Providence Paradise (remodelled July 2021)

Just returned from another amazing holiday in this villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and Sharon and Mark were, once again, fantastic to deal with. With the golf club being a short walk away we often utilised this for a mid walk refreshment and also had dinner there which was great. Myself and my family wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again. Love it.

We arrived for our holidays on 8th July and immediately loved our villa. Spacious, clean modern deco and well maintained. The 2 master suites are at opposite ends of the home which gave our teenage daughter her own private space away from nagging parents! Our younger kids loved the pool area and spent most mornings there before we went out each day. The property manager, Sharon, called by to check we had settled in well and to assure us that we can contact her anytime if there were any issues, which was such a comfort for us! The home is in Providence which is a gorgeous community. We spent a few days at the communal pool too, which again is also a great space, with 2 large pools, one more tailored for kids with 2 slides. We also had lunch at the pool which we brought over from the clubhouse. Pizza was absolutely amazing! All in all we had a great time here and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location! Perfect villa ! Fresh clean & welcoming! Family of 7 absolutely loved the pool & the wildlife! We are frequent visitors to Florida visiting yearly Sharon's villa is my favourite . This villa would definitely benifit having a games room for Rainy days /nights. Publix was 5 mins away , very handy with a family of hungry kids ! Gated community is always beneficial. Loved spending 3weeks here , already looking to book for 2024 !

We had the privilege of staying at one of Sharon’s properties for our Easter getaway and, yet again, she provided us with our ‘home away from home’. As a nice personal touch, she even stopped by to say “Hello” as this was our second time booking with her. Providence is a beautiful homely community and it has easy links to Disney etc., is near to Publix and great tasting, value for money restaurants at Champions Gate (Olive Garden, LongHorn Steak House and Miller’s Ale House) and is also ideal if flying into Tampa. The property itself is spot on as per the photos, providing a clean, well appointed and very comfortable (the beds were amazing and we even bought ourselves a set of the pillows!) base where you can relax inside or out; the community pool and amenities are clean and welcoming too. We cannot thank Sharon enough and we will always recommend her to family and friends and she’ll be our first ask when we book up Florida 202?!!

My wife and I have been using Westridge Property Management & Sharon Coggill over the past few winters with excellent results. During 2022 & 2023 we stayed at 2136 Victoria Drive for 7 weeks both years. The home and pool were clean upon our arrival. Sharon or Mark, her husband, stopped by to check to see if we needed anything a few times. Providence is a great place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing vacation and want to be a short distance from the various Orlando attractions.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks in jan 2023 with 4 other adults . We absolutely loved the property, it was perfect for what we were looking for. Couldn’t fault the villa or the service we received, very clear instructions were provided prior to our visit. I would definitely return to this property.

Just returned from an excellent stay at Providence. Villa was lovely and very comfortable. It was kitted out with absolutely everything we needed for our stay. We had some minor issues at the beginning that were taken care of extremely quickly. Sharon communicated very professionally and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her for our next visit. Staff at the golf club were a little cold with their communication, however the course was excellent.

Excellent 4 bedroom villa. Clean, modern and not so brown! Lots of storage space and well equipped. Would recommend pool heating in May Situated in a gated community on a golf complex with private pool overlooking a lake complete with lots of wildlife! Access to clubhouse, gym, communal pool. Centrally located for all the tourist spots but definitely hire a car! Publix nearby by is expensive for groceries so look for Walmart, or Aldi or some other. Sharon from the villa Management Company was extremely helpful both before and throughout the holiday. Highlly recommended?
