Luxury 3 Bedroom 3 Bath , Extended Pooll Deck

This is a very well equipped family home, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It was comfortable and very homely and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The extended pool deck is a great asset to the pool space. A minor issue would be that the wardrobe/closet spaces was taken up by extra bedding, pillows etc thus reducing space for our clothing. Again Sharon and the management company were excellent in dealing with any small issues that arose as was any communication we had.

This is the second time we have rented a property via Westridge Management and again we cannot fault the experience and villa. Everything about this property was perfect for our stay. The booking process and pre arrival information was excellent, faultless and received in a timely manner. We were a party of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, and the villa was a perfect size for us. The bunk bed room was used as a play room and had load of toys for a 9 year old and 6 year old to play with. The extended pool and decking really felt a lot larger than previous villas we had stayed at. The villa was really well equipped with lots of crockery, plastic as well which was great for kids. The villa felt more lived in/loved and literally had everything you needed for your stay. The villa is excellently situated 15-20 mins to Disney Parks, approx 40 mins to Universal (dependant on I4) and close to supermarkets, shops etc you really can't fault the location. The two small issues we had during out 16 day stay were resolved really quickly. A massive thank you to Sharon and Mark for responding quickly to these issues which had no real impact to our holiday. Hopefully next time we visit we can take on some of Mark's recommendations for days aways from the parks ??. We wouldn't hesitate in renting this villa again for our next stay.

What can I say other than first class. The Villa was absolutely amazing. Everything we needed was supplied, very clean, brilliantly located for the Orlando amenities and all information provided was supplied with only one exception - how to use the TV for anything other than Netflix ?? I would highly recommend this property and company plus I would definitely rebook with them if I return. Lastly, Sharon is fantastic, the whole process was made so easy by her and she even took time out to come say hello. Thank you so much for being fantastic.

Great villa, lovely pool and seating area, lots of space and great sized rooms, publix less than mile away. Close enough to parks but nice and quiet for data relaxing by pool.

Have been to Florida many, many times over the last 17 years and must say that this villa was one of our top 2!! Sharon was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and even popped in to introduce herself to us which was fantastic putting a face to a name, I certainly loved the personal touch. Villa was in a fantastic location and we couldn't have asked for any better. Five minutes from the main interstate and 5 minutes from all the bars and restaurants at Champions Gate, and only 20 minutes from the parks. What a beautiful home, with everything included to definately make it feel like home. We felt at home from the moment of arriving and didn't want to leave. I will definately be booking with Westridge Management again the next time we come back and will certainly be recommending them to all our friends and family. It was a pleasure dealing with Sharon and can't thank her and her team enough for such a fantastic vacation. Keep up the great work and hopefully see you in the not too distant future.

We have been holidaying in Florida for many many years. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in .. So clean ,private pool, and a homely feel to it . Westridge management company who we booked through were amazing throughout our stay .

Villa was in excellent condition and commmunication between sharon and myself was second to none. When you are doing business 3000 miles away from home communication is so important. Would not hesitate to come back to same villa which was 20 mins from disney and 30 mins from universal by car.

We have been to Orlando about 10 times and always stayed in different villas, this is one of our favorites as it ticked all the boxes - Good size, on one floor, great pool and facilities and perfect location, it is easy to access everything (if you drive) but far enough away from the loud and busy areas.

We stayed at this villa and everything was great. Great location near to all local amenities. Very clean and pool was very private. Immaculate inside and out, gated community and very quiet!! Sharon was very helpful and gave us all information required.

This was my first experience renting a home in Florida, and I can't even begin to say how happy we were with this home. There were two families in all, and we all agree we would not hesitate to rent it again. It was clean, furnished beautifully, and had everything it said it would have. Swimming pool area was beautiful(good size), and it was nice and private. We decided not to pay extra to heat it since we were there in August when it is very hot out, and was glad with that decision. It did not need to be heated in our opinion. We loved that the home had so many extra towels. The management company was fantastic too and very informative and Sharon was quick to respond to my many e-mails since I had a lot of questions due to the fact it was our first time renting. I can't say enough about how nice and professional they were to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Just loved the house!!
