Cypress Pointe villas in Orlando, Florida.
Cypress Pointe Orlando villas only 15 minutes from Disney World. All our Cypress Pointe villas to rent have private pool and most have games rooms. Located in Davenport, Florida just off Old Lake Wilson Rd, Cypress Pointe is close to restaurants and shops at Champions Gate and Reunion as well as having easy access to Interstate 4 (I4).
We have put together a list of all the side by side Cypress Pointe vacation rentals we have, this is ideal for large groups or multi family holidays where you want to be close together but still have your own space!
Cypress Pointe is a small gated community of around 60 luxury Orlando vacation rentals. Set back off of the main road this is a very quiet community so great if you want to relax around the pool and read a book.
Disney is around 15 minutes from Cypress Pointe with SeaWorld and Universal Studios about another 5-10 minutes along the I4. For Florida beaches Clearwater in Tampa on the Gulf coast is around 60-80 minutes and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic side is just over an hour so either way you go this can be an easy day trip.
If you are flying in to Orlando to stay at one of our Cypress Pointe villas then Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes via I4 > 417 Green Way which is a toll road and costs about $3.50 each way. Sandford Airport is about an hour away again via the 417 Green Way toll road and Interstate 4 but I am not sure of the cost, I would imagine it's around $6-$7 each way but using the toll roads is quick and easy as there is very little traffic on them which is ideal after a long flight.
While staying at Cypress Pointe if you fancy a round of golf you have plenty of choice with Reunion Resort having 3 championship courses (Nicklaus, Palmer, Watson - Tom not Bubba!) just across the road. Champions Gate is also within a few minutes and features two Greg Norman designed courses, this is also the home of the David Leadbetter golf school if you fancy a few lessons while there.
Other golf courses near to Cypress Pointe are Providence which is on HWY1792 and around 5 minutes away, you also have Highlands Reserve and Ridgewood Lakes on HWY27 which are about 15 minutes and then Southern Dunes which is around 20 minutes away. There are over 50 courses within 30 minutes so you will never have to play the same course twice!

Great villa
Large, spacious villa with south facing garden. Lovely gated community. We were in this villa during hurricane Milton and the neighbours all spoke to us and made sure we were ok. Unfortunately we lost power due to the hurricane but were moved villas very promptly by Westridge property management. Massive bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I would recommend booking this villa.

July 2024 visit - a great villa, faultless
We stayed in this amazing villa in July this year.
It had everything you could ever need and more, so well organised and a great place to use as a base for our holiday. Pool was fantastic and location perfect for what we wanted to do.
Sharon and her husband were so helpful when needed and we will absolutely look to book through Westridge again in the future. Thanks again Sharon!

Our second time booking with Sharon. This is a fantastic villa in a great location, 5 mins from I4, 20 from Disney. Peaceful quiet location, gated community. Spacious home, spotless and rare to find one that's been totally remodelled with new appliances, lovely modern decor. Fantastic pool & spa, great beds. Well equipped with everything you will need, fast internet. Would not hesitate to rebook here or at her other properties - you are overwhelmed with the choice in this area but Sharon's homes and friendly service really are top notch! 2024 Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and inviting. I loved how the house was decorated. My style!
The pool was nice and warm.

We booked with Sharon and Mark. Staying at Cypress Pointe in a beautiful four bedroom house with pool. It was super peaceful. The house was modern and spacious. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent beds with superb matresses. We lived the American dream for four weeks returning home rested and relaxed. We have used Sharon’s other properties several times all to the highest standard. Fabulous and spacious villa
Having just spent a week in this villa we were presently surprised at how fabulous and spacious it was. Sharon, the owner was really helpful throughout the booking process and even popped by to check everything was ok during our stay. The villa is really well equipped and had everything we could need and the bedrooms were large, comfortable and clean, like a home from home.

Fantastic modern villa
We have stayed in several villas over the years in the Orlando area and this has to be one of the best ! It has been fully refurbished to a high standard and is very well equipped with all modern appliances and has everything you need for a villa holiday . Its location is good only 15/20 mins to Disney parks . The owners communicate with you very easily if needed . What you see in the photos is what you get you won’t be disappointed . Can highly recommend

Great Vacation
Great vacation spot for the family. Pool was fantastic, house was clean and Sharon and Mark were always available to respond to any questions, great customer service provided. Pool had sunlight all day great way to spend a vacation. Area is quiet and location is great for a relaxing vacation. Supermarket and Pharmacy was a short distance away . My family definitely enjoyed themselves and I fully recommend this location. Thanks again for a great family experience.

what a beautiful home, so spacious and both master suites beautiful. Lovely pool and spa. comfy couches with Netflix on tv so loads of film/programmes to choose from. great laundry facilities so all clothes came home clean. great location, with McDonalds Publix and Marcos pizzas less that 5 minutes away, car hire is a must and we saved hundreds by booking the car the week before we travelled. would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending this beautiful villa. Sharon was on hand to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to offer advice. instructions were so clear and concise and really was a home from home.

Everything We Hoped For
The property was very well presented as shown in the photos. We had a great time staying there and would certainly recommend. The travel times to the parks are slightly more than advertised from experience taking 45mins - 1 hour real time.

Perfection
Having been to Orlando multiple times a year for the past fifteen years I know a thing or two about Orlando and villas! This villa is superbly located,right next to and minutes away from Walt Disney World and all amenities on the very edge of Osceola and Polk counties with easy access to the I4 and other routes in and out of Orlando. The community is gated, quiet, very tidy and well run. The house itself is stunningly decorated, with a beautiful South facing pool and a layout that suited our party perfectly, with two master suites and two further double bedrooms. The house can easily accommodate two families and everyone has their own bathroom too!
Sharon and Mark are exceptional hosts, they couldn’t do enough for us and really made the holiday extra special with their attention to detail. Having them nearby as locals was invaluable.
I could not recommend this villa enough to anyone looking for a great location, a superb quality villa and exceptional support and service whilst staying in the happiest place on earth!

Amazing service and home
Pictures do not do this home justice. LARGE rooms, tv's in every room and bed room. The kitchen space is restaurant quality, and the house was hospital clean. We had 1 little issue, the in gate was not working coming in to the development. An hour later, the owner drove to the property with a remote and apologized for any issues. This was not her fault( the gate electricity was not working), but she went above and beyond. If you are looking for an amazing home, in a great area, close to everything, this is what you need.

Fantastic villa
Just back from a brilliant holiday, the villa pictures did not do it justice. Very modern and well laid out and very well equipped. Kids also loved the pool. The villa was also perfect for access to the parks being only 20 mins by car. Shops and restaurants are also near by. Also Sharon and Mark were extremely helpful with any questions we had about the area and parks. We loved it that much we have booked again for next year!

We were previously booked for a different villa but were let down at short notice(all paid in advance) but got our money back, my daughter saw this villa on website, and contacted Sharon, the owner who replied immediately and helped us.We stayed in this villa for two weeks in May 2019, absolutely stunning home, modern and elegant but comfortable too. .everything you could want in it. In a quiet location, but close to I4 and 192.Owners are lovely and so helpful, keeping in touch and responding to enquiries quickly, popping over to ensure we were happy with everything. Beautiful home and location
I have rented many homes in the last few years in the Davenport area. This home was at the top of my list. The location was perfect. It was quiet and in a beautiful location. It was also easily accessible to everything. The home itself was wonderful. Decorated to perfection. The pool area was beautiful and private. Perfect for that relaxing vacation I was looking for. Best Home Ever
We have just returned from our stay at this home. We have stayed in many homes and although the previous homes have been good in reflection they have been a bit dated. This home is absolutely amazing ?? . Very modern high end, beautiful south facing pool and spa. Very quiet gated community. 5 mins to groceries stores, bars and restaurants. 20 min to Disney. Totally ideal location. Will definitely recommend and be back. Sharon the owner is fantastic and very responsive. Thanks again !
