This beautiful, recently renovated villa is situated on the gated resort of Solana. From the moment you arrive at this spacious and airy property with its beautiful contemporary interior, you will know that you have chosen something special.

Living
The bright and airy living room is located at the rear of the property. With it's tall ceiling and large windows sunlight floods through offering picturesque views of the private pool and spa making it the perfect social living area to catch up on the days events. The living area has a huge comfy wrap around sofa and single sofa, perfect for relaxing on to watching your favourite show on the huge 60" wall mounted TV. The ceramic tiled floor helps to keep the area cool during hot sunny days.
Kitchen
With it’s granite worktops this fully equipped kitchen is set up for all your needs, including a lovely breakfast area with table and chairs with direct access to the south facing pool deck through the patio doors.
Dining
The dining area is the perfect place for enjoying some home cooked meals on the evenings when you simply want to relax and chat about the day’s events and perhaps plan a few more adventures. Seating for 6.
Bedrooms
All five bedrooms are beautifully furnished with a very luxurious interior and very comfortable, all have TV's.
- Bedroom 1 – King Suite – Situated downstairs and includes a flat screen television plus Ensuite Facilities of a bath and separate walk-in shower plus a single basin unit.
- Bedroom 2 – Queen Suite – Located upstairs, includes a flat screen television and Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with Shower and a single basin unit.
- Bedroom 3 – Queen Bedroom – Located upstairs with flat screen television.
- Bedroom 4 – Sports Twin Bedroom – Located downstairs with flat screen television
- Bedroom 5 – Mickey/Mini Twin Bedroom – Located upstairs with flat screen television

- King Bedroom en suite with walk-in-shower, bath and single basin vanity unit.
- Queen Bedroom en suite with shower over bath and single basin unit.

Games Room
This is a great place to let off steam and engage the more competitive of the group with a game of pool, table tennis or air hockey.
Pool
A lovely private area without any rear facing neighbours, this beautiful SOUTH FACING pool deck has a fantastic pool with spa and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax with a book while the children play in the pool. Under the covered lanai there are table and chairs where you can sample the delights of outdoor dining, be that a quick breakfast, some light nibbles or even a cocktail under the stars.
*Pool & Spa heating is additional and is charged at £180 per week.
Outside
At the front of the home is off-road parking for two vehicles.

Complimentary pack n play crib (travel cot), high chair and stroller.

Rates
Rental rates quoted in

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week.

Perfect villa, fantastic host
We are on our last day in this villa. On arrival, everything was spotless, the villa very well equipped, modern and beautiful. I’ve been renting Orlando villas for over 25 years and this stay is probably the best ever.
When we come back next year I will check if this villa is available first and would recommend to anybody.

650 Solana Circle
Our stay in Florida this year was split between two villas, (our choice) this being the first and whilst we have stayed in Solana previously this is by far one of the best villas we have used.
Extremely well laid out and maintained, this villa is a credit to the owners, spotlessly clean, very tidy, this property literally has everything you need to have a great holiday and with Solana being a gated community & having the clubhouse it covers all the bases.
We will certainly be booking a further stay.
We have been coming to Florida for some time and generally use the airline "Premium Villas", if you take nothing else from this review do yourself a favour and avoid the hit and miss hope of getting a "good" villa with the airlines, we dealt with Nick at Sun Grove Villas and will not go anywhere else.

Enchanting Escape
Enchanting Escape is a well suited name for this property. Our vacation centered around visiting family and this house was a perfect fit. We spent time relaxing by pool and spa. Also, our grandkids enjoyed the clubhouse activites, mini golf, ping pong and pool. The house was well equiped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were well appointed. The house was one of the cleanest houses we have rented. Also, It was in the 90's everyday and not once did we need to adjust the AC! We visit Davenport often and this house is one of our favorites!
