This spacious living area, the perfect place to relax and unwind after your hectic day at the theme parks. Experience ultimate relaxation in the comfy living room, sink into the large L shaped sofa and unwind in front of a the large Smart TV with cable, and enjoy the elegant decor. From the living area there is a sliding door that leads to the sun drenched pool area.

The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the theme parks or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need to make and enjoy a delicious meal during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and flexibility of having a home-cooked meal away from home. There are three stools at the breakfast bar.

Just off the kitchen is the dining area with views overlooking the pool, this is the perfect setting for a formal dinner or savouring your morning coffee as you plan the day’s adventures together.

Queen Ensuite Bedroom - Located upstairs, enjoy the elegance and comfort of the Queen ensuite bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and walk-in-closet. Perfect for couples or individuals seeking privacy and relaxation, the queen bed ensures a restful night's sleep. Making your way to the ensuite bathroom you’ll find a large walk-in-shower, toilet and vanity basin.

Double Bedroom - Located upstairs, this comfortable and spacious room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe. Perfect for couples or individuals seeking privacy and relaxation. Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.

The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.

Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.

There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rate there is an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week.
