Welcome to our gorgeous 6 BR / 4.5 BA luxury villa! Purchased in 2019, this home was professionally designed and uses high quality mattresses, custom furniture, and latest decor. We own multiple neighboring homes just like this one, so we can accommodate large gatherings/reunions!

Facilities
Windsor at Westside is an upscale gated community that enjoys a prime location in the heart of the Orlando area's attractions. It is only 5 miles from Disney theme parks, 15 miles from Sea World, 20 miles from Universal Studios and 70 miles from Kennedy Space Center. The nearest golf course is Mystic Dunes - rated Orlando's # 2 golf course! The Reunion golf courses are also nearby. The closest beach is Cocoa beach, 80 miles away. The clubhouse in Windsor at Westside is the best in the Kissimmee area with a water park, lazy river, tiki bar and spa, and a sports/fitness center. We offer free access to the clubhouse for all of our guests.
Linens, bath, beach, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. Hair dryer is available in each bathroom.
Living
The downstairs gathering room contains a 65-inch 4k smart TV with cable and Netflix. The area is surrounded with two plush leather sofas.
Kitchen
A large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops provides a warm home away from home. With a large assortment of pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, dinnerware, drinkware, and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to feed a large group of guests. Both K-cup and drip coffee makers are provided.
Dining
The dining table has seating for 8 and the kitchen bar has seating for 4. High chairs may be added for a total capacity of 14 guests.
Bedrooms
This exceptional home has 2 master en-suites (each with a king bed), 2 king bedrooms that share a bathroom, a kids room with 2 full XL beds, and a Frozen-themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed and double XL bed. Every room features luxury mattresses and handpicked sheets/comforters. The rooms have been designed by a professional team and include custom-made furniture and decorations. Each bedroom contains a 32-inch HD TV with cable. The spacious upstairs loft includes a bar table with 4 bar chairs, a full-sized pool table, a 65-inch 4k smart TV, and an Xbox One X console with some games.

Pool
The relaxing pool area enjoys a quaint farmland view and plenty of space for any activity! We have a heated pool and spa with massaging bubble jets. The spacious pool deck has 4 chaise lounges, perfect for sunbathing. For those who wish to dine outside, there is also an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs.
Outside
A 3-burner propane barbeque grill is available for those who want to try out their favorite grilling recipes.

Excellent Home
Wonderful and as advertised vacation home and pool was perfect for our family of 12. Children were age 9, 7, and 3, with young adults and oldest 68. Pool was very safe with a secure safety gate and locking doors to the patio. With traffic, it did take as long as 45 minutes to get to Universal, and 25-30 minutes for the Disney parks, so factor that in when considering the plausibility of leaving the parks for a midday rest.

Lovely Vacation
Our extended family of 11 loved our time in this Florida home. A perfect reprieve from Canadian winter. Countless hours in our private pool. Fun times in the community splash park and lazy river. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner, Lina, has been wonderful to work with the entire time. Thank you!

Everything we wanted

Property as Described
Kathy’s home was warm and welcoming exactly as described in description. I came with a family of 9 and we fit very comfortably. Will definitely stay when coming back to Orlando. The only draw back was security rarely answered the phone to give access into community.

Amazing home
This house was great. Had everything we needed as far as towels, cooking utensils, dishes and pool toys. We picked the worst time of the year to come to Florida as far as weather. But our host suggested the pool heat and I'm so glad we did it. Some things have changed since the pictures were taken. But this was overall a great stay.

Very clean
Beautiful house, very well decorated and was well-stocked. Outdoor area was perfect, we loved having the pool and spa right out the back door. I have to mention the beds - our entire group agreed we slept better than we do at home. The mattresses and sheets were phenomenal! Lastly, for a weekly rental, it was VERY clean - probably the cleanest house I’ve ever rented.

Sunshine we don't have in the Midwest
We had a great time staying in the house with plenty of bathrooms, TV's and Bedrooms. We had 7 adults and 5 kids under the age 8. THe house never seemed crowded. The kids loved the pool. It is a gated community which made it feel very safe. Sometimes they gate operators were a little slow. No real place to play outside besides the pool. The kids enjoyed seeing the horses on the property behind the house. We grilled alot and enjoyed the use of it.

Beautify place in perfect location
My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this villa. The pictures don't do it justice. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the games in the garage, we all enjoyed dining in the backyard and the kids especially loved spending hours in the pool. All I have pros for this place. The villa was very clean and nice upon our arrival. Would return to this villa in a heartbeat!

Perfect Vacation
Everything was great for all 10 of us. The home was perfect for all of us and our ages ranged from 1 to 75. We really appreciated the attentiveness and care of Kathy the owner. She didn't just wait for us to contact her with a problem but checked in with us to make sure everything was going well (and it was). It is refreshing to deal with people who really care. The location is also great. Very close to Disney and Universal was only a few minutes farther, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Perfect family vacation!
