The kids fell in love with the house immediately. The only issue I had was the grill was not working but I reached out to Kathy and she responded immediately. The maintenance guy came within 30 minutes. The kids loved the pool the most! I was happy that we had a washer/dryer available. I made sure we cleaned the house before leaving and washed all the towels. The house is in a gated community and it’s really nice. I would definitely book this house again. Oh and Lina reached out afterwards because we left something and gave the option to mail it to us. I really appreciate that!

This home was clean, and well furnished. The hot tub and pool were amazing (we were charged an extra fee for heat). Kathy was excellent to work with and is a great manager. This home could use new bedding, pillows, bath towels and pool towels. I took my own pillow, and I was so glad I did! The game room in the garage was awesome for the teenagers. I was so glad that there was a stroller available to use. That came in super handy at the Disney parks. Also, renters should know that the clubhouse is very far away. It was at least a 10 minute walk, which doesn’t work when hauling all sorts of towels and pool toys. There is a small play structure very close, so that helped a bit. The location is very close to the three parks that we went to, at most a 15 minute drive. I was so glad that there were good restaurants and a target & Walmart nearby. I would stay in this community again.

Nice place for a family vacation hub. We played relentlessly in the pool. The location has a baby bed and some baby/toddler amenities, but we didn't use them, as we have all adults. All of the tables are glass, so take that into consideration if you visit with children. Game room is ok, but is not the focal-point of the place. We would stay here again.

My husband and I gathered the family for our very first Disney World trip -- 12 of us in all, ages 7 to 70 (six kids, six adults). This rental was perfect! Convenient location. Plenty of room. Clean and nicely decorated. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens. All the "extra" recreational amenities, in-house and in-neighborhood. My only regret? With so much time spent at the parks, we didn't get to enjoy the house and community amenities much. :) Kathy was great, as was the property management company. When I inquired about the pool heater, I got a prompt email reply from Kathy and a follow-up visit by a technician to make sure everything was working as it should. It all checked out. We felt right at home and very well taken care of during the entire visit. We hope to return and spend more time at the house next time. Thanks for a fabulous trip and priceless memories!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home ?? Kathy was very friendly and responds quickly when contacted about anything. The home was very spacious, well decorated, and mostly clean. The shower heads need some attention, and the bed in the main master bedroom. There also is a slight unpleasant odor in the game room/garage. Other than that, we loved everything else the home had to offer. Nice, quiet, gated neighborhood community. The pool and hot tub were my family's favorite amenities. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and dining area. Very close to Disney, outlet mall, restaurants and other amusement parks. We would definitely stay at this home again. ??

Immaculate villa and the perfect location to the Disney parks. Owners are great to communicate with. The perfect stay for our family of 10 with loads of room. We enjoyed the home, game room and pool. Outside deck was great for breakfast and dinner gatherings both early and late with fabulous views!! Gated community access was seamless and location provided reasonable drives to Universal and many area golf courses. Our party of 8 fit quite easily with plenty of space and bathrooms. Everything needed to insure a fun stay were included. We appreciate all the help from Kathy and Andy.

Me and my wife surprised our entire family with a trip to Florida (we're from Rhode Island) and rented this beautiful home. It had more than enough room for our family of 10. The bedrooms were spacious and kids loved sharing a room with their cousins. The days were busy with Disney and other attractions, but as soon as they got back, it was in the pool and hot tub. At dusk we had the perfect view of the fireworks from Disney from the pool area. This home is also close to shopping and restaurants, great location for anyone wanting to visit Disney and/or Universal, Sea World and etc. The staff was quick to respond to a few small issues we had and we really appreciated it. We absolutely loved our vacation away from the cold and snow of Rhode Island. Great experience, wonderful vacation!

With so many rental properties in the Orlando area, it was difficult to find the perfect one. Though somehow, we managed to do just that. This property was beautiful, clean and comfortable for my family of 11. The kitchen was fully stocked, the washer and dryer were not wimpy, the game room and swimming pool were a big hit for the kids and the bathrooms and bedrooms were huge and accommodating. If I must add one suggestion it would be to bring your own washcloths - they are not provided by the owner. I thank Kathy for trusting us with her property for the time we were in Orlando. I would easily be a repeat customer if the opportunity came.

This home was beautifully decorated and clean. The home sets in a wonderful and quite neighborhood yet is it easily accessible to everything you could want to do. This home is equipped with everything you could want or need. It can also accommodate multiple families, 8-12 people. Kathy is amazing at communication with you. We stayed at this home for my granddaughters 3rd birthday Disney celebration. This home is absolutely gorgeous.... and quite honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. In person, we all agreed it looked even better than we were expecting. Everything they list about this property is 100% accurate and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. We couldn't have been any happier. We were very close to the Disney parks and shopping needs. There were 7 adults and 2 small children in our group and we never felt cramped - this home could easily accommodate a larger group. The home is well furnished and very spacious. The pool, spa and grill all worked perfectly. The home and grounds are well maintained and in a beautiful gated community. Would definitely stay here, again.

I'm always so nervous booking a place sight unseen, but I'm so glad we took the plunge with this home owned by Kathy and Peter. They were great to work with from the beginning to the end. The house was immaculately clean, and my family are neat freaks. The house had pots, pans, and even plastic dishes, strollers, high chairs and tons of towels for us to use. There was plenty of room for our 11 people including 4 adults 2 seniors and 5 kids ages 8, 4, 4, 2, and 1. They even had a crib there! The pool was heated and the perfect temperature for swimming after the long days at the parks. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but everything else in the house was extremely comfortable. The kids were obsessed with the game room that hosted a video game console, foos ball, air hockey, pool and toddler kids kitchen. We will be back to rent from them again and recommend it to our friends. It was close to the Disney parks and SO nice to just pull up in front of the house and unload our exhausted crew. Windsor Hills is nice and we'd stayed at other homes but this one has been the best so far! Thank you Kathy and Peter!

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this villa. The photos don't do it justice. The kids loved the games room. We all enjoyed the pool and SPA. When renting a house in Florida I look for certain things. Location, space for all of us to spread out, a great pool area, and an owner that is responsive when I'm chatting back and forth before I book. This home delivered. My sister and I rented this house together making us a party of 6. Two adults, 2 teens, a 5-year-old and a Toddler. What we loved: *The home, was in a quiet location, laid out as depicted and offered lots of space for all of us to spread out. *Two master suites. *All the baby stuff: There was a crib for the baby, a safety gate and 2 high chairs. (there were also strollers that we did not use.) *A very clean and well-kept pool area with lots of sun. *Fast and reliable internet. *The community pool and parks can't be beat. *Fabulous customer service - Kathy is a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. The beds in the master were a tad squeaky/hard but the bedrooms were clean. The cleaners could spend a little more time on the floors. Overall a great family vacation and a wonderful stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends and I hope to go back myself one day.

My family and I (5 adults) had an absolutely amazing 2 weeks staying in this villa. It is beautiful and clean, and it was so lovely to feel like we were really coming home at the end of each day at the parks, and having the space and amenities to relax in the evenings. We have some great memories of fun pool tournaments in the games room, and evenings relaxing in the pool & spa tub. We really didn't want to leave when it came to our check out date! The villa is in a perfect location for Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld - especially if you plan to pop back in the afternoons for naps/pool time. Great location for catching the odd Disney fireworks show out of the upstairs main bedroom window too! Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants 5-10 minutes drive away. I'm so glad we chose this villa for our trip, and Kathy was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole booking procedure. Would 100% recommend.

House is wonderful , very spacious with everything a large family needs for a great stay. We where a family of 10 adults and 3 infants and certainly had plenty of space. House is beautifully decorated,furnished and equipped . Pool area is a great place to relax after a hard day of golf or a visit to the parks. This was our 4th stay in the area and this property was by far the best. The community is very secure and safe and the communal areas are an added bonus (pass was free not even a deposit). Location of Windsor Hills is excellent being only a couple of miles from the Disney junction off 192 and the I4 which takes you near most attractions. Worth noting the owner Kathy kept in contact via email throughout the booking process and our stay and the management company dealt with a couple of minor issues immediately . I would be more than happy to recommend this home to potential renters. Thanks Kathy for letting us rent your beautiful home.

This place was perfect in everyway. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need away from home. Tons of towels, sheets, pots and pans, silverware, everything. It was huge and had room for our two families from Maine and New York. The pool and hot tub were terrific. Perfect for after the day at the park. It is close to Disney, a ten minute drive to the park. All four parks are less than 7 miles.Plenty of shopping and restraints within a five minute drive. I highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed with it. Also dealing with the owner was nothing but pleasant. You won't be sorry.

This house is like home away from home. Its location was great, near everything such as Disney and all the other parks. This gated community is unique, beautiful and secure. The house was big with high quality furniture! It was very clean and comfortable. The game room with pool table, video game consoles, Arcade, air-hockey and etc. was really awesome. We used the pool and SPA a lot every day after a long day in the park. The owners and property manager were very friendly and accommodating. Many stores including Target, grocery stores, souvenir shops and restaurants are within short distances from the villa. Will definitely rebook the house for next season.

We had the best trip ever staying at this house. It's close to Disney and central to many attractions in Orlando. The house was gorgeous, very clean, the decorations and furnishings were top notch and had every convenience we'd need for our family of 8. The house is truly a home away from home. We loved coming home from a long day at the park to relax at the house and enjoy the pool. The clubhouse is also very nice, the kids loved swimming there and the water slide. I would definitely recommend staying here again and look forward to returning. We are a family that do lots of traveling and have done Disney both on and off properties. My family and my sister’s family of total 8 people stayed in this gorgeous house. We really had a great time in the theme parks and at this house – our home from home. It is set in a great location just 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom and with short distance from other theme parks as well. Windsor Hills is a secure gated estate with 24/7 security guards. There is a club house & large pool with slide at the entrance to the estate & we found the staff there very helpful & friendly. The home was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. There was more than enough space for the 8 of us to relax on an evening after a day in the parks. I especially loved sitting on the lanai every morning to drink my coffee. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Everything was exactly as described. Kathy was so helpful answering all of my questions before we went.

Choosing a house to rent for your Disney vacation is not easy...there are so many options it can be mind boggling! Well we are happy to report that we just returned from a 9-night stay here and we were very satisfied with the choice we made. It is a beautiful, large, clean, and comfortable home. It was our first time in Windsor Hills and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and security of the community, and the close proximity to the Disney parks. We loved the pool and hot tub, and it was nice having TVs in all the bedrooms...great for the much needed 'downtime'. We also enjoyed the community pool and waterslide, and the kids went to the park a few times. We have no complaints - the owners were very easy to deal with and trustworthy. My kids enjoyed trying out the nearby Ponderosa and IHOP (actually both very clean and good value) and the pizza at Flippers (near Target) was delicious. Thanks Kathy & Peter...we needed that!
