hear the road traffic however we would put music on in the pool area. We stayed for 3 weeks and It was very easy to contact Adrian and he would quickly help us with everything we needed.

Was a great home very roomy our kids had their own space and so did we. The pool was a nice addition nearby stores made it very convenient.

We had a great stay in this home. Our two children (7 and 9 YO) loved the pool. The furnishings throughout the home was simple and fresh. The home was cleaned which was great for my OCD. I thought the home was really warm and inviting and I felt “at home” in the week we were here. The home is located in a nice neighbor and is back up to a very busy street (this did not bother us) but may be an issue for some folks. Our host Adrian was very prompt and can be easily reachable during our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again next summer.

We originally booked to stay for 7 weeks and extended our stay another 4 weeks. The home is nicely renovated, including the kitchen with newer appliances. Everything is as described when booking. We prepared dinners in-house for the majority of our extended stay and had no issues doing so. The pool area is quite spacious and well laid out. There are times when the traffic can be heard (as stated in the description) but we have a blue-tooth speaker and listened to music, which helped with the noise. Pool and grounds are serviced weekly. The villa is located in a nice neighborhood which is nice for walking our small dog. Location is also convenient to parks and other area attractions. We have had no real issues during our stay, but when we have had a need to contact the management company, Adrian has been very responsive and has dealt with any issues quickly.
