This 4 bedroom villa is perfect for your family holiday to Orlando. Features include a games room to help keep the kids entertained and a private pool with spa. The resort facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Mickey Mouse and friends can be found at Disney World, just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting to walk down Diagon Alley or experience a journey on Hogwarts Express can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.

Living
The villa has two living areas, the first is at the front of the property and is a more formal area with two 2-seater sofas and coffee table, this living room shares the space with the dining area which can comfortably sit 6 people.
The second living area is at the rear of the property and is filled with lots of natural light, and overlooks the private pool. There are two new comfortable sofas, with new accompanying coffee and side tables. There is also a large flatscreen TV with Cable and glass doors leading out to the sun drenched pool deck.
Kitchen
At the heart of the villa is the fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.
With it's fantastic open plan living this area shares the same space as the main family living area and breakfast table, making it a great sociable area to catch up on the day's events.
Dining
There is a formal dining area at the front of property which can comfortably sit 6 people.
Also, just off the kitchen there is a new breakfast table which can also comfortably sit 6 people.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom - The room features a comfortable King-size bed, offering stunning views of the pool area. It includes a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and a large, relaxing bathtub. Additionally, there is a TV for your entertainment and convenience.
Bedroom 2 - The tastefully decorated 2nd bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and built-in wardrobes that provide ample storage space for your belongings. This inviting room offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Bedrooms 3 - The first of the two twin bedrooms is beautifully decorated with a charming Mickey Mouse theme. This room is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable single beds, a convenient nightstand, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, providing both comfort and entertainment for guests.
Bedrooms 4 - The second twin bedroom is tastefully decorated in a relaxing beach theme. The calming decor creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
There is a family bathroom that includes a shower-over-bath, a single basin, and a toilet, providing convenient access and facilities for bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

Weekly rates include taxes.
In addition to the rental rates there is a £120 cleaning fee.
Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £29 per day.

Great Amenities
Enjoyed having our own private pool, but also had access to great club house with a pool, putt putt golf and pool table.

Lovely home
The host was very attentive, checking in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. The bed in the Master is SO comfortable (only bed we used). This house is also located near the entrance to Solana as well as the Clubhouse. We would definitely recommend this house!!
