Fully remodelled June 2023 Lake View Villa 3 Bedroom 3 Bath

Had the best time, villa was spotless and very well presented with everything we needed for our 16 night stay. Sharon and Mark made several courtesy visits to make sure we were ok during the recent hurricanes. We have booked to come back next year and can’t wait! Xx

We spoke to Sharon to see if she had any properties after we booked a last moment flight. She messaged back and gave us a choice of a split stay. Both houses were fantastic, they were clean, spacious and welcoming. We had a question about the property once we were they and she answered quickly. We will try to book again through the host as she was fantastic.

Another fantastic stay at one of Westridge Management’s properties at The Reserve @ Town Centre. A wonderful 3 bed Villa which really is a home from home and has everything you could possibly need in a holiday Villa. The south facing pool is large and backs onto a conservation area to the rear of the Villa which means the pool area is not overlooked by other properties. Plenty of comfortable pool furniture for sun bathing and dining. The Villa is spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable and all of Central Florida’s many attractions are easily reached if you choose here as your base, Sharon and Mark are excellent hosts and really have gone to great lengths to ensure your stay will be memorable. We would highly recommended this place, so much so that we are already booked in again for 2025.

We are not long back from our stay at this amazing villa. It was immaculate and exactly as seen in the pictures. The location of this villa is excellent for all requirements. The owner forwarded us excellent concise information prior to visit making the home easy to find and access. Inside and outside space extremely clean and in very good order. Home decorated and furnished to a high standard more of a home than a rental South facing and quiet location would highly recommend renting home

Our stay in this villa was amazing. Immaculately clean, perfect location and it supplied everything we needed plus more . I cannot think of anything I would change about this accommodation and looking for to returning soon .

We just wrapped up a fantastic three-week stay at this Villa and it couldn’t have been better! The villa was super well-equipped and the decor and furniture were in great shape—exactly like the pictures online. No surprises, just what we hoped for. The location was perfect for us, with a relaxing view of the lake in the back garden. It was so nice to chill there after busy days at the Disney parks, which were just a short drive away. Plus, having a Publix up the road and a Walmart 10-15 minutes drive away made it easy to grab anything we needed. We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay at this villa again when we return. Highly recommend it for anyone heading to Orlando!

Enjoyed staying here last October, and this May was as good if not better. The villa is beautifully furnished, with excellent facilities and utensils for cooking at home - which we did a lot. The furnishings are modern and very comfortable. The outlook from the lanai is a view of the lake and conservation land, but Sharon and Mark continue to improve the villa by planting hedging along the sides of the pool to give even more privacy. For eating out the villa is ideally located for easy access to restaurants at on 192 at Formosa Gardens, on 192 at Kissimmee and those at Haines City. We're already booked to be back in November!!

Stayed in the villa for a week in April. It is furnished to the highest standard, very modern inside, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. Lovely outlook from the pool, very peaceful, quiet and in a very secure location. Easy to locate and very handy for shops, restaurants and a short drive to Disney. Sharon is a brilliant host, very friendly and welcoming and made the booking process very easy. Was nice to meet her and have a chat. We had no problems during our stay and will definitely return to the villa - no point looking elsewhere as we loved it!

we have 16 years of experience in rental of villas in Kissimmee and Davenport area. Lake View Villa was the ever best.....clean, full equipped, Wifi and TV perfect, nice pool , bar and leaving room....all you need for excellent holiday's. superb service and support from the House management company.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. It was perfect for us 2 adults and 2 children, could have comfortably accommodated another child. The villa was absolutely spotless on arrival and is very modern in style. Good location there is a publix at the end of the road for supplies or a Walmart a bit further on, Disney is within 15 mins - 25 mins dependent on traffic. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity, we would defo stay here again. A big thank you to Sharon who was very responsive and helped with any questions or requests.

We had a wonderful vacation at this really stunning villa. We received all the information we needed for our stay in time. The villa was easy to find by the directions we received. It was very clean and obvious to see it was recently refurbished. Modern interior, big south facing pool. The King bedrooms with thick carpet, firm beds, all big flat screen TV's and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower. What else do you want! We also loved the privacy and safety of the villa. It was the best villa we have ever stayed. If we get the chance we will come back here again for sure to have a wonderful time. Thanks Sharon !!!

What an absolute amazing experience from start to finish. Any questions asked were promptly answered by Sharon, nothing was too much trouble and she's always happy to help. The villa was like a home from home, in a stunning location and it was immaculate inside and out. 5 stars isn't enough and deserves 10 stars. have already rebooked for next year.

Excellently appointed villa with tasteful modern, comfortable furnishings. Great pool area overlooking scrubland and lake, offering good privacy. Lots of utensils in kitchen which suited us as we dine in most of the time, we just felt a little lacking in food storage space for our 3 week stay. Instructions from Sharon on getting to the villa were good, we arrived at 11:00pm and found the villa without any difficulty. Sharon and Mark very responsive to emails and fixing the one minor issue we had.

We stayed here for our recent family vacation. What can I say! The home is absolutely stunning, and you can tell it has recently been refurbished. Modern decor and spotlessly clean. Our kids loved the pool area and it’s within easy driving distance of Disney and loads of restaurants at Champions Gate for dinner/drinks. Perfect for a great family holiday!

House was above expectation. Really modern house with private south facing pool. Kitchen amenities are superb it even has an air fryer. Bedrooms are immaculately presented and comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay again. Management company were very attentive and informative, nothing too much trouble.
