This Home has one of the most private pools in the Disney Area. it is not overlooked and has ample seating and loungers for all the family. It also boasts a very pleasant undercover seating area that is a definite must in the Florida Heat. Very Private ! and also has spa.

The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

Lovely home for holiday
We really enjoyed staying at this villa.
Our favourite convenience was the abundance of towels and the few days' supply of necessities like dish soap.
Around 25 mins drive from Disney with no traffic, but traffic was on the highway most days by the time we left.

Fantastic
As a family we spent a tiring week, doing everything that Disney had to offer. It was fantastic at the end of a day to return to such a beautiful and well maintained home. We have stayed in the West Haven area on a number of occasions and it is a very safe, quiet area which is also well maintained. The home is very modern and comfortable with everything you need / want for a holiday. The pool and games room were big favourites of our daughter. We would thoroughly recommend this home and are already looking to return.

Great Winter Getaway
We lovrd our stay at The Manors at West Haven! Sharon was a pleasure to deal with and the communication with her was bot easy and pleasant. The house was clean and was everything we expected and more! Everything from the bedrooms to the pool area was fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay here again! The convenient location made it easy to navigste to all the areas we wanted to with ease. The warm weather and the warm pool was a welcome change to the sub zero tempstures in Wisconsin! Great family time and memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you Sharon and we will look forward to future stays!

Hi, had an amazing time. House is spotless and very modern. All mainly tiled and the view as you walk in the front door of the pool is amazing. Main master has all new king furniture and having 2 master ensures is a real bonus. Will definitely return to this home, pool gets sun all day and very quiet. Close to all amenities and 5 mins to I4 for parks etc.

549 Burford circle
We were very pleased with the property overall, it has recently been renovated with new floors, furniture and large screen Tv's. There was also good speed wifi within the property.
All of the bedrooms were of a good size, comfortable and had plenty of storage.
The pool was a good size and whilst there we had the pool heated which offered the use even when there were cooler days, with a new pool heated fitted it comfortably reached the desired temperatures.
We would recommend this property and have already enquired about future availability.
