Overview

This home, is located in the tranquil surroundings of the Aviana Resort which is an gated community and private resort.  This villa offers approximately 1600 square feet of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 twin rooms, each room has a 19 inch flat screen television. There are 2 dining areas, comfortable sofas in the family room, one of which is also a sofa bed that will sleep another 2 guests.

  • 47inch Main Television in family room (just upgraded so web site pictures do not show this yet).

  • 19 inch flat televisions in each bedroom.

  • Hi Speed Internet Connection (Wi-Fi, must supply own mobile device)

  • 2 hand held hair dryers (one in each en-suite)
  • Pool door alarms for safety.
  • Optional Welcome Pack - The Villa is deemed to be self catering however, should you be arriving late and do not want to go out to the Super Market we can offer you a welcome pack which our management company would put in the villa for your arrival. Once you have confirmed your booking you can contact the Management Company direct to arrange what you want up to $30. The nearest super market (Publix) is situated at only 5 minutes drive away.
Living

In the lounge a 47 inch television has been installed. This gives you access to over 90 cable channels, a DVD player and the Wii Games Console (supplied with Wii Sports and Wii Games). You can also plug in your laptop or camcorder if required - cables supplied. Fast secure wireless internet access is also provided.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

Comprising of 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites and 2 twin rooms, each room has a 19 inch flat screen television.  There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that can be pulled out to sleep a further two guests.

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
Games Room

The garage has been converted into a games room for everyone's pleasure. We have installed both an 8 foot slate pool table and a 6 foot Air Hockey table. A bar height table and chairs are supplied for your comfort along with additional fans to keep you cool under the pressure of play.

Pool

The poolside has been extended for extra space around the warm private pool. The luxury patio furniture is ideal for those summer evenings or just relaxing during the day.  The luxurious pool measures 24' x 12' and is fully screened. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost per week (recommended between October and May). The gas pool and spa heating is $200 per week.

Outside

 A gas grill rental is available for $55 per week. This way you get a clean grill with full tank of propane and you don't have to clean it at the end of your stay !!!

Internet

 High-speed WiFi internet is provided free of charge. There are also free calls to over 60 countries (not UK mobiles). The home has a UK number installed.

Aviana Resort villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located on HWY US17-92, approx 6 miles south of the Champions Gate I-4 exit (58), just 20 minutes from Disney World in Florida.

Aviana Resort has a 6,500 square foot clubhouse which include a cyber café, large pool area, gathering room and reception area. Rates

Rental rates quoted in (approx)

£950 - £1500 / week

Rental rates additional information

All rates include Florida Taxes of 12%. Gas pool and spa heating is an additional £22 per night inc tax. We require a 20% deposit to secure any reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept direct BACS credit for no fee. We also accept all credit cards or PayPal. Note a 3% convenience fee will be added to PayPal or credit card payments.

Please note discounts and offers are available for last minute bookings and extended stays ( 2 weeks or more ). Rates are based upon season. Please enquire for an accurate quote.

Stays of 6 nights or less subject to a clean fee of £75
