We needed to complete a very quick booking due to some unfortunate circumstances and Kathy was incredible! Helpful, quick, and professional. The house is well appointed and has room for everyone. Windsor Hills is a nice quiet gated neighborhood with a nice club house pool and water park. The house pool is awesome and we spent so much time there. A part needed to be replaced on the filter and the property management staff made it happen. Great communication! Close to Disney or anything else GI may need!

This was a comfortable place to escape during the virus scare. While nothing was open as we had planned, the home was great, the pool and sun took our minds off the rest of the world. We hope to come back when life returns to normal.

We have rented many houses over the past few years and this, by far, is the best one. The house was meticulously clean and well furnished and everything worked perfectly. We had one small request from the management company and called the night before Thanksgiving never thinking that we would hear from someone on the holiday but the maintenance staff showed up first thing Thanksgiving morning. The pool and hot tub were heated well which was great during the cool snap that we had in Orlando. The communications from the owners and from the management company were excellent and so we knew exactly what to expect. I would recommend this house to anyone for a great family vacation.

It was everything they said it would be. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat! Wonderful, there were 9 of us and we each had our own space. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The layout is nice and it gives everyone a little chance for privacy even with 11 people. My kids loved the playroom! The heated pool and jacuzzi really hit the spot after hours of Disney and Universal. The location is great , very close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this villa. We will come here again!

We stayed at this home for my granddaughters 5rd birthday Disney celebration. This home is absolutely gorgeous.... and quite honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. In person, we all agreed it looked even better than we were expecting. Everything they list about this property is 100% accurate and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. We couldn't have been any happier. We were very close to the Disney parks and shopping needs. There were 7 adults and 2 small children in our group and we never felt cramped - this home could easily accommodate a larger group. The home is well furnished and very spacious. The pool, spa and grill all worked perfectly. The home and grounds are well maintained and in a beautiful gated community. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the property! The home was comfortable and spacious. We felt right at home with all of the amenities it had to offer. Nicely decorated house with a great fully equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family. Our family also enjoyed having access to the resort pool and playground. We booked this property for our family trip to Disney World. The house was a very short commute to the parks. The interior was clean and comfortable. The beds were like heaven after a long day at the parks. We had everything we needed at the house, and were able to take care of most of our meals. Everyone was cheerful to see hot balloons in the morning and Disney fireworks in the night. Kathy was pleasant to work with and check-in/out were easy. A perfect family vacation for all of us!

We had a wonderful time in Orlando. We had visited Orlando several times but this property was by far the best. We visited 5 parks in the area and took advantage of the amenities of the property. The private pool and spa was a big plus for our family. We paid extra to have pool and spa heated. The only down side was the pool never got warm enough for us to swim, but if you turned spa on and let it run for an hour or so, the spa would be nice and warm for us to use on our January visit. Overall, we will definitely try to come back year after year!!

We enjoyed the home, game room and pool. Outside deck was great for breakfast and dinner gatherings both early and late. Gated community access was seamless and location provided reasonable drives to Universal and many area golf courses. Our party of 8 fit quite easily with plenty of space and bathrooms. Everything needed to insure a fun stay were included.

The Teascone Villa is approximately a 1 hour drive from Sanford Intl Airport. We were a party of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 children) the villa provided ample space for us all and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool was enjoyed by everyone especially after long days in the Disney Parks. The Villa is maintained to a high standard with the pool being cleaned on a weekly basis and household waste being collected daily. The Villa is on a gated community where you can only access with a bar coded entry/ exit permit. There is a clubhouse on site with a small bar/cafe/shop where you can buy basic things and a large free form pool. The Villa is located approximately 20 minutes from all of the main Disney Parks. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a base for your Florida holiday.

This was our first time renting a house in Orlando, we went to Disney hotels in our previous trips and let me tell you that we loved our stay in the house, went with another family with a total of 4 adults and 6 kids, teens, (ages 11-14) for a 9 nights stay. The house is beautiful with plenty of amenities. Very well furnished and there was plenty of space for all of us. The game room was great for the kids when returning from the parks at night, they really enjoyed the pool table and the arcade machine. The pool and patio area were also nice and very well kept . The location is great, extremely close to Disney parks. The area is secure via the 24 hour staffed gate. We would highly highly recommend it, and will rent it again if we can return to Orlando. We wish we had more time to enjoy the house. Kathy was great to work with and very patience with all the answer we had before arriving as we had no experience renting a house.

This home was very clean and spacious. It was conveniently located close to the Disney Parks. We had requested pool heating and the pool was warm upon arrival with a comfortable temperature. The community surrounding the home had many fun amenities. We would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

Went with another family with a total of 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 1-9). Absolutely wonderful place with plenty of amenities. Had all the baby gear our group needed. The rooms were well furnished (our older boys loved the Harry Potter room) and there was plenty of space. There were TVs in every room but we never used them. Only used the TV in family room and it was large smart TV with a nice picture; you can access Netflix, etc, if you have an account. The number of bathrooms made it very easy to get ready to go in morning and quick clean up when returning at night. Kitchen was well stocked (although cookie or pizza sheet would've made it better). Fridge was large. The dishes are very nice but since we have small children we brought our own paper plates and disposable cups. Washer and dryer worked well. The game room was a really great addition and gave the kids, and adults, extra space to play. The arcade machine was very fun and entertaining in the evenings. The pool and patio area were well kept and we were able to enjoy watching kids swim while we relaxed in the hot tub (it was warm enough a few afternoons). The entire property was clean and well maintained. The location is great; extremely close to Disney (although heavy traffic can cause delay) and easy 20-30 drive to Sea World and Universal parks, again depending on traffic. I would highly recommend if you are planning a large/extended/multiple family trip to Orlando.

Our family stayed here for a two week period. We really enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet and secure via the 24 hour staffed gate. Windsor Hills is very close to Walt Disney World and is an easy drive. The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, It has two living areas that were great for an extended family. The dining room table was large which was appreciated. There were various child toys and high chair for our use. The pool table got a lot of use from our group as well. The owners are great to work with and quick to get back to you with the answers to any questions you may have. The driveway easily fits a 15 passenger van ( for anyone with a larger vehicle to accommodate ). We would stay here again.

We booked this place for a family trip (14 of us). The house was literally perfect from the cute décor of the rooms; to the amount of space this place had, it definitely was a most enjoyable stay. Location was optimal for our plans while visiting, not to mention the short distance to everything else! Kathy was so great at responding back quickly and listed out easy directions of what to do in her home manual book! I would recommend this place to anyone with a decent sized group going to Kissimmee; along with any of her other properties as well! We also found that when going to the amusement parks it was much easier for us to do transportation services (Ali Dahlek was our driver), they picked us up at the house, came back when we said and was always right on time. The resort was great, everyone was very helpful; however with everything there is to do at the house (game room, pool, Netflix), we regrettably did not get to use any of the resort’s facilities (maybe next time). The home was located in the Windsor Hills development which is a gated community. The house was spectacular with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The location was excellent for dining and only 3 minutes to the magic kingdom. The pool in the back yard was very refreshing after a long morning in the parks. The house was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely rent the same home again.

This villa was perfect for our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children. The house was exactly as described and very clean! We had a wonderful 7 day stay with our main focus being Disney. It was an easy drive to the parks each day; under 10 min to AK, 10 to 15 min to HS and Epcot and about 20 min to MK. It is close enough to come home for a much needed mid day break. The children loved the pool and the game room! We didn't use any of the community facilities as we had everything we needed at the villa. We loved that the villa has 3 bedrooms each with king beds, perfect for our family. Lots of dining space for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jenny and Eve with Blue Sky Villas proved very helpful when one of our granddaughters realized that she had left her beloved pink blanket behind when heading home. We called the following day and they located the blanket and worked with us to get it shipped back...one very happy granddaughter!!! We made lots of wonderful memories with our children and grandchildren on this vacation. Kathy, the owner, was wonderful to work with through the entire process. She always responded very quickly and provided all the needed info for staying in the community and about the house in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Rented the villa for an entire week. Pictures of the property are EXACTLY how it looks but still doesn't do any justice of how beautiful this home is! About 12 of us stayed and not once did we feel overcrowded. Very convenient location to Disney, Orange County Arena, Sea world, restaurants, etc...The gated community is very safe, clean, and beautiful. Will definitely rent again; not to mention the owner Kathy is wonderful, polite, accommodating, and responds quick.

We were amazed when we arrived. VERY CLEAN!! --- This coming from three very picky adult women. Three children 3 yr, 7 and 13 instantly felt like home. 9 of us never got in each others' space. Pool was great...grandchildren loved it. Disney was an afternoon experience as they played in the pool most mornings. Hot tub was great also...adults loved it...temperature was nice and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Nice and secure. Never went in community pool as house pool was so nice. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It is in a perfect location close to all theme parks and other attractions. We felt very safe in the Windsor Hills gated community. The villa is very spacious and has everything a family could ask for. The children's rooms are fantastic and they absolutely loved the Harry Potter room and Princess room. The game room was equipped with various game gear. While the kids loved to play video games we parents loved to play Arcade games; it was Arcade Legends containing so many games. The standards are exceptionally high and we will definitely return. We will also be recommending the villa to all friends, family and colleagues.

The kids absolutely loved the game room which had a pool table, video console and Arcade machines! This house had everything we could ever ask for. It was well equipped for anyone of any age. My family and I have rented several places in Windsor Hills, but this is by far my favorite rental. The house is spacious, clean and well decorated. The pool and spa surpassed our expectations including comfortable lounge chairs, beach towels and pool floats for the kids. Kathy is one of the most accommodating homeowners I have dealt with making sure we had a grill as requested and promptly refunding our deposit. I would most definitely rent again from her at any of her properties.

The house really has it all, enough privacy for our 3 families (11 people in total) and yet displayed to enjoy fully a family vacation. The kitchen is totally equipped and much bigger than shown on the photos. The swimming pool is just right sized and a real playground for the kids. The garage has been turned into a play area and we often enjoyed the pool table during the evenings. Our 4 kids played with electronics the whole time during our stay at the house, between the pool and games room they were entertained! Its location is excellent, close to shopping and all attractions the area has to offer. You cannot find a better place to spend a family vacation in the Disney area. You can even get to park opening and come home mid day for a break; this house allows you to do that with great ease.
