Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.

Optional pool heating can be added for the winter months. If booking within 8 weeks of rental then payment is due in full, otherwise you can secure your dates with a 20% non-refundable deposit. For UK bookings payable in GBP, payments can be taken on debit or credit cards. the end of stay clean is £175.00. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is requested before arrival.

Lovely Stay
The home was great! There were even pool floats which we didn’t expect. We stayed over thanksgiving and had all the tools & pans we needed to cook a ham & plenty of side dishes. We paid to have the pool heated which I’m glad we did in November as some days were hot but some were chilly.

Wonderful Home!
Just returned after a fabulous 2 week stay at this house. It did not disappoint, loads of space, immaculately clean, gorgeous pool and patio area with great outlook behind. It was extremely relaxing and quiet. The added bonus of gym and communal pool area was great too.
Community appeared very safe and residents friendly.
Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be returning soon.

Great!
We had an amazing time at the villa, the pool was great for us all and we enjoyed the space in the house. A few things were a little dated but this didn’t affect the quality of the stay. We loved Watersong as a location as it was away from the huddle and neon of other areas. We would definitely consider staying at the villa again. If you want lazy days by the pool which is a good size then I would recommend this villa. Thanks

Fantastic Home
The stay at this place was great very spacious accommodations with plenty of room and bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were amazing l! House was clean and tidy when we arrived. 30 min to Disney. No traffic or issues outside rush hour.

Florida 2022
Just getting round to doing a review, this was r 3rd time in Florida and 3rd time staying in a private villa 2nd time staying in watersong resort, r villa this year was exactly the same as r previous villa only difference was the decor and a extra bedroom in previous villa, upon arrival we where pleasantly pleased that it was exactly as advertised on the website, I can’t fault the villa itself it had everything u would need, the pool area was big and had plenty of seating, first morning going out to the pool there was lots of twigs as we eventually found out as we originally thought these looked like tiny worms, after brushing the patio area we where ready to get into the pool but on inspection the whole pool round the sides was covered with dead flies we used the pool net and cleaned it but every day after that the pool was covered in flies and had to be cleaned before being used after closer inspection we noticed there was a hole in the over head netting, we also had a few frogs in the pool and a few large worms, so due to this the pool wasn’t used as much as we had used previous pools in previous villas, apart from this r stay was pleasant enough and we enjoyed Florida just as much as previous years. (Personal tip make sure u vacate the villa at the exact time ur meant to as we where running a bit late as one of r children had misplaced their hearing aid and we physical couldn’t leave until we found it this resulted in us vacating the villa 20 minutes later than the time we where meant to and being charged $75 which was a shock when we returned home as r previous villas we didn’t have to be rite on the dot with time we where given a few minutes to finish off checking we had everything, so as I say just a personal tip make sure ur out exactly on the time ur told)

OUTSTANDING!!
I'm always a bit dubious renting a villa with no reviews but I'm so glad I chose this one. From the moment I contacted John my mind was at put at ease. The booking process was simple and communication was excellent. As for the villa, it was amazing, the pictures really don't do it justice. It was clean, the pool was larger than it appears in the photos with plenty of pool furniture for our party of 10 to either lounge around during the day or sit and eat/play games in the evening. The interior of the villa is HUGE!! again, plenty of lounge seating, towels, crockery etc.. for our party. We're hoping to return to Florida soon and this is our villa of choice to rent again, fingers crossed its free.
