Stunning Remodelled Villa (15 mins to Disney)

We had a wonderful stay at the villa despite some rather tricky circumstances due to the hurricane that hit in the middle of our stay. We would like to say a special thanks to Sharon and Mark, the managers of the villa, who offered us support in the lead up to the hurricane and were quick to visit afterwards to ensure everything was okay. The villa itself was immaculate, beds very comfy, the private pool was well kept and is ideally located, no more than 5/10 mins away from most of the major restaurants and supermarkets, 15/20 mins from Disney and 25 mins from Universal, we never had to spend too long travelling to wherever it was we wanted to go. All in all we would not hesitate to stay again if we were to come back to Florida.

I had an amazing time with my family in the fully furnished villa. Only a short drive to DisneyWorld and Universal City, it was a breeze to come home after days of fun. Private pool, clubhouse, and a guard gated entrance made for a fun, relaxing, safe environment. We can’t wait to return.

We have stayed in many, many villas over decades. This delivered on the core requirements of great condition, tastefully decorated, very clean, comfy beds and a perfect location. Often we struggle to navigate villa locations on websites without spending a lot of time on Google maps. Often proximity is slightly optimistic. Here is my accurate take: Premium Outlets at Vineland - 15 minutes Disney Springs - 20 minutes Medieval Times - 5 mins Closest Dunkins - 5 mins Closest Walmart - 5 mins Closest Target - 7 mins Universal Studios - 30 mins Villa pool got the sun for a good part of the day, but it shifted round the far side of the pool in the afternoon so sun was patchy. However there was a Clubhouse and pool 100 yards away if all day sun needed. On occasion when the parks emptied we experience long queues 10-15 minutes to get through the security gates to get back into the villa. Upside is there is security and a very well kept development. Overall excellent.

The villa was immaculate and everything you could need was supplied. The pool heat was needed in April but was really great after a day in your feet so I recommend this if travelling at Easter. Location was spot on for shops, restaurants and the onsite gym helped battle the extra calories! Access to parks ect was great from this location too. We have stayed in Davenport a few times before and this area much more convenient. A special ‘thanks’ to Sharon and Mark who manage the property and were excellent in the build up in answering the questions we had. They were also on call and easily contactable when I needed a hand with the air con (we needed help as the upstairs had reset). Mark also gave some great tips on where to visit and his local knowledge enhanced our stay further.

We spent nearly two weeks here, ourselves and our 4 adult offspring. We had plenty of space, the communal pool and gym were brilliant.It is conveniently located to access the theme parks and also to get into the countryside and nature parks nearby. Good eateries close by. There is plenty to do here.

We book this house for 7 days to spend the winter break on New Year’s Eve . We had awesome time with our children. The heating pool and the jacuzzi was such a plus. Everything is exactly what the pictures show. The house is very clean, new and comfortable. The property offers beautiful furniture, new towels, and bed sheets. They offer generous amount of dishes and pool towels, that is great for big family like mine. The appliances are new and work great. The house decoration is beautiful and functional. Located only few steps away from the club house. The club house has a amazing children water park, and the gym is good enough for regular activities. The location is very convenient very close to Walmart super center and Aldi market. Everything is so close. My kids loved the room decoration and the night lights at the pool. We will definitely come back soon.

Sharon's place exceeded our expectations!! When I say it was spotless! We felt right at home and traveling with a toddler my mind was at ease with the cleanliness of the home. The heated private pool was perfect on the not so perfect weather days in Kissimmee. Kitchen was fully stocked which was great for cooking meals for my family of 5! I wish the weather was better to enjoy the community pool but that's the chance you take in the winter time. I'll be coming back next year and will definitely be staying again! Thanks so much for helping make our trip stress and worry free!
