This magnificently appointed two story, open-plan home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and spans over 3,300sq ft. It is located on the exclusive gated community of Providence Golf and Country Club and is less than 17 miles from the Disney attractions.
This beautiful home has its own, large, private pool & spa encased in a fabulous deck area. All overlooking a lake, where you can enjoy relaxing, sunbathing and dining with stunning unhindered views. A fabulous spot for dining under the stars.
It also boasts little luxuries such as a home theatre, flat screen TV’s in every bedroom, a spa-jet shower and a soaker tub in the Master Suite for relaxing after a long day at the parks and a laundry chute outside bathroom 4, so there's no need to carry laundry down the stairs!
For sporting enthusiasts there is an 18-hole golf course, tennis and basketball courts as well as a well-equipped gym in the clubhouse. There is also a restaurant and a communal club house pool, for those that would just prefer to relax.
Facilities
Laundry Room - Washing machine and dryer. Ironing board, fire extinguisher. There is a laundry chute outside bathroom 4 on the second floor, to save having to carrying laundry down the stairs.

It also has garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the cupboards you will find Pots and pans, dinner ware and patio dining ware, water and wine glasses and champagne flutes.

Banquet style dining area with large table capable of seating at least 10 guests. There is also an additional leaf for the table if you would like even more space.

To visit Crofton Springs Providence, follow these directions:
- Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
- Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
- Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
- Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

Optional pool/spa heating available at £30 per day. We take a 20% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 8 weeks then the full amount is payable. We also take a £250 refundable breakage deposit, which is returned within 2 weeks of return subject to any damages agreed. End of Stay Clean is £175. We accept $ or £ by most major credit cards.

Perfect stay at Crofton Springs
From start to finish we had a great holiday , from booking with Jon and the management prior and during our stay by Cheryl it could have not been more attentive and professional.
The villa itself was spotlessly clean and really tastefully directed and all 5 bedrooms were well laid our and spacious.
The beds were really comfortable and clearly high quality and the swimming pool was the best we have stayed in Florida , in fact most places and you could actually swim in it and can walk down a gentle slop /steps to enter rather than heaving yourself up metal steps.
The laundry shoot was an addition my son enjoyed as he didn't have to walk far to dump his washing LOL
You may be 10 minutes further from Disney and Universal but it is well worth it when you look forward to coming back to the villa on an afternoon or just enjoy chilling out all day , there is a large supermarket and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive.
The estate itself is 5 star you feel very safe and its such a nice place to have a walk around and very quiet and relaxing we enjoyed many hours watching the wildlife and in particular the hawks looking for food.
Cinema room was also great to watch the odd Film
All round we would highly recommend this villa , its management team and the whole experience in providence , i am sure we will be back !!!

Beautifully designed home with comfortable furnish
Enjoyable vacation. Lovely spacious home; quiet neighborhood; great gated community; comfy beds; large screened, private pool and patio; Publix nearby. Would have appreciated having more towels and bed linen readily available

Awesome Property
First of all, the location is very safe and good. There is a manned gate and safety is a good factor in these times. The house itself is a well built and planned out residential structure. The owner could not have been more accommodating for us in our use of the hot tub. The beds were all very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There were actually two living rooms with large flat screens. One of the rooms was a homey "man's" cave type of room with leather seating and loungers. The other was off the kitchen and dining area, which brought everyone together. The appliances were all of recent vintage, and there was plenty of cupboard space if you bring family and store food. All in all, in our having been to Orlando 16 years for a golf vacation, this home ranked tops. It is highly recommended! We may even make life easier on ourselves and book it every year!

Delightful
Very elegant, exceptionally clean and spacious home. Especially enjoyed the Theater Room! Beautifully furnished with TV’s in every room. Nice outside eating space with comfortable poolside furniture. The owner, Cheryl, was very accommodating and always available to speak with. Loved our stay and will be back!

PERFECT
This place is great, clean, and perfect location. The pool and hot tub was awesome after a long day at Epcot. When we return next year if this is available we will book again.

Beautiful Providence property
This home is stunningly beautiful. The house is spacious with plenty of common room to share and bedrooms that provide space to get away when needed. The pool and spa are very nice and provide a great way to relax when you’re not enjoying the other amenities in the area. Most importantly, the property manager, Cheryl, is extremely helpful and provides excellent customer service. Whenever I contacted her with any concern or request she was prompt in resolving our concerns. The booking process was also very smooth and easy working with Jon. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful Home
The house was fabulous and deserving of a 5 star rating! We found it spacious, spotless clean and well equipped. The pool, spa and media room are great additions. Booking via Florida Homes was hassle free; with prompt service provided whenever sought. We'd definitely consider a repeat visit
