It has a private pool & spa, and is conveniently located on the US27 in Davenport, it is close to Disney World (15-20 minute drive) and all other Orlando theme parks and popular tourist hotspots.
The resort facilities are a few minutes’ walk from here and include a swimming pool, 4000 sq/ft clubhouse, 18 hole mini golf, and fitness room and gym. Mickey Mouse and friends can be found at Disney World, just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. Harry Potter fans wanting can be at Universal Resorts in about 30 minutes. A wide selection of restaurants and take-aways, suitable for all tastes, budgets and appetites, can be found along the US192 which is 3 miles north of Solana. A smaller range of dining options is at Berry Town Center, 1 mile away, and this is where you will find your nearest Publix supermarket.

Living
Located at rear of the property is a fantastic open plan living area, perfect for socialising. The living area is furnished with two sofas, two arm chairs and a large TV with multi-channel cable & DVD player. Off the living room are sliding patio doors leading on to the sun drenched pool deck.
The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. All linens and towels provided for your convenience.
Kitchen
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.
Dining
Next to the living area is the dining area which can comfortably sit 6 people, plus two people at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms
The first master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with TV and walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed directly from the pool area.
The second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with shower-over-bath.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin single beds, and are tastefully decorated to suit any holidaymaker.

The pool deck area with private pool and spa, offers plenty of space for the whole family and has sunbeds and table and chairs under the covered lanai for some alfresco dining.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rate there is a £120 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week.
