Enjoy the outdoors year round in the screen enclosed patio with an inviting pool, surrounded by hedges for extra privacy.
The bedrooms are on a split floor plan with the master located adjacent to the dining room. All rooms are generous sized with the bathrooms showcasing granite counter tops.

Facilities
This property is self-service—meaning except for your initial supplies, the guest will need to provide their own additional toiletries as needed, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, this property will have the advertised supply of Toilet paper, trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. We will leave some additional items in the home for you to use.
Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Living
Our inspiring Mediterranean Themed Living Room is the centerpiece of the home! It features stunning paintwork, tasteful furnishings and Italian Inspired Floor Tiles that run throughout the property!
We boast a large streaming TV for you to watch all of your favourite shows and a music system so you can listen to your favourite tunes!
Kitchen
The Beautiful Tile theme runs throughout the kitchen and after renovation this year, we are proud to boast brand new stainless appliances, air fryer, kitchen equipment, absolutely everything that you need for your stay!
This is a beautiful kitchen where you will be able to create all your favourite dishes.
We provide all the iron and silverware, you will need for nothing!
Our welcome pack features enough essentials to get you started at our home, there will be 4 detergent pods, 4 dishwasher pods and 4 large trash bags to set you up!
Dining
Our stunning Open Plan area features a spacious dining area with views over the pool!
We have space and chairs for six people in comfort around our oversized table.
Again we provide everything you are going to need except the food itself!
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom is a huge private suite, featuring a king bed, walk in closet and plenty of drawer space.
A wall hung TV will give you access to all of your favourite streaming services, the room also features a cooling ceiling fan so you can catch the breeze!
The Master also features an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and WC,
The Second Bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage space through a large closet and and drawer space. A Wall Hung TV is provided for you to stream your favourite shows.
Bedroom Three can sleep up to five people on our fantastic triple bunk.
The bunk features two full beds (top and bottom) with a twin in the middle space, your kids are going to love this fantastic space!
The room also features a play area with mats and a streaming tv with an additional DVD player and Kids Films!
All our bedrooms have tiled floors and multiple outlets so you can charge your phones and toys.
Bathrooms
Our Master Ensuite features beautiful granite counters and lovely vanities, we boast an enclosed shower and toilet.
There are plenty of towels and linens! We also provide soaps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, one less thing to worry about!
The Bathroom that serves the second bathroom features a toilet and shower, granite countertops and all soaps, shower gels, conditioner and shampoos.
We provide you with all face cloths and towels across each bathroom.
Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
Games Room
A selection of board games are available throughout the home
Pool
Our West Facing Pool is a sun lover's delight. The pool is surrounded by a mature hedge for privacy.
All Pool towels are provided and we have brand new furniture on the deck for you to enjoy along with a large outdoor table and chairs.
The pool is protected by safety alarms which are situated in the home, although if you want the additional safety fences to be erected, we can do this too!
Pool Heating is recommended November - April, Heat is provided through a gas heater and costs $35 per night inclusive of tax.
The pool pump is scheduled to operate for 12 hrs during your summer stay and reduces to 8 hours over the winter months. If you have paid for pool heat, the pool pump will run for 12 hours to provide heat.
Outside
Our home is situated on a corner plot in the very heart of the Tuscan Hills Community.
Large mature hedges surround our pool deck on two sides, with a wall on the third side, this gives the area a very private feel.
The home is situated close to the community clubhouse which features a tennis court, volleyball court along with a Fitness Room.
Tuscan Hills is a gated community and you will be issued personalised codes for both the community gate and home that are unique to your stay,
Garage
We don't offer access to our garage but you have parking here for two vehicles on the driveways to the front and side of our home.
Standard Cars / SUVs can be accomodated, no large trucks, Rvs or commercial vehicles are allowed to park overnight within the community.
Internet
Free high speed wifi is available throughout our property!
The Sign In details will be given with your welcome pack.
Baby Equipment
High Chair and Pack and Play cots can be hired from us on request and subject to availibility.
Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information
Come celebrate our opening offer! This fixed price is available for all available dates for the rest of 2024 based on a 6 night minimum stay.
The price includes taxes, fees and a departure clean.
Our rate covers all taxes, fees and departure cleaning, also covering the exclusive use of all of our facilities and equipment.
To secure your booking, an initial deposit of $250 is taken at the time of booking along with a $500 damage deposit.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, the damage deposit would be returned within 10 days of your departure.
Payment is preferred via Bank transfer though we can arrange credit card payments with a 5% surcharge.
All taxes and cleaning is included as part of our rates.
Pool Heating is $35 per night
BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 per stay or $20 per night for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights) which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.
All taxes and departure cleaning are included as part of your quote.

Outstanding Villa
What a place, really has the wow factor. Has a real Mediterranean feel to it. We absolutely loved our stay here. Well equipped and absolutely immaculate. It had everything and more that we needed for our family. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Great location close to parks, shops etc. we loved our stay here and we 100% will be coming back again.

This house was spectacular! It is a very complete house that had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. I loved it very much and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.
