This beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom villa has recently been renovated. From the moment you arrive at this bright and airy property with its beautiful contemporary interior and perfect, social layout, you will know that you have chosen something special.

Solana is a beautiful and striking resort in an exclusive gated community that is renowned for its pretty Mediterranean styled homes. The resort has a wonderful 4000ft Clubhouse that benefits from a Community Pool & Spa that includes shady cabanas, perfect for relaxing days, and with extra activities including a Putting Green, Volleyball and Pickle ball court there is plenty to keep you entertained during your stay. With the added benefit of being situated on Highway 27 a few minutes south of US192 means you have a large variety of shops, supermarkets, golf courses restaurants, fast food outlets no more than 5 to 10 minutes’ drive away.

Living

The bright and airy living room is situated at the rear of the property, featuring tall ceilings and large windows that allow sunlight to flood the space. This creates picturesque views of the private pool and spa, making it an ideal social living area to catch up on the day's events. The room includes a spacious, comfortable wrap-around sofa and a single sofa, perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite show on the huge 60” wall-mounted TV. Ceramic tiled flooring helps keep the area cool during hot, sunny days, enhancing the overall comfort of the space.

Kitchen

With its granite worktops, this fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your culinary needs. It features a charming breakfast area furnished with a table and chairs, providing a comfortable space to enjoy your meals. The kitchen offers direct access to the south-facing pool deck through patio doors, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor flow and plenty of natural light.

Dining

The dining area is the perfect place for enjoying home-cooked meals on evenings when you simply want to relax and reflect on the day’s events. With comfortable seating for six, it provides a cozy setting to share stories, unwind, and perhaps plan a few more adventures for the days ahead. Master Suite – The cozy master suite, located downstairs, offers a king-size bed and a flat-screen television to ensure your comfort and entertainment. Twin Bedroom 1 – The first of two twin bedrooms, also located downstairs, is decorated with a vibrant sports theme, creating an energetic and fun atmosphere. It features two comfortable single beds, a television for entertainment, and ample storage space to keep belongings organized. This room is ideal for guests seeking a cozy and lively place to relax after a day of activities. The downstairs Family Bathroom services this room and is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring a modern walk-in shower that provides easy access and a spacious feel. It is equipped with a single basin unit, offering ample counter space and storage for essentials. This bathroom is ideal for families, combining practical functionality with a clean, contemporary style.

Second Master – The Queen Suite, located upstairs, offers a comfortable and private retreat featuring a flat-screen television for your entertainment. The ensuite bathroom includes a bath with a shower and a single basin unit, providing convenience and modern amenities for a relaxing stay.

Queen Bedroom – The queen bedroom, located upstairs, boasts colorful decor that adds a lively touch to the space. It offers ample storage for your belongings, ensuring a clutter-free environment. A wall-mounted TV provides entertainment without taking up extra space. This bedroom is conveniently serviced by the second family bathroom, which includes a shower-over-bath, a single basin, and a toilet, catering perfectly to family or guest needs.

Twin Bedroom 2 – The Mickey and Minnie Twin Bedroom upstairs features two single beds, ample storage space, and a wall-mounted TV, providing a comfortable and functional sleeping area. It is serviced by the second family bathroom, which is shared with the adjacent queen bedroom. This bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, a single basin, and a toilet, ensuring convenience and practicality for all guests.

A lovely private area without any rear-facing neighbours features a beautiful south-facing pool deck, complete with a fantastic pool and spa. Sun loungers provide the perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine and unwind with a book while the children play safely in the pool. Under the covered lanai, a table and chairs offer an inviting space for outdoor dining—whether it’s a quick breakfast, light snacks, or even a cocktail under the stars, this setting ensures a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Solana Resort Villas to rent in the Davenport, Florida located just off HWY27. Solana Resort is a small gated community of short term rental villas all with private pools. Only a short walk from your villa, why not spend an afternoon in the clubhouse pool / spa? Have a guilt free holiday, and check out the onsite gym! Plus a games room, computer room with free internet access and play area for the kids. There is even a putting green so you can get some practise in before you hit the local courses! The Solana Resort clubhouse is free for all guests and the pool is heated all year round.

In addition to the rental rates there is a £150 cleaning fee.

Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Immaculate!!

This was my ninth trip to Florida, and until now I’ve always booked flights and villas as a package through a travel agent. This was the first time I decided to arrange everything separately, and I can honestly say the villa was one of the best I’ve stayed in over all my previous visits. The villa, located in the gated community of Solana, was immaculate from the moment we walked in. Spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and fully equipped plenty of cutlery, kitchenware, and all the essentials. There was nothing I could fault. The location was perfect for the theme parks – around 30 minutes to Disney and 40–50 minutes to Universal and SeaWorld. Access to both the I-4 and the 192 meant there were always alternative routes to avoid traffic. A large supermarket was only about a 5-minute drive away. Facilities were excellent. There was Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TVs in every room, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and plenty of towels for all bathrooms. Outside, the pool area had lots of seating and sunbeds, plus a jacuzzi. You can pay to heat the pool, but in August it wasn’t needed. The community itself felt very safe and peaceful. I went for runs most mornings around the estate, which is just over 1km all the way around, and saw very few cars moving about. There’s also a clubhouse with a bar, community pool, and gym for those who want them, although we didn’t use them as the villa’s private pool was more than enough. Check-in was easy thanks to clear instructions from Nick, and he even checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure everything was fine. Parking was straightforward, with space for up to four cars (two comfortably on the drive). I would 100% stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Nick and Sungrove Villas in the future. The property is perfect for two couples and six children.

The most incredible stay!!

We had the most incredible stay – truly the best villa we’ve ever stayed in! The décor was tasteful and welcoming, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We loved that pool towels and so many other little extras were provided, making our stay even more comfortable. Communication with our host, Nick, was an 11 out of 10 – nothing was too much trouble. When we had a small issue with a leak, it was resolved straight away with efficiency and kindness. Those little touches really mean so much and made us feel completely looked after. The location was absolutely perfect – close to the community amenities and the parks, yet in a peaceful, gated area where we felt very safe. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in!

Very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. Felt really homely. Pool area is not overlooked and felt peaceful. The Solana Estate has a lovely feel to it. Close to 192, I 4, Champions Gate, so a great location. Overall, everything about the villa and location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again ?? %. Nick and Sam always go out of their way to ensure their guests have a great holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about their customers.

Welcoming and well equipped

The property is located in an excellent area , close to all amenities. The house was equipped with everything you could need and more. The pool was very clean and maintained regularly. Communications with Nick was easy and with quick response. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a family holiday.

Perfect villa, fantastic host

We are on our last day in this villa. On arrival, everything was spotless, the villa very well equipped, modern and beautiful. I’ve been renting Orlando villas for over 25 years and this stay is probably the best ever. When we come back next year I will check if this villa is available first and would recommend to anybody. 650 Solana Circle

Our stay in Florida this year was split between two villas, (our choice) this being the first and whilst we have stayed in Solana previously this is by far one of the best villas we have used. Extremely well laid out and maintained, this villa is a credit to the owners, spotlessly clean, very tidy, this property literally has everything you need to have a great holiday and with Solana being a gated community & having the clubhouse it covers all the bases. We will certainly be booking a further stay. We have been coming to Florida for some time and generally use the airline "Premium Villas", if you take nothing else from this review do yourself a favour and avoid the hit and miss hope of getting a "good" villa with the airlines, we dealt with Nick at Sun Grove Villas and will not go anywhere else.

Enchanting Escape

Enchanting Escape is a well suited name for this property. Our vacation centered around visiting family and this house was a perfect fit. We spent time relaxing by pool and spa. Also, our grandkids enjoyed the clubhouse activites, mini golf, ping pong and pool. The house was well equiped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were well appointed. The house was one of the cleanest houses we have rented. Also, It was in the 90's everyday and not once did we need to adjust the AC! We visit Davenport often and this house is one of our favorites!
