The New Woodlands Villa | 4 Bed 3 Bath Villa on Watersong Resort

We fell very comfortable. The whole house was clean and had everything we needed. There was extra safety because the whole complex had a 24/7 security guard. It was a lot of peace and quiet as well.

Adrian is the perfect host. Answers any questions you have (and very quickly too) and he went over and above to ensure we felt looked after during hurricane Milton. We genuinely cannot fault the service we received at all. Adrian sent us all the information we needed before we arrived too so there were no issues in finding the villa or getting in. The villa is beautiful. It was clearly recently painted, had a clean pool area and everything inside the home was clean and minimalistic (which is what we like). The 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms were more than ideal for us this stay as there were only three of us. Adrian had left a small welcome pack (a few bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, soap etc) which we found very useful / a nice touch to have before we could get to a shop. We had never stayed at Watersong before but it was a beautiful area and we felt safe with the manned security at the front, who were all lovely people. We knew when we booked that Watersong was a conservation area and that would therefore bring more wildlife, which was lovely. We saw plenty of birds, squirrels, heard a very noisy raccoon one evening and don’t be surprised when you have to scoop frogs and spiders out the pool regularly either. We would 100% book this villa again / with Adrian and Caroline again. It was a very positive experience. We are already considering one of the bigger villas for 2026 when we may bring more family with us. Regardless what villa we book, I have no doubt Adrian (and Caroline) would look after us if we booked through them again. I would 100% recommend them / their villas. (If I had to be really picky and give recommendations for what I think would help improve this villa it would be to put a good fan into the garage as it was unfortunately too hot in there and maybe add some more things to do. There was a sign on the wall saying there was a Nintendo Switch and a dartboard, but we couldn’t see either anywhere, so we just assumed these had since been removed. It would also be handy to have a cordless hoover as the hoover there was very heavy / difficult to use.)

Adrian & Caroline are amazing hosts/ managers. They manage several properties in the Orlando area (Dreams United) and have the expertise and professionalism to make your stay amazing. Excellent communication and very helpful when needed. They are both committed to ensuring you have a great time. This home was being remodelled and had a brand new resurfaced pool and painted deck. Water was crystal clear. South facing deck has sun all day. Quiet neighbourhood with tight security 24/7. You don’t even have to take your trash out to the curb. Close to all amenities by car. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

I really appreciate you and your team allowing me my husband mom and kids to vacation in your home . Plenty of space privacy bedding towels dishes . With all do respect the master bed should be a little more higher too low especially for older people . But other than that I loved it . I really enjoyed the pool the deck the outside patio and shower the most .. I will be booking again . And again thank u my 4 year old said that was our Florida home . So I guess we have 2 homes in Georgia and Florida thank u .. enjoyed loved and will visit again .. SMALLWOOD FAMILY ??

We loved our stay at this villa. The host, Adrian, responded very quickly to any queries and was very friendly and helpful. The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived and was full of everything we could possibly need. There was ample room for 2 adults and three children including 2 teenagers. We all especially enjoyed the fabulous pool area. I can thoroughly recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

This home was a perfect stay for our family. The house was beautiful, nicely furnished, and super clean. My son *loved* the game room in the garage (though it’s a little warm in there)! We felt safe in the neighborhood and never had an issue or wait to get in the gate. The check out instructions are easy and quick to complete. Keep in mind this is in Florida so there are a few little critters on the property (frogs like the pool, and a very noisy raccoon was always there to greet us when we got back). We would absolutely book this home again, a perfect distance to the parks, beaches, and other fun things Florida has to offer.
