This villa enjoys a spacious open plan living area, the perfect place to relax and unwind after your hectic day at the theme parks. Experience ultimate relaxation in the comfy living room, sink into the large sofas, unwind in front of a the large Smart TV with cable, and enjoy the elegant decor. From the main living area there is a sliding door that leads to the sun drenched pool area. Laminate flooring throughout the property.

The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the theme parks or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need to make and enjoy a delicious meal during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of having a home-cooked meal away from home. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast table with seating for 4 and views overlooking the pool, there are also two stools at the breakfast bar.

Making your way to the ensuite bathroom you’ll find a large soaking tub, walk-in-shower, toilet and two separate vanity basins. Enjoy the ultimate comfort and privacy in this master ensuite bedroom.

Queen Bedroom - Enjoy the elegance and comfort of the Queen bedroom, with a queen bed, TV and built-in wardrobes. Perfect for couples or individuals seeking privacy and relaxation, the queen bed ensures a restful night's sleep. Just off the bedroom is the family bathroom equipped with a shower-over-bath, toilet and vanity basin.

Twin Bedroom’s 1 & 2 - The twin bedrooms are tastefully decorated and share a conveniently located Jack ‘n’ Jill ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms each feature two single cozy beds, TV and ample storage space in the built-in wardrobe, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay for all guests. Location

Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.

If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.

As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!

Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £100 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £160 per week.
