As soon as you walk through the door, it is clear you made a great choice! The stunning open concept of the main floor layout offers plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry, allowing the chef of the family to prepare delicious food to enjoy while you sit at the breakfast bar or kitchen table. Sit back, relax and watch a movie or the Big Game in the separate den that provides you with a 58-inch TV with surround sound, a comfortable couch, loveseat and a PlayStation 5 with a variety of games. The separate utility room includes high efficiency front loading washer and dryer.

You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. These well designed vacation rental villas range from 3 to 5 bedroom, and offer an excellent bedroom to bathroom ratio. Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc at Tower Lake please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc is located close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve where as Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is 10 miles further South on HWY27 and is close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £160 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week for both.

Wonderful Calabay Parc stay
We stayed in this property for 17 nights in October 2024. We had stayed in this development previously, loved the area, and wanted to try a new villa. We booked this beautiful property through Sungrove Villas. The communication before, during and after our stay was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and every email was replied to very quickly and positively. We were here during Hurricane Milton and got good advice and reassurance during this stressful time. Thankfully the hurricane had little real impact on our area.
The villa itself is lovely, with plenty of supplies for a large family.
We loved it here. Pool is cleaned weekly, neighbours very nice and location excellent.
We have holidayed in Orlando 13 times in total and this was the nicest villa and booking experience so far. Many thanks to Nick and his team at Sungrove for their support and professionalism.

Don't book anywhere else!
Sungrove Villas - bottom line don’t go anywhere else.
I have tried Virgin and others, flights are as expected, villas are generally poor quality, same furniture it originally came with and in need of serious TLC.
Owners of good villa’s which have been looked after, upgraded and which you actually want to stay in mostly don’t supply to the big airlines direct.
Make your next holiday how it should be, book a fly drive or flight then email Nick at Sungrove and you are sorted.
It’s not much more expensive if at all and the villa you see is the one you will be staying in - not the usual lottery.

Perfect house with great location!
This house was in great shape with plenty of room. 5 bedrooms so people can spread out with plenty of bathrooms. Very easy to communicate with Nick but didn’t need to reach out at all. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
